Hypnotized By You-Ch 1
The BAU team had just gotten back from being away on a case for over two weeks, they were exhausted and ohhhh so happy to be back home, especially Derek who had missed his best friend and baby girl the one and only all seeing all knowing oracle Penelope Grace Garcia.
Derek had been in love with her for quite a while but was afraid to approach her and tell her how he truly felt, well, because of his reputation as well as a ladies man. He for the time being was content on being her friend, her best friend but he didn't know how much longer he could hold his love for her inside.
As they walked toward their desks Derek sighed, right now all he wanted was to finish his paperwork and head home and grab a quick shower and hit the bed. The team were given a little down time after just returning from their case and everybody couldn't wait to spend some actual time doing just that, resting.
Derek looked up from his paperwork and smiled as he heard the angelic voice of his best friend say, "welcome home my team of crimefighters, I know that you are all exhausted soooooo I managed to get a little surprise for ya" and everybody looked up to see her standing with a platter filled with sandwiches and beside her on a cart was carafe filled with decaf coffee for her tired family.
JJ smiled and said, "you are a life saver Garcie, a life saver" as she grabbed a sandwich and took a bite, she said, "ohhhh this is delicious, thank you so much". Penelope said, "you are ohhh so welcome sunshine", Emily and the others then walked over and grabbed a sandwich and a cup of coffee with huge smiles on their faces.
Penelope glanced at her best friend and her heart raced but then again that wasn't anything new, it always raced when she saw him, touched him or heck even thought about him. He was gorgeous, sexy, kind, loving and she couldn't remember a time that she wasn't in love with the sexy profiler but she was to afraid to tell him because she was afraid of what he would say or do.
Penelope Garcia was a beautiful woman, she was curvy, smart, kind, loving and had one of the biggest hearts imaginable but she was definitely not Derek Morgans type. She bit down on her lip as she watched Derek ruffle the hair of their younger friend and JJ's husband Spencer Reid.
When everybody was done with their surprise Penelope said, "I know that you guys just want to get home but I would like to run something by you first if that's okay"?, everybody nodded their heads yes and she sighed happily and mumbled something that none of them could understand.
Derek said, "what was that sweetness, we didn't catch that", she looked up at them and said, "I was wondering if you would all like to come with me to a club tomorrow night". Emily said, "club, what kind of club"?, she said, "wellllll, they have dancing in one part of the club so that would be fun but their is another part of the club where they have guests like singers, poets and hypnotists do shows".
Hotch grinned and said, "sounds like fun, what do you think Em"?, Emily looked at her friend and could tell that she really wanted them to go with her so she said, "count us in PG, we'd love to go". JJ looked at Spencer and he grinned at her and she then looked at Penelope and said, "count us in too Garcie", Penelope said, "what about you and Fran my italian stallion"?, Dave said, "sure kitten, anything for you" as he kissed her cheek.
She then looked at Derek and said, "what about you hotstuff"?, he said, "the dancing part sounds good baby girl but what is exactly on the agenda for tomorrow night"?, she said, "well the hypnotist is doing a show, so I thought we could go to the show and then get our groove thang on afterwards".
Derek said, "I'll do it but on one condition", she said, "name it angel fish", he grinned at her and said, "you save a dance or ohhhh five for me", she bit down on her lip and said, "you sure do drive a hard bargain hotstuff buttttttt you have a deal".
As he held out his hand she laughed and shook her hand and said, "thank you hotstuff, thank you, thank you, thank you", he pulled her into his arms and sighed happily and said, "I would do anything for you baby girl" causing her to smile happily.
It was only a matter of a few minutes before they were all grabbing their things and making their way toward the elevator to head home to get a good nights rest after a long and tiring case.
