Chapter 22: Invasion in Eagleland
Kibou, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Twilight, Arthur, Amity, Kirby, Katara, and Robin Hood leave Halloween Town and return to the Gummi ship, as they revert back to their normal forms and as they're about to continue their journey, the ship's screen turns on, showing Chip.
"Fellas! We have bad news!" Chip said.
"Huh?" Sora asked.
"What's wrong, Chip?" Katara asked.
"A world's bein' invaded by the Heartless!" Dale said, shoving Chip aside.
"What?!" Kibou asked shocked.
"Where is it?" Sora asked.
"It's close to Halloween Town! You gotta hurry before that world is lost to darkness!" Chip said.
"Okay, we'll get there as soon as we can!" Robin said.
"Let's take off!" Donald said.
The Gummi ship begins flying through space while fighting off Heartless ships and dodging obstacles in their path and after a few minutes of flying, they arrive at the next world that has two towns and it's being attacked.
"That must be the world Chip mentioned." Amity said.
"And it's under attack!" Arthur said.
"Don't say it like it's a bad thing, Artie!" Bill said.
"Yep! This is called Eagleland! It's a world where people lived peacefully, but it's awfully...unique in its own way." Chip said.
"C'mon! We gotta hurry and get in there!" Kibou said.
"Right!" Donald said, as they disembark for the world.
(World of Eagleland)
Kibou, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Twilight, Arthur, Amity, Kirby, Katara, and Robin Hood arrive at what looks like a ruined street and look around the ruined street to see if there are Heartless in sight and while looking around, Kirby sees something, which is smoke.
"Poyo!" Kirby said, pointing at the smoke.
"What, Kirby?" Twilight asked and sees the smoke. "Holy Celestia!" Twilight said shocked.
"It looks like it's being caused by the Heartless." Katara said.
"That's where the attack is coming from." Robin said.
"We gotta follow that smoke!" Goofy said and they nod.
The group hurry for the smoke, but just then, Soldiers appear and attack, but Kibou slashes with his Gemblade while Sora slashes with his Keyblade while Donald casts Thundara while Goofy bashes with his shield while Twilight casts Gravira while Arthur triple slashes with his sword while Amity uses her Abomination to use Hammer Fist while Kirby uses Final Cutter while Katara water whips while Robin shoots four arrows and they defeat the Soldiers and continue to follow the smoke. By the time the group get close to the smoke, they find what looks like a broken sign that says 'Onett' and later arrive at a different area.
(Onett-Downtown)
The group arrive at what looks like a town and there are destroyed buildings everywhere, so the group explore around to see if there are Heartless in sight.
"Gawrsh, ya think the Heartless are responsible?" Goofy asked, looking around.
"They must be. This place is ruined..." Twilight said.
"And kinda gloomy..." Arthur said.
"Just the way I like it. Although, this town... It reminds me of Gravity Falls... Very interesting." Bill said.
"The Heartless really did a HUGE number on this place." Donald said.
"I'm shocked this world's not destroyed yet." Sora said.
"Sora, don't jinx it!" Amity said.
Just then, Large Bodies, Soldiers, and Air Soldiers appear.
"Ah HA! Heartless!" Kibou said, taking out his Gemblade.
"Let's get rid of them!" Robin said.
"Agreed." Twilight said.
(Battle Theme: Earthbound Battle Theme)
The Large Bodies double punch at the group while the Soldiers attack with their claws, but Kibou casts Gravira while Sora triple slashes with Kingdom Key followed by casting Earthra, but the Air Soldiers deliver flying punches, only for Katara to use Freeze, allowing Goofy to use Rocket while Twilight unleashes two magenta lightning bolts while Robin uses Arrow Rain. The Large Bodies deliver belly charges at the group, but Donald casts Blizzara while Arthur uses Dancing Blade and delivers sword combos while Kirby double swings his hammer, but the Soldiers strike back with their claws. Amity summons two Abomination fists, as they transform into hammers and crush the Heartless, but the Air Soldiers deliver aerial hammer fists, only for Sora to aerial slash with Kingdom Key followed by an aerial spinning slash and then casts Water while Kibou vertical slashes with Faerie Gem followed by using Ignia's fire magic to unleash fire pillars and they defeat all the Heartless.
"There are probably more Heartless around here." Sora said.
"Let's have ourselves a nice look around. We should also make sure if there are any people, who are okay." Twilight said.
"Good idea, Twilight." Arthur said.
(Field Theme: Onett-Sad Version)
The group begin exploring Onett and Heartless are still around and attack the group, only for Kibou to throw Faerie Gem while Sora delivers an edge slash with Kingdom Key and they defeat the Heartless and the group continue to find more Heartless, as well as looking for people to see if anyone is okay in the invasion and as they keep looking around, they arrive somewhere else.
