Part 3 COMING SOON

Klaus' Mansion

Mystic Falls, Virginia, 2010

Kol fed from the blood bags. This was a new thing to him. Even hospitals had not been able to store blood in Kol's time. The blood tasted strongly of plastic and had a old taste, but it was blood. It was also too cold, which Kol did not like. He was eager to hunt more. Feeding from the pretty witch only slaked his great thirst, but a moment.

"Kol? Are you still here?" Klaus groaned as he turned painfully. Kol couldn't help but grin to see his older brother sans his trousers in bed. He had covered him but he kicked the blanket off in his restless sleep.

"I am here, Nik. Why do you not take a little blood? I have used up nine of your blood bags, but you have a large supply so I did think you would mind," Kol stated.

Klaus took it and gagged, "It's better in a glass. You can also warm it. Kol, don't leave them sitting out too long."

Kol nodded, "Oh, I did not know. Your arse is still mighty red, big Brother. I imagine you haven't had a hiding like that is a good number of years."

Klaus turned to look at his brown haired brother and grinned, "Don't assume. There was that unique little high-end brothel I used to visit in New Orleans. The madam was quite talented in the arts of love and pain."

Kol was confused, "You mean Storyville?"

"No, earlier in the Quarter. in Vieux Carr, if I recall. I am sorry, Brother. Perhaps, you were daggered then, too. That time it was to protect Marcel, whom we let Father kill anyway...," Klaus ruminated. "I failed you all, have I not?"

"I am sorry, Niklaus.I heard about Marcellus. You cannot blame yourself, I am sure. And Father?" Kol said with empty eyes, thinking back on all the times they flee from the man.

"Dead, by my hand...a few months back. I thought I would feel some relief, but I felt nothing. I meant to reunite us all, but I could not face your wrath. And perhaps my own guilt," Klaus admitted quietly.

"Brother, I admit there were times I detested you for your harshness and stealing so much time from me, but you are still my big brother, Nik. I love you, despite myself," Kol promised. Klaus turned so Kol would not see the deep affect on him but winced when his raw backside touched the mattress. They both laughed despite the emotion of the moment.

"Do you really think Finn and Rebekah are going to hide me next?" Klaus asked in resignation.

"Aye, you are in for it. Rebekah was muttering something about you whacking you over bloomers or some nonsense!" Kol added.

"Bloody hell! That was in the 1920s. She was a sassy, little minx then. I warned her about wearing trousers and drawing so much attention to herself, but she insisted on testing me. I was trying to keep us safe, but Mikael hunted us there, too. All water under the bridge now. Shall we get up? I do fear facing the proverbial music, but no use in delaying the enviable," Klaus said in a strained voice.

Kol asked suddenly, "Do motor cars fly now? Do you have a cigars?"

"Cars don't fly, but planes are common. People don't smoke as much anymore. They realized it kills them, but I'll find you something. Come on," Klaus said starting to dress.

Kol had so many more questions, "What else did I miss?"

Klaus buttoned his pants carefully, "I shall have to show you how to use a machine they made called a computer. You can see all you missed by watching videos and reading about it. I think you will like it..." The brothers walked downstairs to rejoin the others. They found Finn watching television informercials, Elijah cooking, and Rebekah drinking wine at the round kitchen table.

Klaus put his hand on Rebekah's should, "Sister, you found my wine cellar."

"I did. Thank you, Nik," Rebekah smiled.

Rebekah twisted Klaus' hand painfully until bones cracked. Kol leaned against the wall and laughed.

"Thanks for your help, Brother," Klaus said sarcastically.

"Anytime, Nik!" Kol snickered as he finally sat down.

Elijah scolded lightly, "Sister, we talked about this. There is a time and a place. Once Niklaus has been properly punished, we move on. That was the deal."

Klaus moaned and rubbed his upper thigh, "Please, Elijah, cannot I not have another day. I am awfully sore now. Can I fetch a cushion to sit on?"

