Hypnotized By You-Ch 5
After staying in the park for a few more minutes Derek and Penelope walked hand in hand back to their cars, he smiled at her and said, "thank you baby girl". She looked at him and said, "for what"?, he pulled her close and said, "for not giving up on me, on us" and then his lips descended on hers.
When they pulled apart she said, "never my love, I'll never give up on us", he rested his forehead against hers and said, "since we have a few more days of downtime, wanna spend some time with your new boyfriend"?, she said, "bo boyfriend, you mean you"?, he laughed and said, "yes, I mean me, now that I finally have you in my life I'm never gonna let you go".
She hugged him tight and laid her head down on his chest, he ran his hand up and down her back and said, "do you know what I see when I look at you"?, she sighed happily and said, "no, what do you see"?, he kissed the top of her head and said, "I see us getting married, I see you pregnant with our children, I see us growing old together, that's what I see when I look at you".
Penelope said, "c c children, you want to have children with me"?, he said, "of course I do, I love you, you are the woman that I want to spend the rest of my life with, that is if you want to spend the rest of your life with me"?, she said, "I want that more than anything hotstuff, more than anything" as she kissed him gently on the lips.
When they pulled apart he said, "how about we have a picnic tomorrow, would you like that"?, she grinned at him and said, "I don't care what we do as long as we're together". Derek opened her car door and before she slid behind the wheel of Ester he kissed her passionately again and then said, "good night baby girl, sleep tight, I love you".
Penelope said, "good night sugar shack, sweet dreams and I love you too", he said, "I'll be over about noon to take you on that picnic, is that okay"?, she said, "of course it is, I'll see you at noon". As she slid into her car he couldn't stop smiling at her, she was so beautiful, so beautiful and now all his, he watched as she started her car and pulled away from the curb smiling and waving at him,
As she disappeared out of sight he sighed and said, "I love you baby girl, always have and always will", he jumped when he heard his team say in unison, "well it's about time". He turned around and said, "how long have you all been watching us"?, Reid said, "since you were making out on that bench over there" and JJ elbowed him and Reid said, "owwww Jayje" causing everybody to grin.
Fran said, "so I take it that you know what happened"?, he nodded his head and said, "I do, she told me", Fran said, "well I have it here on my cell if you would like to watch it". He blushed and nodded his head yes as she handed him her cell, he stood leaned against his truck and watched everything from the time he got up until the time he walked out of the club hand in hand with Penelope.
Derek said, "well this relationship didn't start like a normal relationship but that doesn't matter, I love her and she loves me and nothing is gonna stop me from wooing her". Fran slapped her hands together and said, "go get her son, I'm not getting any younger ya know and I want those grandbabies"
Derek laughed and said, "I know momma, I know" and everybody laughed as they hugged Derek and then said their goodnights before heading home for the evening. A couple of hours later as he was laying in bed Derek couldn't stop smiling, he couldn't stop smiling because his baby girl was finally in his life and he was going to do whatever it took to keep her there.
As he rolled over he smiled and said, "I hope that you are ready to be wooed right off of your feet baby girl because I am going to woo you like you've never been wooed before" and a few minutes later he closed his eyes and soon fell into a peaceful and blissful sleep.