(Onett-Park)
The group arrive at a park, where they find more Heartless, which are Shadows, Soldiers, and Air Soldiers and the Shadows sink into the ground while the Soldiers attack with their claws, but Kibou uses Cyclone Slash and spins all over and then unleashes a powerful magic spin while Sora uses Strike Raid and throws his Keyblade four times, but the Air Soldiers air kick. Twilight uses Telekinesis on the Air Soldiers and slams them to the ground while Amity shoots three pink fireballs while Goofy uses Tornado, but the Shadows attack with their claws, only for Arthur to slash with his sword and then bashes with his shield, but the Soldiers deliver spin kick attacks. Robin uses Bow Windmill while Kirby uses Hammer Spin while Katara sends out ice needles, but the Shadows leap attack with their claws while the Air Soldiers deliver flying kicks, but Donald casts Earthra, but the Shadows attack with their claws. Sora uses Sonic Blade and dashes all over, getting the Heartless and then delivers the final dash attack while Kibou uses Mjolnir and slams his Gemblade on the ground, unleashing magic waves to attack the Heartless and then delivers the final Gemblade slam and unleashes a bigger magic wave and they defeat the Heartless, but more Heartless appear and surround the group.
"Ugh, there's just no end to this..." Katara said.
"They keep coming in droves." Robin said.
"Doesn't matter. Keep fighting." Kibou said.
The Heartless begin to attack, but just then, something strikes at the Heartless, defeating them.
"Huh?" Sora asked.
"What happened?" Donald asked.
Someone arrives and it's the same purple hooded cloaked figure with the rapier Gemblade.
"Hey, it's you! The strange figure from Agrabah!" Kibou said and the cloaked figure nods.
"Nice to see you again. Thanks for the help." Sora said, grinning and the cloaked figure nods again.
"Still giving us the silent treatment, I see." Amity said, crossing her arms.
"So, what're you doing here? Are you traveling to other worlds too?" Kibou asked, but the cloaked figure says nothing.
"Talking to this one's like pulling teeth." Donald said, crossing his arms.
"Can ya at least us who you are" Goofy asked, but the cloaked figure shakes its head.
"Why not? You can trust us." Kibou said, but the cloaked figure holds out its hand and leaves the park.
"Hey, wait!" Sora called.
"I wanna know who that person is! I'm at least owed that much." Kibou said, as he goes after the figure.
"Kibou!" Arthur called, as they follow him.
The group follow thw cloaked figure while exploring Onett, but then, Soldiers appear and attack the group, but Kibou delivers four slashes with Faerie Gem followed by Crescent Slash while Sora diagonal slashes with Kingdom Key followed by a 360 slash and then casts Fira, but the Air Soldiers air dive to attack. Arthur uses Sky Dance and aerial slashes while Amity summons an Abomination fist and uses Uppercut, but the Soldiers attack with their claws, only for Goofy to bash with his shield, but the Air Soldiers aerial hammer fist. Katara sends out water discs while Kirby multi jumps and then uses Stone, but the Soldiers deliver leaping attacks, only for Twilight to unleash magic orbs and sends them to strike and then casts Water while Robin uses Arrow Barrage while Donald casts Thundara, but the Air Soldiers deliver air kicks while the Soldiers deliver spinning kick attacks. Kibou triple slashes with Faerie Gem followed by summoning Naturea, who unleashes vines and rocks while Sora summons Simba, who uses Proud Roar and the cloaked figure delivers four slashes with the rapier Gemblade followed by casting a blue fireball spell and they defeat the Heartless.
"Thanks for the help again." Sora said and the cloaked figure nods.
"This is annoying! Just how many more Heartless are there?" Donald asked.
"Not sure, but we need to keep fighting them and we need to find that Keyhole before they do." Katara said.
"Let's keep moving." Kibou said and turns to the cloaked figure. "Wanna come with?" Kibou asked and the cloaked figure nods. "Awesome!" Kibou said, grinning.
"But when this is over, you have to tell us who you are." Amity said.
"You owe us that much." Arthur said and the cloaked figure nods.
"Great! Let's go." Twilight said.
The group continue to search Onett while fighting off more Heartless and while the group are still searching for more Heartless and other people, the group see what looks like a young boy with black hair, wearing a red cap, a yellow and blue striped shirt, blue shorts, red shoes, and a backpack on his back fighting against Shadows.
"That boy looks like he's in trouble." Katara said.
"We gotta help him!" Goofy said, as they confront the Heartless.
"Don't worry! We got this!" Kibou said.
"We'll take it from here!" Sora said.
The Shadows attack the group with their claws, but Kibou vertical slashes with Faerie Gem followed by two diagonal slashes and then casts Blizzara while Sora delivers two horizontal slashes with Kingdom Key followed Blitz while the cloaked figure delivers five slashes with the rapier Gemblade followed by a flipping slash, but the Shadows sink into the ground and attack with their claws. Donald casts Stop to freeze the Heartless, allowing Amity to use her Abomination to create a blade arm and delivers slashes while Kirby multi punches followed by Hammer Throw, but the Shadows leap and attack with their claws in the air. Katara creates ice blades and delivers slashes with them while Robin shoots four arrows while Goofy uses Charge, but the Shadows sink into the ground and attack with their claws, only for Arthur to use Parry and delivers a counterattack with his sword followed by bashing with his shield while Twilight casts Water followed by shooting magic bolts. The Shadows sink into the ground and try to attack with their claws, but the cloaked figure vertical slashes with the rapier Gemblade followed by a graceful spin slash while Kibou delivers four slashes with Faerie Gem followed by Magic Pulse while Sora diagonal slashes with Kingdom Key followed by Ripple Drive while the boy unleashes psychic energy and they defeat the Heartless.
