Anger Management*
"Where are you taking me?" Marty asked as they pulled up to what looked like an abandoned building.
"Someplace that is helping me with my anger. I hope that it will help you as well," Todd said as he parked the car.
Marty followed Todd inside the building and saw several boxing bags and a boxing ring in the middle.
"You think that boxing will help?" Marty said as she walked past a bag that had a picture of Peter Manning on it.
"It's helped me. Ray's helped me to realize that I have a lot of anger and that I need to find an outlet that helps me get it out. I bought this place a few weeks ago as my own personal gym to work out all of my pent up aggressions. Personalizing the bag just gives me a face to direct all my anger. I personalized some bags for you as well," Todd said as they walked past three punching bags, one with Zach's face, one with Powell's face and one with his."
"How does it work, I just punch the bag?" Marty asked.
"Yep, put these on first. It's important to protect your hands," Todd said as he threw some boxing gloves to her. She put the gloves on and then stood before the bag with Todd's face on it.
"Can I show you how to stand?" Todd said as he reached his hands out to her waist but then paused.
"Sure," she agreed.
"Todd placed his hands around her waist and then positioned her into the correct boxing stance.
When she was in position, Todd held the bag for her as she punched it over and over again.
"The gloves are great, but do you have a baseball bat?" she asked after several minutes of hitting the bag.
"No, but I can get one if that would help," Todd said.
"That would be great," She said as she pulled her hair back in pigtails.
"You look like Harley Quinn," Todd pointed out as he looked at her. "I thought that you only came out on Halloween," Todd said taking a chance that he was speaking to Marty's alter ego.
"So I lied, so what? Besides, Marty and anger don't really go together. It's what she has me for," Harley said as she punched the bag with all of her might. "This is a good idea puddin, but it won't help Marty with all of her demons. There's far too many clowns then you have punching bags for, besides I like taking a more hands on approach when dealing with the anger."
"Marty mentioned the clowns too, so how many clowns are we talking about and have they all hurt Marty? Is that why you exist?" Todd asked.
"I exist because Marty was always somebody else's girl and little Harley Quinn was damaged, but don't worry Toddy, I got my revenge against all of the clowns. Think of me as Marty's avenging Angel, although I'm no angel, I have managed to cross all the names off of the list except for one."
"How did you get your revenge?" Todd asked.
"There's a lot of skeletons in Marty's closet are you sure you want to know?" Harley asked.
"I just want to help her," Todd said.
"Then you'll help me close her eyes to the truth. She's starting to remember and she's not strong enough for the truth, she never was."
"Perhaps she's stronger than you give her credit for."
"If that was true then I wouldn't exist in the first place, get me a bat, Marty's got more pent up anger then you realize," she said.
Todd watched as Marty took out her hair and shook it out. "Thanks Todd, I feel better all ready, will you take me home?"
"Yea, I'll take you home. I have to start on a research project anyways," Todd said determined to find out the truth that Harley wanted to keep hidden.