Elijah looked up from his frothing, "Absolutely not, you sit and remember why you got a spanking. No squirming or I will paddle you again right here in the kitchen."

"In my kitchen," Klaus grumbled. Elijah brandished a metal slotted spoon.

"What was that?"

"Nothing. Where's my staff?" Klaus asked nervously.

"I released them for the day. Don't worry, we didn't eat them. The death of the witch was...unfortunate. I have dealings with her father and brother. They may not take this well," Elijah admitted.

"Greta was clever and smarter than any of us. I would not be surprised if she body jumped or rises away from the dead. What did you do with her body?" Klaus asked sitting down carefully. Rebekah smirked and Elijah pointed the spoon at her in warning.

"I put it in your cooler down in the basement. She looked pretty young to be so powerful, though," Elijah said flipping a crepes and then plating it expertly.

"She was. Let us speak of happier subjects. Sister, I see you are enjoying Greta's clothing. It seems to fit well, but I can get you a credit care in which to purchase new things of your own choosing," Klaus offered.

"Save it, Nik. Do not try to play up to me. I am still angry and Elijah says I get to punish you tonight. Me, and old Finn in there," Rebekah said snidely.

"Rebekah, I am not trying to curry favor with you. But I want you all to be comfortable. How is Finn?" Klaus asked in a lower voice. Elijah brought over the crepes and fruit.

"Better than can be expected. He's been watching tv for hours now. I'm not sure how much he can understand. It's a little too much. I have been trying to translate for him, but he has not been saying much," Elijah said quietly.

Rebekah scoffed, "What kind of person leaves a brother in a box for 900 years? He is probably insane."

Klaus got angry, "Dammit, Rebekah, I didn't see any of you try to free him. You didn't want to hear his dull old sermons and lectures anymore than I did. I will take the blame where it is due, but when it is not, I ask that you refrain from judging me for sins you also committed."

Rebekah backed down, "You are right, Nik. None of us tried with him, nor are we blameless. I am just worried as to what we are going to do with him."

Kol leaned back in his chair, "Do with him. How about we just not dagger him again?"

Elijah went and asked Finn to join them. He had also cooked some sausage and slices of ham he though Finn could eat.

"The crepes are good, Elijah," Klaus said politely.

Finn said down and looked at his siblings almost as if he didn't know them. Elijah explained that they would speak in English and he would try to translate the best he could. Finn nodded.

Finn began, "I dreamt of Mother last night. When we were in the old country she used to call Freya and me Huginn and Muninn, I remember that."

Elijah smiled, "After the pair of ravens who were Odin's messengers? Why that, Brother?"

"We were always climbing trees and planning mischief...chattering, I suppose. When we came here, to this land, we were happy here too. All of you, too. Do you not recall?" Finn said.

Klaus said, "I remember you used to let us tackle you in the woods when we played."

Kol added, "I barely remember that. I just remember it going bad. You know, Father..."

Klaus said, "I killed him. He is dead. Mother is dead. Finn, I know we never got along much, but maybe after tonight, you would be willing to try again, Bróðir?"

Finn said yes and ate the meat that Elijah gave him.

Gilbert Residence

Elena looked at Jenna. "Jenna, you don't look so good. Are you sure you are okay?"

Jenna's skin was pale and she was sweating, "I just got sick again. Maybe I'm just sick over what happened. Your mom never liked Grayson's parents much, but I had no idea that they were this bad."

Elena agreed, "Jenna, it was bad, but it was a different time. I mean, my dad never said anything bad about them. Are we overreacting here?"

"She beat you, Elena! I mean, I did...God, what is wrong with people...," Jenna cried. She made a face and ran back to the bathroom. Elena followed and got Jenna a wet towel.

"Jenna, um, do you think you could be pregnant?" Elena asked gently.

"Pregnant? No, of course not...Well, maybe it has been a while. Oh God," Jenna said wiping her face with the towel.