"That's that for now." Sora said.
"You okay?" Twilight asked.
"Yeah, thanks. Where'd you guys come from anyway?" The boy asked.
"Um, we're from a different city far away." Kibou said.
"Really? Seems like you got an interesting group, but I've seen a lotta interesting stuff in my journey." The boy said.
"You had a journey?" Amity asked.
"Yeah, I did. I fought a weird messed up alien named Giygas and his minions." The boy said.
"That's...very interesting..." Arthur said.
"Anyway, do you know why the Heartless are invading this town?" Katara asked.
"How should I know? All I know is that these creatures were atatacking Onett and since then, I've been fighting these freaks. Many people lost their lives during the attack and my mom and Tracy..." The boy stops talking.
"I'm sorry." Sora said.
"I don't even know WHY they're here. At first, I thought they were what remained of Giygas' minions out for revenge, but I guess I was wrong. How could they be attacking this town?" The boy asked.
"They're after the Keyhole." Kibou said.
"The what?" The boy asked.
"It's important to find the Keyhole before the Heartless do and before they destroy the town entirely." Robin said.
"We'd better skedaddle." Goofy said.
"I dunno what you guys're talking about, but if you're here to take out these Heartless freaks, then I'm in." The boy said.
"Okay, I guess you can handle your own. I'm Kibou." Kibou introduced.
"Name's Sora. These're Donald, Goofy, Twilight, Arthur, Amity, Kirby, Katara, and Robin Hood." Sora introduced himself and the others.
"And this Cloaked Figure." Kibou introduced the cloaked figure, who waves.
"Once again, interesting group. Name's Ness." Ness introduced.
"Okay, Ness." Let's go." Kibou said.
Just then, Ness feels something in his head.
"Ness! I'm so glad I got a hold of you!" A voice said in Ness' head and it's a female voice.
"Paula?! It's been a while since our last adventure! What's going on?" Ness asked.
"There are monsters that attacked my town! Everyone, including my parents..." Paula's voice stops talking.
"Wait, don't tell they're attacking Twoson too?!" Ness asked.
"They have and now they're gaining up on me! Please, Ness, I need your help!" Paule pleaded.
"Hang on, Paula! I'm coming!" Ness said.
"Ness?" What's going on?" Amity asked.
"That was my friend, Paula. She has psychic abilities, like me and she just used telepathy to communicate with me with her mind. She told me that her town, Twoson, is under attack and they're going after her." Ness said.
"Lemme guess, Heartless?" Sora asked.
"Yeah. I have to get to Twoson before she gets killed." Ness said.
"Or worse, they'll consume her heart..." Arthur said.
"Isn't that the same thing?" Ness asked.
"In a way..." Donald said.
"Well, we gotta hurry!" Goofy said.
"But we don't even know WHERE Twoson is." Kibou said.
"I do and I just happen to be a master of teleportation!" Ness said, grinning.
"Really? Well, use it so we can help your friend." Katara said.
"Just hang tight! TELEPORT!" Ness shouted, as he uses his psychic power to teleport the group out of Onett.
Later, the group are now in a different town, which is also in ruins.
"Here we are, Twoson." Ness said.
"Oh, no! They DID attack this place too." Twilight said.
"Let's go find Paula. I'm NOT letting these freaks hurt her!" Ness said.
"Right!" Sora said.
(Field Theme: Boy Meets Girl-Sad Version)
(Twoson-Downtown)
The group start moving through Twoson to find where Paula is while fighting off Heartless in their way and while searching for Paula, they find what looks like a ruined building that says 'Polestar Preschool' and so Ness goes into the ruined building and the group follow.

The group arrive in the preschool, which is in ruins and they find a young girl with blonde hair, wearing a pink dress and red bow fighting off Shadows and Soldiers, as she's unleashing fireballs and lightning bolts, but the Heartless keep going after her.
"Paula!" Ness yelled.
"Get the hell away from her!" Kibou yelled.
Kibou casts Thundara while Ness attacks with his baseball bat followed by using PK Flash while Sora vertical slashes with Kingdom Key, but the Shadows sink into the ground and attack with their claws. Kirby uses Star Kick and delivers a star shaped kick attack while Arthur vertical slashes with his sword while Goofy uses Tornado, but the Soldiers deliver spin kick attacks, only for Robin to use Arrow Barrage, but the Shadows leap attack with their claws. Katara double water whips while Amity uses her Abomination to use Shoulder Tackle while Donald casts Water followed by casting Earthra, but the Soldiers leap attack at the group while the Shadows attack with their claws. Twilight casts Stop and then casts Blazera while the cloaked figure multi slashes with the rapier Gemblade, but the Heartless try to strike back. Ness unleashes PSI sparks while Sora triple slashes with Kingdom Key followed by casting Aero while Kibou double vertical slashes with Faerie Gem and then uses Glacies' ice magic to unleash ice spikes and they defeat the Heartless.
"They almost had me. Thank you, Ness." Paula said.
"Paula, what happened?" Ness asked.
"This didn't happen long ago. These creatures showed up recently and began to attack everyone and everything in this town. They got my mom and dad and everyone in Twoson..." Paula stops talking, as she starts crying.
