Hypnotized By You-Ch 9
After Penelope passed out in his arms Anderson quickly yelled for help and after getting calling 911 he blew out a deep breath before looking down at the phone number on the piece of paper in his hand. He then punched in the number and waited for somebody to answer the phone and then after 4 rings he heard, "yes Anderson".
Anderson said, "yes sir, I wanted to let you know about the development with Ms. Garcia", Hotch had put the call on speaker and said, "what about Garcia, is she alright"?, he said, "she passed out sir and we are currently in route to the hospital with her via ambulance".
Derek jumped up and said, "what happened, any idea why she fainted"?, Anderson said, "none I'm afraid, I took some papers into her office and as I was handing them to her she suddenly said that she didn't feel good and passed out in my arms, I quickly dialed 911 and then after they got there and got her loaded into the ambulance I called you".
Dave pulled out his cell and said, "I'll call Fran and have her meet the ambulance at the hospital", Derek nodded his head said, "thanks Dave" and Dave said, "anything for kitten" as he walked to the back of the jet and made the call.
Hotch said, "stay with Garcia until Fran gets there Anderson", he said, "yes sir" and Derek said, "and if you hear anything please call and let us know". Anderson glanced down at the unconscious woman and then said, "I will" and after the call ended Derek ran his hand over his head and said, "please be alright baby girl, please be alright".
Dave then walked back over and said, "Fran and the girls are on the way over to the hospital", JJ sat down beside Derek and said, "she's going to be fine, you have to believe that". Derek looked alt her and said, "I can't lose her JJ, not now, not now that we've finally got together", she pulled him into her arms and ran her hand up and down his back and said, "you're not going to lose her, we're not going to lose her, not now, not ever" as the rest of their team looked on worriedly and nodded their heads yes in agreement.
Meanwhile at the hospital Fran and the girls arrived as they were wheeling Penelope into a cubicle, Fran recognizing Anderson ran over to him and said, "did she ever wake up"?, he shook his head and said, "no, but her vital signs were stable, so that's good, right"? and Fran smiled and said, "yes, that's a good sign, a very good sign".
Anderson blew out a deep breath and said "if it's alright with you can I stay until we find out that she's going to be alright"?, Fran put her hand on his shoulder and said, "of course, of course" as the four of then sat down in the waiting room waiting on news on how Penelope was doing.
The rest of the flight back to Virginia seemed to take forever but soon the team were racing toward the hospital in the two SUVs that were waiting on them at the airport. When they arrived at the hospital Derek jumped out and ran toward the entrance with Reid and JJ running right behind him.
Fran looked around and saw her son and as he ran over to her she said, "we still haven't heard anything yet, well other than they are running tests on her right now", she pulled her son into her arms and said, "she's going to be fine baby boy, she's going to be fine".
JJ walked over to Anderson and said, "what happened"?, Anderson looked over at Derek and then back at JJ as he filled them in on what had happened to Penelope after he walked into her office. When he was done Derek said, "thank you for getting her here so fast man, I am in your debt", Anderson shook his head and said, "I'm just glad that I could do something to help her".
Derek blew out a deep breath and ran his hand over his face and then jumped as he heard a voice say, "are you here for Ms. Garcia"?, they all walked closer to her and Derek said, "I'm her boyfriend, how is she"?, the doctor motioned for everybody to sit down as she readied to speak.