"You sit down. I'll run to the drugstore and pick up a pregnancy test, okay?" Elena smiled.

"Pregnant? I couldn't be. Ric and I have only known each other a couple of months...," Jenna said in shock.

"Shh, Jenna, sit. I'll be right back," Elena soothed. Jeremy stopped Elena before she left.

"Where are you going?" Jeremy asked.

"To the drugstore. Um, we need lady products. Don't ask," Elena said quickly.

"Ugh, too much information. Hey, should I burn that box of stuff from the grandparents? Just to be on the safe side?" Jeremy asked.

Elena thought, "Yeah, that's a good idea. Just don't touch anything. If you get possessed, too, I will snap. Have you seen Uncle John?"

"Yeah, I told his ass off. He is acting weird. Maybe he's freaked about what happened with Ric, but he still doesn't need to be such an asshole," Jeremy said plainly.

"True. Burn the box, but check in on Jenna. Ric is with Damon and Stefan. I'll be back soon," Elena said hugging her little brother.

"Okay, bye," Jeremy said watching her bounce out the door. He knew she was up to something.

Jeremy had wanted to ask Elena if she knew anything about Bonnie compelling him. But he didn't want Elena to know about how Bonnie had basically given him a bath and smacked him with that bath brush. In a way, the bath probably embarrassed him more. He hadn't taken a bath since he was like eight. Nine, at the latest, and he had done it by himself! Another odd thing is that Jeremy had not had the urge to touch drugs since. He could still drink a beer with Ty and Matt, but he didn't need to have more than one or two. He wanted to talk to Bonnie, but he didn't know where to start. Just then, Jeremy's phone rang.

"Bonnie? That was weird. I was just thinking about you!" Jeremy blurted out.

"Oh really, I hope it was something good," Bonnie laughed.

"Always. Want to come over? I was just going to burn that stuff that was my grandparents. You know, so no one else got possessed," Jeremy said hastily.

"Possessed?" Bonnie asked in surprise.

"Yeah, you know...the whole Ric and Jenna thing. Surely, Elena told you?" Jeremy asked. He knew Elena had told Bonnie because he had heard her on the phone.

"Oh, yeah, of course. Sorry, I just have a lot on my mind. Do you know where Tyler and Carolyn are?" Bonnie asked casually.

"Caroline? I have no idea. Elena just left but she will be back in a little while. I'm just here with Jenna," Jeremy explained.

"Great. Actually, I'm on my way over. See you in ten," Bonnie said.

"Sure," Jeremy said hanging up. That was weird, he thought. Carolyn?

Salvatore Boarding House

Ric dug through the maps.

"The tunnels that run under the Grill also connect to Grayson Gilbert's old medical office. Isn't that odd? Damon, I am starting to think that you are on to something. If John was an Augustine, then I bet Grayson was, too," Ric said pointing at the map.

"Son of a bitch! I was hoping Elena's dad didn't have anything to do that. I mean, Grayson. I have a hard time seeing John as her biological father in the first place," Damon said filling up on more bourbon.

Stefan exhaled, "Damon, why didn't you ever tell me about you getting kidnapped. I feel awful. I should have been trying to rescue you."

'Stef, man. It was a long time ago in the 1950s. Ric wasn't even born. I thought I killed all of those bastards one by one, but I guess not. Elena deserves to know the truth," Damon spat.

Ric nodded, "Yeah, but to find out your uncle is your biological father and a torturer at the same time. That's heavy for a girl who just lost her parents."

The doorbell rang. The guys looked at each other in surprise. They were not expecting anyone.

Stefan answered the door.

"Elena? I thought you were with Jenna?" Stefan asked. But then he knew...

"Guess again, handsome? Aren't you going to invite me in?"

"Katherine! What the hell are you doing here?" Damon fumed from behind his brother.

"I came to help, you morons," Katherine said pushing her way in the door.

Ric started, "Elena?"

