Peter knew that the symbiote was doing something to his brain so he got in costume and swung to Conners' lab.
"Who- Spider-man?" Dr. Conners was just going to take some notes on the alien.
"Dr. Conners, I need your help."
"What's the problem?"
"The symbiote, it's doing something to my head!"
"What? What happened?"
"I am showing signs of having Venom again."
"Like what?"
"Like encouraging me to eat people!"
"Well, what are you waiting for? Quick! Put this brain wave analyzer on!"
Spidey put the helmet on his head and Curt started to collect data.
"Spider-man... ..."
"Yes?"
"Your brain patterns are separate... ..."
Parker's residence,
"Peter?" Gwen said as she walked into the house.
'Guess he's not home.'
Gwen found a note on the table and read it.
"Aunt May's going away for 1 month? Peter must be buying food at the mall, he'll be back."
Gwen sat on a chair waiting for Peter.
Back with Peter,
"What?" Peter stood there in shock.
"Your brain patterns are two separate lines! One is the symbiote!"
"No! That can't be!"
"Spider-man-"
"Bring the symbiote here right now!"
Curt ran into his room and grabbed the jar containing the symbiote in front of him.
"I'll give it back when SHIELD arrives. We have some personal matters to discuss."
Peter grabbed the jar and swung off.
"This is even worse when I became the Lizard... ..."
Peter opened the jar and Venom came out.
"Now, you have some real explaining to do!"
Venom didn't listen and happily jumped towards him.
Peter quickly grabbed a lighter and attempted to set fire on Venom
"Wait! Please don't hurt us!"
"Then tell me, what are you doing to my head!"
"We aren't doing anything! We're just a part of each other."
"What do you mean?"
"We were a part of each other but a scientist changed us so we went back to you!"
"Peter! Is that you?" Gwen shouted from downstairs.
"We'll talk about this later."
"But we-"
Peter threw a leftover chocolate bar under the bed as Venom raced after it.
"Coming, Gwen!"
"Well hurry up! My Dad needs us the whole afternoon.
'Looks like Venom's going to have to wait for a while.'