"I'm sorry. Onett shared the same fate." Ness said, hugging Paula.
"Gawrsh, both their homes got attacked..." Goofy said.
"Those Heartless make me sick!" Kibou said, clenching his fist, but the cloaked figure places its hand on his shoulder to calm him down.
"We really need to find that Keyhole and soon." Sora said and they nod.
"Paula, I know this isn't easy for you, but did you see anything else other than the Heartless?" Katara asked.
"Actually, while these Heartless were attacking Twoson, I saw someone. He looked like a young man with red hair. It was like he watching the Heartless attack the town and he was enjoying it. I wanted to see what he was up to, but that's when those Heartless you just defeated came after me." Paula explained.
"Wait, did you say a young man with red hair?" Arthur asked.
"Yes." Paula said.
"Kay." Sora said and they nod.
"So, that lunkhead's here too. I can imagine Azula and Gideon are also with him." Katara said.
"With them here, then that just makes things even worse." Amity said and they nod.
"We'd better go find them before they find the Keyhole before us." Kibou said.
"Hold on. I wanna come too. If those guys you mentioned are responsible, I want to make them pay." Ness said, clenching his fist.
"I know you want revenge, Ness, but..." Donald was cut off.
"I don't care how dangerous they are. They mess with my hometown and Paula's, they're NOT getting away with this!" Ness said.
"Okay, you can come, but just don't do anything reckless." Robin said.
"Stay here, Paula. I don't want you to get hurt." Ness said.
"Ness..." Paula stops talking.
"Ready?" Sora asked and they nod.
"Let's move." Kibou said, as they leave the preschool.
The group begin exploring Twoson to search for Kay while still fighting off Heartless in town and they continue to search Twoson, but as they keep searching, Sora looks up at a roof of a ruined building and sees two people.
"Sora?" Kibou asked.
"I see two people on the roof." Sora said, pointing at two figures.
"Do you think...?" Robin asked.
"Let's have a look." Katara said.
The group climb up the ruined building and reach the top of the roof, where they see Kay and Gideon.
"No surprise you two are here!" Twilight said, making the two stop.
"Are you responsible for bringing the Heartless here?" Arthur asked.
"Hehehe, y'all're just TOO clever, ain't ya? Gotta admit, didn't expect you slack-jawed idiots to be here too. All I wanted was to find that Keyhole and be on my merry way, but since y'all are here, it looks like I'll have to modify my plan here again." Gideon said, looking down at Twoson. "Ya know, when I look at this here town and Onett, they remind me of my old home world, Gravity Falls. I hated every single THING about that worthless speck of a town! Nothin' but mouth-breathin' fools, my idiotic parents, who don't know squat about anythin', and worst of all, the Pines family!" Gideon yelled, unleashing a dark ball and throws it at a ruined building, destroying it! "As soon as I find that Keyhole and let the Heartless destroy this worthless world, I'll just tingle with joy, as I'll watch it disappear!" Gideon said, smiling evilly.
"Wow, that's a bit brutal, even by your standards." Kay said.
"I don't recall askin' your garbage opinion, ya caveman!" Gideon yelled.
"Why you..." Kay growled.
"You're messed up!" Kibou said.
"You're...just like Porky, only ten times worse!" Ness said.
"Hehehe, funny you should say that, boy, 'cause when I look at you..." Gideon stops talking, unleashing a dark ball at Ness, who uses his baseball bat to swing the dark ball away. "You make me think of that irritatin', worthless, piece of garbage Dipper PINES and that makes me ANGRY!" Gideon shouted, as dark aura covers him.
"Wow, Giddy's SUPER angry! I like that! He and I both can't stand Pine Tree!" Bill said.
"Huh?" Arthur asked.
"Nobody cares about your little tantrum, Gideon! We're getting that Keyhole before you!" Twilight said.
"And if you get in our way, we'll just remove you." Amity said.
"It's you worthless peons that'll be removed! I will..." Gideon was cut off.
"Back off, Cockroach! You wanna see this world gone, yeah? Look for the Keyhole. I'll deal with the insects." Kay said, pounding his fist into his other hand.
"For once, we're in an agreement. Fine, Kay, you keep 'em busy while I find that Keyhole, but don't fail me!" Gideon said, disappearing in his dark portal.
"So, who's up for a nice beating?" Kay asked.
"Have you forgotten you couldn't beat us back at Mercury Lighthouse?" Katara asked.
"And the fact you were too stupid to finish the job." Arthur said darkly, as his eyes are glowing yellow with black slit pupils again
"What was that, Wart?" Kay asked angry.
"You heard me. You think you're so powerful, but in the end, you're just all bark and no bite. You're an embarassment!" Bill-Arthur said darkly.
"That's it! I'll crush every last one of you and you, Wart, I'll finally wrap my fingers around your scrawny throat!" Kay yelled.
The group jump off the building the confront Kay, who takes out his sword.
"Enjoy this fight, since it's your last and Gideon's all set for destroying this world." Kay said.
"That's not gonna happen!" Ness yelled.
"Time for another reality check!" Donald said, taking out his staff.
"Let's make this guy cry like the stupid baby he really is!" Bill-Arthur said.
"I'm no stupid baby!" Kay yelled.