"Who is this handsome fella?" Katherine cooed.

"He's a vampire hunter," Damon stated sharper. "Katherine. Ric."

Stefan repeated the question, "What do you want, Katherine?"

"I came to help. Klaus is trying to break the curse again. I thought I ought to warn you so you can save your precious Elena," Katherine giggled.

"What's in it for you?" Damon growled.

"Well, if you help get Klaus off my back and I can be free, everyone wins! Now, are you going to offer me a drink?" Katherine said bending over in her tight black pants and low cut wine colored blouse. Ric flushed and looked away.

"Get it yourself," Damon said rudely.

Stefan poured Katherine a drink, "How are we going to get Klaus off your back?"

Katherine purred, "By killing him, silly."

Klaus' Mansion

Evening

After spending the afternoon getting everyone situated and in bedrooms, Klaus knew his time was nearing.

Elijah could tell he was getting anxious, but had little pity for his sometimes badly behaved younger brother.

"I try to feel some pity for you and then I remember you shoving that dagger in my heart. I still am yet to hear a good reason," Elijah said as they entered Klaus' large bedroom.

"I panicked. I knew you wouldn't approve of my plans to break the curse. But I was wrong, I see that now. Please Elijah, I really got it good last night. Wasn't that enough?" Klaus pleaded sadly.

Elijah hardened his face, "Take down your trousers. Let me inspect your backside and we'll see."

"No, it's no longer sore now...But I just don't want Finn and Rebekah to, you know...," Klaus flushed hotly.

"I say take down your trousers. I need to see your bottom for myself. I don't wish to embarrass you, but you know I would never allow you to be abused again. Pants down," Elijah said firmly.

Klaus started to unbuckle his belt and then faltered and looked at Elijah with exasperation.

"Enough disobedience, I suppose I need to spank you again until you learn to obey," Elijah said now undoing Klaus' pants. Klaus' hands went to stop his brother and Elijah smacked them away. He pulled Klaus' belt out of his pants and set it to the side. Klaus held his breath.

"No, Elijah," Klaus whined as he started to cry softly.

"Niklaus, I shalln't use the belt, now settle and stop fussing," Elijah ordered. Klaus began to cry loudly and twist out of the way.

Grabbing Klaus by the bicep, he turned his wayward brother to the side.

"Stop that crying, Niklaus, or I'm really going to give you something to cry about," Elijah threatened as Klaus began to sob louder.

Elijah yanked Klaus' black briefs down in the back and saw that his behind was white and unblemished. Bending him over using his left arm, as Klaus made a whining moan in his throat of protest, Elijah smacked Klaus' behind on the right cheek hard. Crack! Then, he whacked he left. Crack. Then, the center. Whack! Whack! Whack. Klaus stomped and tried to get up but Elijah had him locked in place.

"When I tell you to take down your pants, I expect you to do it. I wasn't even going to spank you again, but I can see you need it. You've needed it a long time, haven't you?" Elijah prodded. When Klaus didn't answer, Elijah laid down a series of blistering smacked on Klaus' sit spots that had him dancing in place and howling.

"Stop! I'll be good," Niklaus vowed as he felt Elijah pepper his rear with another flurry of spanks. After twenty, Elijah stopped. Klaus' behind was now pink.

"I'm sorry I had to do that, but this fussing is unbecoming. I expect you to take you spankings like a big boy, do you understand, young man," Elijah scolded letting Klaus up.

"Yes, Elijah. I just panicked. It really stings," Klaus wept as he turned to him.

Elijah folded his brother into his arms, "I know, but you have two more spankings to face tonight and I expect you to behave during them."

"I can't take it," Klaus whimpered softly.

"Yes, you can, Brother and you will without the whining. You deserve it. Give Rebekah and Finn a chance to vent and then forgive you. You could use a bit of humbling. You maybe strong and immortal, but you can't hurt your family like that and get away with it. You are lucky you are just getting spanked and not put in your own dungeon or worse. Now, you go take your shower and change into your pajamas. But the time you get back in here, your bum will be pale and healed again, I'm sure," Elijah said patting Klaus' bare seat tenderly.

