Hypnotized By You-Ch 3
As Derek stepped up onto the stage Matthew said, "alright Derek, so tell me what don't you believe about hypnosis"?, Derek said, "it's nothing against you Matthew, it's just that I don't believe in any of that mumbo jumbo, sorry" and Matthew grinned and said, "well thank you for giving me the chance to prove you wrong".
Derek smiled at him and nodded his head and said, "no problem", Matthew said, "alright, first close your eyes Derek and just listen to my voice". Derek closed his eyes and Matthew said, "okay, just take a few slow, deep breaths and relax, just relax".
He took a few deep breaths and listened as Matthew said, "alright just listen to the sound of my voice, just listen and clear your mind, just focus on nothing but the sound of my voice". Derek pushed everything out of his mind and simply listened to the sound of Matthews voice as he continued to take slow, deep breaths.
Matthew said, "alright, Derek can you hear me"?, Derek said, "yes", Matthew said, "good, good, now I am going to count backwards from 5 and when I snap my fingers you will walk up to the most beautiful woman in the room and kiss her passionately on the lips, do you understand"?, Derek said, "yes, I understand".
The room was silent as Matthew said, "5, 4, 3, 2 and 1" and then snapped his fingers, Dereks eyes flew open and Matthew said, "well Derek have you changed your mind"?, Derek shook his head and said, "no sorry, still don't believe in any of that mumbo jumbo".
Matthew said, "well thanks for being a good sport and letting me try to prove you wrong", he looked out over the crowd and said, "alright ladies and gentlemen let's give Derek a big round of applause". Everybody clapped their hands and smiled as they watched Derek walk slowly down the stairs and as he did he couldn't keep from glancing at Penelope.
She was so beautiful and the way that dress had been hugging every curve perfectly just made him inwardly moan in appreciation and the closer he got to her the more he just wanted to hold her, he wanted to hold her and kiss her.
His family and the rest of the room watched and waited to see what he would do, Derek smiled and walked over to his table, he pulled Penelope up from her chair. She looked at him and said, "Derek are you al" and before she could finish her sentence he wrapped his arms around her and his lips descended on hers.
Fran smiled and enjoyed every second of it, she had pulled out her cell and recording everything since Derek walked up on stage and she was sooooooo glad that she had. When Derek and Penelope pulled apart she said, "w w what was that"?, Derek caressed her cheek and said, "you are so beautiful baby girl, so so beautiful".
She smiled and said, "thank you hot" and again his lips descended on hers, his friends and the rest of the room watched and smiled as Derek continued to kiss Penelope several more times before intertwining fingers with her and saying, "let's dance baby girl".
Everybody grinned and stood up and followed them and as they disappeared out of the room Matthew grinned and said, "to bad he doesn't believe in that mumbo jumbo huh everybody"?, causing everybody to laugh and nod their heads yes in agreement.
When they got to the center of the dance floor Derek pulled her into his arms and sighed happily as she laid her head on his shoulder and they swayed to the beat of the music. Reid leaned in to his wife and said, "they look good together don't they"?, JJ said, "yeah, yeah they do and I'm finally glad that he pulled his head out of his butt and made a move, sure it took the hypnotic suggestion of kissing a beautiful woman to do it but he did it, he finally did it".
Fran looked at her son and smiled, Dave said, "it's about time don't you think Bella"?, Fran said, "that it is Dave, that it is" as she watched Derek look lovingly into the eyes of Penelope for a few seconds before his lips descended on hers again.