(Boss Theme: Squirming Evil)
Kay delivers two horizontal slashes with his sword followed by a giant diagonal slash, only for Kibou to block and counters the attack and delivers three slashes with Faerie Gem followed by Magic Pulse and then casts Water while Sora delivers five slashes with Kingdom Key followed by a spin slash while Ness attacks with his baseball bat followed by PK Flash. Kay strikes back with a leaping sword attack followed by a giant sword spin slash, but Arthur uses Parry and delivers a counterattack and double slashes Kay with his sword followed by a shield bash, only for Kay to try and attack Arthur, but Twilight casts Stop to freeze Kay, allowing Katara to use Ice Storm and rains down ice needles while Kirby uses Hammer Spin. Kay takes out his bow, as well as a blue Magic Stone and puts it on his arrows and begins firing his arrows at the group, who dodge, but the arrows create ice spikes, but Robin counters with firing his own arrows at Kay, who fires his arrows and as the two are firing each other's arrows, Amity summons a giant Abomination fist, which transforms into a hammer and delivers a huge swing while Goofy uses Charge, but Kay double swings his sword at the group. Donald casts Thunadara while the cloaked figure delivers four slashes with the rapier Gemblade and then shoots two blue fireballs, but Kay backs off and fires more ice arrows to try and get the group, who dodge out of the way, but Kay fires more arrows.
Kay begins to fire more arrows, only for Ness to use PK Rockin' and unleashes a powerful psychic attack on Kay, who takes out a yellow Magic Stone and puts it on his sword, lighting it with lightning and delivers four slashes with his sword followed by unleashing lightning beams, but Kirby inhales the lightning beam and becomes Plasma Kirby and unleashes lightning to strike at Kay, who tries to retaliate with a lightning sword spin, but the cloaked figure multi slashes with the rapier Gemblade. Twilight casts Triple Fire and shoots three fireballs while Amity unleashes a giant pink fireball and throws it at Kay, who retaliates with firing more ice arrows at the group, only for Goofy to block the ice arrows with his shield and then uses Goofy Bash and throws his shield at Kay, making him back off. Kay thrusts his lightning coated sword on the ground and unleashes a powerful lightning stream on the ground to electrocute the group, but Donald casts Earthra while Robin uses Arrow Rain and rains down arrows at Kay, who continues to swing his lightning sword followed by a giant sword swing while unleashing lightning waves, only for Arthur to lock Kay's sword and the two foster brothers stare each other down, as Arthur manages to headbutt Kay, stunning him, allowing Katara to send out two water beams to send Kay back, but Kay rains down many ice arrows, as they create ice spikes, as they land on the ground, making the group dodge, but Kay tries to attack with his lightning sword, but Sora slashes with Kingdom Key and then casts Blizzara while Kibou vertical slashes with Faerie Gem and then casts Blazera, but Kay unleashes more lightning from his sword.
"No you don't!" Kibou said, as his Gemblade summons the blue Faerie Heart, which transforms into a Faerie that has blue watery hair, a blue scaly tailfin, wearing a cyan bra, and seashell earrings.
"It's sooo good to be out! Call me Hydria. So, how can I help you?" Hydria asked.
"Soak this idiot!" Kibou said.
"Sure!" Hydria said, unleashing beams of water at Ky and then unleashes a whirlpool of water to deal great damage. "That's all I can do now. Call me again, okay?" Hydria said, disappearing.
"You lot are soooo annoying!" Kay yelled.
Kay takes out another Magic Stone, this time being violet and puts it on his sword, covering it with wind and Kay slashes at the group with his sword followed by a huge sword swing, unleashing a giant whirlwind, but Ness bashes with his baseball and then unleashes four PSI sparks while the cloaked figure delivers a spinning strike with the rapier Gemblade followed by unleashing lightning while Robin uses Bow Windmill, but Kay retaliates with two slashes with his sword and then unleashes three gusts of wind. Katara sends out ice daggers to strike at Kay, who retaliates with firing five arrows at the Waterbender, only for Kirby inhale one of Kay's arrows and spits it back out and then uses Hammer Throw, but Kay takes out his Fire Magic Stone and puts it on his arrows and starts firing fire arrows at the group to try and burn them. Amity uses her Abomination to create a crossbow and arrow and fires its own goopy arrows at Kay, as Amity lights them with her pink fire magic while Arthur uses Dancing Blade and delivers a sword combo followed by a big shield bash in Kay's face, making Kay angry and tries to slash at Arthur with his wind coated sword followed by unleashing a tornado, but Goofy uses Tornado and strikes at Kay, who retaliates with firing more fire arrows. Twilight casts Shell to protect everyone and then unleashes three magenta fireballs and sends them to strike at Kay while Donald casts Gravira followed by casting Water, but Kay rains down fire arrows, as they unleash fire pillars, as they land on the ground. The group dodge the raining fire arrows and fire pillars, but Kay unleashes whirlwinds from his wind sword, only for Sora to use Sonic Blade and dashes all over, getting Kay and then delivers the final dashing strike while Kibou delivers four slashes with Faerie Gem followed by Crescent Slash and then casts Blizzara and they finish off Kay, knocking him back.
"Had enough yet, Kay?" Bill-Arthur asked, smirking.