"Elijahhhh, will you stay with me?" Klaus asked.

"Of course, I am afraid Rebekah would skin you alive if left alone. I truly do not know if Finn is up to this, but he deserves a chance to heal, too," Elijah explained. "Do not put on underpants after you shower, but you may wear the pajamas I place on your bed for you."

"Fine," Klaus started to yank up his pants, but Elijah's stern look caused him just to step out and trot over to the large bathroom to bath. Elijah went through his brother's drawers and go out a soft pajama set that he could wear after. Elijah wished Niklaus knew how hard it was for him to began to take a firm hand with him after all these years, but it was long overdue. The Originals healed quickly enough where, for better or worse, they could take quite a lot without any injury or damage.

Klaus came out of the shower slowly and put on his pajamas. Like Elijah had said Klaus' backside was once again healed. It took more than a few hand slaps to create a long lasting ache on an Original, or any well-fed vampire, Klaus surmised. He could not believe that the brother he had boxed up for almost a 1000 years was going to be encouraged to actually wallop him. For the first time! And his little sister. He had only spanked her once or twice himself. Both were when they were in Chicago. Elijah was leading Mikael on a wild goose chase, Kol was daggered and Marcel was...No, he could not think of that again. It was a hard time. But then they met Stefan Salvatore, 'The Ripper of Monterey' himself. Things were good again. Then, Mikael found them. After that, Klaus was alone.

Elijah came back in the room with Finn. Finn's hair was hanging down a little past his shoulders when he was undaggered yesterday. Now, it was cut short. Elijah might have shaved their brother and cut his hair himself. He dressed him in grey slacks and a white pullover shirt that was much more modern than the leather tunic that he had worn just yesterday.

Finn wore a resigned look on his face. He looked around the large room for a moment before speaking slowly in Old Norse to his blood, hybrid brother.

Finn said, "I never wanted to hurt any of you, only protect you from yourselves. I lost a sister, you lost a sister, Freya, that you never knew...then Henrik. I wish I could have saved them. If you failed Niklaus, that so did I. I am not sure I can do this. I am angry and there are things I want to tell you, but I am not sure it will do any good." Finn spoke in Old Norse. Klaus thought he understood most of it.

He replied, "I will take any correction you give, Finn. Do not hold back."

Finn said, "I awoke in the coffin, you know. I hated all of you. But then, it faded into just pain. I am not angry so much at you Niklaus, I know why you did what you did. I am angry at the world moreover. Yet what you did was wrong. If I am to punish you, I will punish you for what you did to our siblings, not to me."

Elijah put a hand on Finn's shoulder and said, "Niklaus is good at wallowing in his own guilt and using it as an excuse for ill behavior. Tonight, we purge him of it and he can start anew."

Finn went on, "Yes, let us get this over with and then be done with it. I recall before Father lost Freya, he'd sometimes paddle us over his knee when we vexed Mother too much. One time we ran off in the meadow and hide when they looked for us until nightfall. Aside from that time, those smackings never really hurt. I shall do to you what you missed out on as a child. Loving correction from a father. Perhaps if you would have had that, then things would have been different."

Klaus was surprised to hear Finn speak of the past, he could not imagine Father as loving. Although, he never beat his siblings as his did him, Mikael was never kind to them either.

Finn sat on the couch in front of the fireplace and Elijah indicated to Klaus to go to him. Klaus felt odd in his nightclothes next to two fully clothes men, but soon he would feel much more uncomfortable. Finn arranged Klaus over his lap so his chest rested on the couch and his legs crossed diagonally onto the floor. Finn placed his left hand on Klaus' back and his right on the seat of his pajamas. Elijah sat in the chair to Finn's left. Klaus wondered if he was prepared to hold him down, if he tried to escape. He had no planned of it. Klaus just wanted this to end.

