As the little family stopped outside the judges office Derek took Penelopes hands in his and said, "I love you so much baby girl, are you sure that you're ready to do this"?, she cupped his face in her hands and gently kissed his lips, earning a moan from him.
When they pulled apart she said, "I have never been more ready for anything in my life Derek Michael Morgan", he winked at her and held his arm out and said, "shall we"?, she looped his arm through his and said, "we shall" as Dave raised his hand to knock on the door.
After a few seconds they heard, "come in", Dave pushed the door open and walked inside and the rest of the family quickly fell in line behind him as they too made their way inside. Dave and Hotch smiled at the judge and Dave said, "thanks Chris for doing this for Derek and kitten", Chris said, "no problem my friend, no problem at all" as he grabbed his bible and walked over to the happy couple.
He turned to face Derek and Penelope and said, "are you two ready"?, they looked at each other and then at him and nodded their heads yes and she slid her hand in his as they waited for the ceremony to start. Chris said, "dearly beloved, we are gathered here in the sight of God and these witnesses to join together Derek Michael Morgan and Penelope Grace Garcia in the bonds of holy matrimony".
Penelope smiled as she glanced over at her handsome husband and he looked so nice in his suit and as she bit down on her bottom lip she couldn't hardly wait to see it puddled with her clothes on the floor later. She was pulled back to the ceremony as Chris said, "who gives this woman to this man in matrimony today"?, the family all smiled and said, "we do" in unison causing Derek and Penelope to smile.
Chris then looked at JJ and Reid and asked for the rings, the two stepped forward and handed him the rings, he said a quick prayer and then looked at Derek and said, "Derek take this ring and put it onto Penelopes finger and then repeat after me". Derek took the ring in his hand and slid it happily onto her finger and waited for Chris to continue.
He looked at the couple and said, "I Derek take you Penelope to be my lawfully wedded wife", Derek said, "I Derek take you Penelope to be my lawfully wedded wife". Next, he heard, "I promise to love, honor and cherish you in good times and in bad, sickness and in health. for richer or poorer until we are parted by death".
Derek smiled at his bride and said, "I promise to love, honor and cherish you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer until we are parted by death". He then looked at Penelope and said, "Penelope take this ring and slide it onto Dereks finger and then repeat after me", she nodded her head as she nervously took the ring between her fingers and waited for Chris to continue.
Chris said, "I Penelope take you Derek to be my lawfully wedded husband", she said, "I Penelope, take you Derek to be my lawfully wedded husband" she blew out a small breath as she heard. "I promise to love. honor and cherish you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer until we are parted by death".
Chris then looked around the room and said, "if their is anyone here that can show just cause why these two can't be lawfully joined, let them speak now or forever hold their peace". After a few seconds he said, "by the powers vested in me by this state, I now pronounce you husband and wife", he grinned at Derek and said, "Derek, you may kiss your bride".
Derek then cupped her face in his hands and leaned in and gently pressed his lips against hers, when they pulled apart Chris smiled and said, "it gives me great pleasure to introduce to you for the first time Mr. and Mrs. Derek Morgan". The air was filled with the sounds of hands clapping and the shouts of congratulations for the new couple and Derek said, "i love you Mrs. Morgan".
Penelope said, "and I love you Mr. Morgan" as they leaned in for another kiss. when they pulled apart Chris said, "congratulations you two and I wish you the best of luck". Derek and Penelope smiled and shook his hand before signing their marriage license, they then thanked him again and invited him to their reception, he had to decline because of a prior engagement but thanked them for the invitation as he watched them heading out of his office.