"You stupid little...! This isn't over! Not by a long shot!" Kay said.
"Oh, it is and we're gonna..." Katara was cut off, as a shaking occurs.
"What?!" Ness asked.
"Oh, no! The Heartless!" Twilight said.
"They're still destroying the town!" Sora said.
"We need to find Gideon!" Goofy said.
"Looks like he found the Keyhole! You're too late for a change!" Kay said, smirking.
"Not if we have anything to say about it!" Kibou said and Paula arrives.
"Ness, help!" Paula pleaded in Ness' mind.
"Paula! What's wrong?" Ness asked.
"I-I've been captured by Gideon! He's in Onett at the top of the hill!" Paula said, shocking Ness.
"The hill with the meteor!" Ness said.
"He's trying to find something called the 'Keyhole' and he thinks it's somewhere in Onett! Ness, please help!" Paula said.
"Guys! We gotta head back to Onett!" Ness said.
"Huh?" Donald asked.
"Paula's been taken by Gideon and I think he found what you guys are trying to look for." Ness said.
"Oh, no!" Kibou said shocked.
"We gotta head back to Onett!" Amity said.
"TELEPORT!" Ness said, as they teleport out of Twoson.
The group return to Onett.
"The hill's not too far. We can hurry." Ness said.
"Okay, lead the way, Ness." Kibou said.
The group hurry their way through Onett, but a shaking occurs and they come across a different area.
(Onett-Hill)
The group arrive at the hill area and begin climbing up while fighting off Heartless and they later reach the top of the hill, where they find Gideon and Paula standing next to a giant meteor.
"Ness!" Paula said.
"No surprise that Kay failed what he was supposed to do, but then again, he's an idiot, but his job was to distract y'all." Gideon said.
"So, you think the Keyhole is somewhere on this hill?" Sora asked.
"That's what I think. The problem is that this here meteor is in my way." Gideon said, as he uses his darkness to destroy the meteor, revealing a crater. "Now, let's see if the Keyhole's here!" Gideon said and just then, a Keyhole appears on the crater. "Whoo-wee! Slap my hide and call me Sally! The Keyhole!" Gideon cheered.
"Oh, no you don't, brat!" Amity yelled, firing a pink fireball at Gideon, who conjures a dark barrier.
"I'm really sick of y'all in my way! I'm tryin' to destroy this stupid world and you're my obstacles!" Gideon yelled.
"Paula!" Ness said.
"He's worse than Porky and we need to stop him." Paula said.
"Heh, let's do it!" Sora said, taking out his Keyblade.
"Time to die!" Gideon yelled.
(Boss Theme: Destiny's Force)
Gideon unleashes two dark orbs and throws them at the group, who dodge and Kibou delivers four slashes with Faerie Gem followed by Magic Pulse and then casts Earthra while Sora horizontal slashes with Kingdom Key followed by Blitz and then casts Water while the cloaked figure vertical slashes with the rapier Gemblade followed by unleashing two magic orbs and sends them to strike, but Gideon conjures a dark barrier for protection and unleashes dark thorns. The group dodge the dark thorns and Ness attacks with his baseball bat followed by PK Rockin' while Donald casts Thundara followed by casting Fira while Amity uses her Abomination to use Shoulder Tackle, but Gideon teleports away and then unleashes dark spikes from the ground. Paula uses PK Fire while Arthur uses Sword Spin, but Gideon retaliates with unleashing two dark beams to try and get the group, only for Kirby to use Hammer Throw, dealing damage, but Gideon teleports and then unleashes dark lightning to try and strike the group, who try to dodge, but Gideon's dark lightning keeps striking. Twilight casts Shell to protect the group and then casts Blizzara while Katara sends out ice needles, but Gideon unleashes dark pillars from the ground, only for the group to dodge the rising dark pillars and Robin uses Arrow Barrage while Goofy uses Charge, but Gideon teleports and unleashes more dark thorns to try and attack the group, who dodge.
As the group are dodging the dark thorns, Gideon unleashes three dark beams to get the group, only for Amity to conjure a pink barrier to defend everyone and then summons two Abomination fists that transform into axes and deliver strikes at Gideon, who retaliates with unleashing dark spikes from the ground, only for Paula to use PK Thunder while Katara sends out three water beams. Gideon conjures another dark barrier and then unleashes a giant whirlwind of darkness to try and damage, only for the cloaked figure to deliver quick diagonal slashes with the rapier Gemblade and then teleports and slashes over and over and then unleashes an orb of light, striking Gideon while Arthur uses Sword Thrust, only for Gideon to unleash giant dark hands and uses them to slam down, unleashing waves of darkness, but Goofy uses Goofy Bash. Gideon unleashes three orbs of darkness and throws them at the group, who dodge and Robin uses Arrow Rain and rains down arrows while Kirby uses Hammer Spin, but Gideon conjures dark fireballs and throws them to deal burning damage, only for Ness to use PK Flash, but Gideon unleashes more pillars of darkness to try and get the group, who dodge out of the way. Donald casts Earthra followed by casting Gravira while Twilight unleashes four magic orbs and sends them to strike and then casts Water, only for Gideon to unleash more dark beams and then unleashes more dark lightning bolts, but Kibou double horizontal slashes with Faerie Gem followed by a roundhouse slash while Sora vertical slashes with Kingdom Key and then casts Fira.