To his surprised, he heard Finn speaking to him calmly, "I don't want to hurt you, but you cannot just do whatever you like and get away with it. We shall not allow that anymore. I should have done this in France, when you and Kol started to ravish the countryside." Finn's large hand rose and fell with a loud thud. Klaus grunted and stayed still until Finn cuffed his backside a second time.

Bam!

Klaus inhaled and turned to look at Elijah. Elijah gave him a firm look and make a finger motion that Klaus should look ahead.

With the third strong smack, Finn began to spank faster. His hand seemed large enough to cover a great deal of Klaus' rear with each blow. His palm felt wooden and unresisting to the younger vampire, who could do nothing except take each study whack.

Klaus got ten hard smacks before breaking into light tears.

"I am sorry, Finn. You can let me up now. I've already had more smackings that I've had my whole life! You are hitting me too hard!" Klaus blubbered. But he couldn't move. His backside was burning.

Finn spanked steadily and firmly for another minute and then paused. Klaus' felt a fire in his lower cheeks were Finn had focused his attention. He was grateful, he hadn't swatted his thighs and sit spots, but the repetition of being spanked over and over again in the same area was unbearable. Klaus yelled out again, but his pleas fell on deaf ears. He tried to rise but Finn's arm pinned him and Finn now whacked him lower and Klaus wailed louder. Finn lessened his swats and spanked his brother another minute.

Finn pulled down Niklaus pants and Klaus felt the cool air float over his burning cheeks.

"No! Please," Klaus bellowed as he felt the the first crisp smacks on his bare behind. Smack! Smack! Smack! Smack! Smack! Smack. Finn was swatting the center of each cheek again and going back and forth. From time to time, he would crack Klaus' sore behind right in the middle.

Finn suddenly pulled Klaus' pants back up and stood him up fast. Klaus' face was dripping with tears and he sobbed into his hands shamefully. Elijah fished out a handkerchief and gave it to Finn, who moved Klaus' hands and wiped his face. Before Klaus knew it, he was back on the couch, sitting in Finn's sit weeping. Finn held him tightly and whispered to him that he would be okay, he was forgiven, and he was not to dwell on past wrongs.

Finn smiled, but said firmly, "If I catch you tearing yourself apart, we will come back here and you will have another spanking. Do you want that?"

Klaus' eyes widened at the threat and he quickly said, "No! I won't. I swear." Klaus had spoken in English and Elijah translated.

There was a knock at the door and Rebekah called out. Klaus wailed, "No, please, I am too sore. Finn had a hard palm!" Finn laughed and said something Klaus didn't catch to Elijah.

Elijah laughed. He said to Klaus, "Okay, go stand in the corner. Finn's hand is aching so he figures your bottom must smart a great deal. Ten minutes and then Rebekah is going to have her turn."

Klaus hopped up and walked to the corner. His pajama bottoms seemed too snug across the seat of his pants, but he did not want to bare his behind. Klaus felt Elijah come up behind him and gently move his hands on his head. Klaus could not help sniffling and breaking down again. Elijah put a hand on his shoulder and patted him.

Elijah whispered, "Almost done, little Brother. You only have to face our sister. She loves you so much, but when you hurt her, she feels it keenly."

Klaus whimpered, "I know. Will she forgive me, Elijah? Maybe this time, I went too far...I cannot be redeemed."

Elijah swatted him lightly on his flaming rear. Whack! "Stop that nonsense. Now, you concentrate on how much we love you and why we are doing this. I am going to get Rebekah. I fear she is going to use Greta's square hairbrush. I am not sure if plastic is worse than wood, but you can let me know later."

Finn was still sitting on the couch and said, "Do not tease him so, or you will find out first hand yourself, Elijah. Behave."

Elijah flinched, "I am sorry. I apologize. I will get Rebekah."