"That's...ENOUGH!" Gideon shouted unleashing a giant sphere of darkness on the group, dealing massive damage.
"Damn..." Kibou said, as he, Sora, Donald, Twilight, and the cloaked figure cast Cure while Katara uses her Waterbending to heal while Ness uses PSI Healing.
"That's dangerous. We gotta be careful..." Arthur said.
"Gideon may be a kid, but he can be threat now that he embraced darkness." Bill said.
Gideon unleashes four dark hands and uses them to punch at the group and then slam on the ground, creating dark waves, but Twilight conjures a giant magenta fireball and throws it and then unleashes three magenta lightning bolts while Goofy uses Tornado while Kirby uses Final Cutter, but Gideon teleports and unleashes another giant whirlwind of darkness to try and damage the group. The cloaked figure delivers five slashes with the rapier Gemblade followed by two diagonal slashes and then unleashes two ice shards while Paula attacks with her frying pan and then uses PK Freeze, but Gideon unleashes three dark fireballs and then shoots beams of darkness, only for Robin to use Bow Windmill, but Gideon unleashes spikes of darkness from the ground and then unleashes pillars of darkness as well. Katara uses Ice Rain and rains down ice needles while Donald casts Water followed by casting Thundara, but Gideon retaliates with unleashing dark lightning bolts to strike all over, only for Arthur to use Dancing Blade and delivers sword combos to strike, but Gideon disappears and reappears and uses his magic to heal himself and then unleashes another giant sphere of darkness to deal massive damage. Ness takes out his yo-yo and delivers many strikes with it, only for Gideon to unleash more giant dark hands to attack, but Amity summons her Abomination hands to stop the dark hands and clash, only for Amity to send a giant pink fireball to strike Gideon, who lets out a scream of rage and unleashes more orbs of darkness followed by whirlwinds of darkness. Kibou uses Cyclone Slash and delivers his spinning slash attack and then unleashes a giant spin slash while unleashing a massive magic strike while Sora uses Strike Raid and throws his Keyblade four times, only for Gideon to fire beams of darkness.
"Nope!" Kibou said, using his Keyblade to summon his purple Gemblade, which summons a Faerie with purple poison hair, purple poison wings, wearing a purple dress with a skull on it, and purple earrings.
"Finally out! Well, I'm Toxius, Faerie of Poison. Gimme someone to poison." Toxius said.
"That brat." Kibou said, pointing at Gideon.
"Okay." Toxius said, using her poison magic to unleash orbs of poison, as well as waves of poison, dealing damage. "There, finished. I'm gonna rest now, call when you need me." Toxius said, disappearing.
Gideon uses his magic to heal himself again and then unleashes thorns of darkness followed by unleashing fireballs of darkness, but Paula uses PK Starstorm while Ness uses PK Rockin' while the cloaked figure vertical slashes with the rapier Gemblade followed by a graceful flipping slash, but Gideon unleashes dark lightning bolts and then sends out orbs of darkness. Robin fires three arrows at Gideon, who conjures a barrier of darkness and unleashes spikes of darkness from the ground, only for Katara to shoot ice daggers while Kirby uses Hammer Somersault, but Gideon conjures another giant sphere of darkness and sends it at the group, dealing massive damage, but they heal themselves, as Gideon unleashes thorns of darkness. Amity uses her Abomination to use Hammer Fist while Arthur delivers two horizontal slashes with his sword followed by a shield bash, only for Gideon to unleash dark lightning bolts and then unleashes more pillars of darkness, but Twilight unleashes magic blades and sends them to strike followed by casting Blazera, but Gideon fires beams of darkness. Goofy uses Goofy Bash and throws his shield while Donald casts Blizzara followed by casting Gravira, but Gideon unleashes another giant sphere of darkness and then sends it at the group, dealing more massive damage, only for the group to heal themselves, but Gideon unleashes more thorns of darkness. Sora triple slashes with Kingdom Key followed by Ripple Drive and then casts Water while Kibou diagonal slashes with Faerie Gem followed by two 360 slashes and then uses Crescent Slash, but Gideon unleashes a giant whirlwind of darkness to deal damage and then unleashes spikes of darkness from the ground, only for Sora to use Strike Raid while Kibou uses Mjolnir and they manage to finish off Gideon, sending him back.
"Had enough yet?" Kibou asked, grinning.
"Hehehehe! You idiots! The Keyhole remains unsealed! I'm gonna unlock it and drag this wretched world to the shadows!" Gideon said.
"No!" Ness yelled using PK Rockin', getting Gideon.
"Sora! Hurry!" Donald yelled.
"Yeah, I got it!" Sora said, using his Keyblade to quickly lock the Keyhole.
"NO!" Gideon shouted, trying to stop Sora.
"Uh-uh!" Twilight said, using her Telekinesis to lift Gideon.
Sora successfully locks the Keyhole, which disappears, saving Eagleland from the darkness.
"In your face, Gideon!" Ness said.
"Argh! Don't think this is the end! You've invoked a wrath that you'll NEVER escape from!" Gideon yelled, disappearing in darkness.
"Oooh, we're so scared." Katara said sarcastically.
Just then, a violet Faerie Heart appears.
"Another Faerie Heart." Goofy said.
"Come to papa!" Kibou said.
Just then, something steals the violet Faerie Heart and it's Silver Knight.
"That makes two Faerie Hearts for me. Thanks, Kibou." Silver Knight said, putting the violet Faerie Heart in his Gemblade.
"You masked jerk!" Kibou yelled.
"Give that back along with the other Faerie Heart you stole!" Arthur yelled.
"Nope. You want it, try to take it." Silver Knight said.
The cloaked figure tries to attack Silver Knight with the rapier Faerie Gem, only for Silver Knight to lock with his Gemblade.
"Nice try, idiot! You were too weak to stop me! You can't stop me now!" Silver Knight said, swinging his Gemblade, sending the cloaked figure back and onto the ground.
"Hey, leave my friend alone!" Kibou yelled, throwing his Gemblade.
"Later, loser." Silver Knight said, disappearing in darkness.
"Ugh, I hate that guy." Sora said.
Kibou runs for the cloaked figure.
"Hey, you okay?" Kibou asked, but he sees the hood off, revealing the figure's face and it's a girl with shoulder length auburn hair, much to Kibou's shock. "Wait a minute... C-Celica...?!" Kibou asked shocked.
The girl opens her eyes and sees Kibou, making her shocked.
"Is it...really you?" Kibou asked, but the girl backs away from Kibou and runs away. "Wait! CELICA!" Kibou called, but the girl is gone.
"Wait, was that really Celica, Kibou? One of your friends?" Sora asked.
"She was with us this whole time here?" Twilight asked.
"And if that was the same colaked figure in Agrabah..." Goofy stops talking.
"Was that still Celica?" Amity asked.
"Kibou...?" Sora asked.
"If that was the same figure from Agrabah...was Celica helping us this whole time...? Why didn't she say anything to me? Why did she have to hide herself from me? Why didn't she at least let me know she was okay?!" Kibou asked, as tears flow from his face.
"I'm sure she had a good reason, but..." Arthur stops talking.
Downtown, the girl is running through the town and stops.
"Damn... I got careless..." The girl said.
Arriving to the girl is the same black Alicorn.
"It seems this world is safe, though in damaged condition. I see you decided to unveil yourself." The Alicorn said.
"No! That's not what I did. I was dealing with Silver Knight and he..." The girl stops talking.
"But, Celica, are you not happy to allow your frind Kibou to see you?" The Alicorn asked.
"I wasn't just ready for him to see me yet... I didn't want him to see me until our mission is over." Celica said.
"But now he knows who you are. What will you do? He will go through the ends of the Realm of Light for you." The Alicorn said.
"Let him. I have my own mission to do. You know it's important." Celica said.
"Very well, but once we are finished, you will have to speak to him again." The Alicorn said.
"Let's go, Luna." Celica said.
"You are impossible sometimes." Luna said, creating a portal. "Let's be off." Luna said, going for the portal.
"Kibou... I'm sorry..." Celica said, going for the portal, before it disappears.
Meanwhile, the group are talking to Ness and Paula.
"So, what're you two gonna do now?" Sora asked.
"I guess we're gonna have leave our homes behind and find our other friends. See if they made it." Ness said.
"We're going to Winters first to find Jeff." Paula said.
"We're really sorry what happened here. If only we got here sooner..." Kibou stops talking.
"Nah, it is what it is. Paula and I are just live our lives, like everyone wants us to." Ness said.
"Well, good luck to you both." Twilight said.
"And thank you for helping us." Paula said.
"Ready?" Ness asked.
"Yes." Paula said, as Ness uses Teleport to leave Onett.
"Guess we should be going too." Amity said.
"Yeah." Kibou said, hanging his head down.
"Kibou..." Sora stops talking.
"I know you're worried about Celica, but we'll find her. You know that." Katara said.
"Yeah..." Kibou said.
"And we'll ALL make sure to find her, RIGHT?" Amity asked, glaring at Donald, who is taken aback.
"Yes! Of course!" Donald said.
"Don't give up now. What matters is she's okay, and we'll see her again." Sora said, grinning.
"Yeah! Let's get moving." Kibou said, as they make their way to leave Onett.
Meanwhile in the pirate ship, Silver Knight, with his mask off examines his Gemblade, as he now has the red Faerie Heart and the violet Faerie Heart.
"Two Faerie Hearts, but the loser still has seven! I'm still too short." Silver Knight said.
"I think that brat needs a nice lesson." Bete Noire said, putting on his helmet mask.
"As much as I LOVE to make him to suffer, Facilier told us not to kill him." Silver Knight said.
"I'm not gonna kill the brat. I'm not stupid. He and Sora just need a nice reality check that they're still on the losing end of things. Besides, I'm bored. I wanna go out and have me some fun." Bete Noire said.
"Do what you want, Noire. Just don't go too far, cause I like my share of torment." Silver Knight said.
"Fine by me. Later." Bete Noire said, disappering in his darkness.
There's Chapter 22, and after a nice break from the story, it's to write another chapter. Still having fun with the story. Couldn't really figure out what world to use, so I decided to use Earthbound instead. Let me know what you think of the chapter. Look forward to more action coming on the way, as the story continues.
