Chapter 3: The Sins Formed
A month has passed and I have trained a good amount and have gotten a decent amount of strength. The Sin's are still a bit dysfunctional due to having different species and people, but it is good fun to watch.
Currently the group is celebrating about them getting their new weapons tomorrow and I will admit I am excited to see what they have for me.
"Hey Harry, you got to have some of this" Ban says handing me some Ale
"Ban no! He's only 4!" Diane exclaims
"So what, Merlin says he's now at a power level of 969 imagine how strong he will be in a years time, he could be at our level in 2 years, I don't know if I should be insulted or impressed, I think I'll pick both" Ban says just before the alcohol got to him and he passes out.
The next morning after the majority of the Sins no longer had headaches from their hangovers we went to the keep to get our weapons. When we saw our weapons which are known as Sacred Treasures we were amazed.
Meliodas got Lostvayne a single handed sword which when activated can create physical clones but for every clone the total strength decreases. ( Meliodas have the same power but the clones get weaker. So when Meliodas summons one clone and it has a power level of 500 if there's two then it will split to 250 and so on and so forth).
For Escanor he got Divine Axe Rhitta which stores the energy that he produces and is then simultaneously released to do a lot of damage.
Then Diane who received War Hammer Gideon, the Hammer multiplies Diane's earth making abilities making her a lot more stronger.
For King he got Spirit Spear Chastiefol, it has multiple abilities such as turning into a pillow or a spear or a giant teddy bear which attacks its opponent, but its most useful ability is its regeneration, once destroyed it can pull itself back together.
For Merlin she got Morning Star Aldan it is a floating sphere that focuses Merlin's magic among other things that is not known
For Gowther, He got Twin bow Herritt which uses the full power of Gowther's power invasion which can alter one's own mind or make one forget things. We also learned that things that can affect my mind or make me go insane or lose memories make my magical power activate, so it seems mental or physical reducers wont work on me.
For Ban we have Holly Staff Courechouse, it has the ability to grow and distort in length making it possible to attack multiple enemies at once.
And then came my weapon, The Cursed Blade Insidious, it is a single handed sword with a black blade with a dark red outline on its edges, the hilt is black and on the hand guard is a purple Phoenix. The blade when activated takes the physical strength from the user and it absorbs the user's strength to empower itself, which works perfectly for my Magical Ability which we have decided to call it Devil's Wrath, due to many things making me stronger instead of weaker.
Due to the power of our Sacred gear our power levels have also taken an increase when wielding our weapons.
Merlin estimates at full power with my magical power and sword along with demon powers my magical power is at 4469, with the sword my power level increases by 200 but when the sword is fully charged it increases from a 200 power boost to 500,
but without the demon mark I'm at 3469 making me able to be part of the Eight Deadly Sins, but it was quite funny to see their reactions to my power level with both the blade and magical power at its best.
Later on we got our tattoos, I got a dark purple Phoenix tattoo on my right Bicep which was beginning to fill out, due to my training, but because I'm still the weakest Sin (Not counting Escanors night form) I have a lot to work on and to catch up.
General Pov
The Sins have now been officially formed for 3 months, Hadrian spent a large amount of his time training, Merlin decided to teach Hadrian a spell that would make the gravity around a certain area increase which would make Hadrian's training far more difficult which Hadrian enjoyed. But because of the tougher training Hadrian' s base power level is at 1391, and his magical ability increased reaching up to 2500 extra and he gained a more powerful demon form(The one when Meliodas fights in Liones in S1) Making Hadrian have a maximum power level of 5891 making him quiet the powerhouse.
But like any day with the Eight Deadly Sin there is not much peace and quiet.
"You Monster!" King yells sobbing
Ban is currently in his bed surrounded by stolen stuffed animals
"How could you steal these children's' hopes and dreams!?" King exclaims sobbing, while Meliodas tries to comfort the giant floating man
"It's not that big of a deal, relax" Ban says calmly.
Hadrian then walks in curious about what is causing such a racket
"Did Ban get someone pregnant" Hadrian asks, Yep spending time with the Sins forced him to have a dirtier humor which causes Meliodas and Ban to laugh while King and Diane scold them.
"Haha, nope I'm the child here" Ban says barking with laughter
"I can tell," Hadrian mumbled, before noticing a crying King and the bunch of stuffed toys.
"What the hell's with the toys?" Hadrian asks confused
"They are all mine" Ban says before chuckling
"Ban stole these children's' toys which they filled with their hopes and dreams!" King exclaims crying over the stolen toys
Hadrian sighs and walks to King and whispers into his ear
"I'll put a sleeping spell in his drink and you take the toys back to the kids" Hadrian whispers, While also getting a dirtier humor Hadrian also occasionally did pranks to keep the last bit of his childish side alive.
Later when Ban wanted another drink Hadrian made sure to put the spell into Ban's drink and made sure it was stronger than he would have with any of the other Sins.
Once Ban fell asleep thanks to Hadrian's spell, King went out and returned the stuffed toys to the kids.
A few hours later everyone was sleeping and the sun was slowly starting to come out from the horizon.
"Where's my stuffed animals!?" Ban yells out waking everyone up in the morning
Everyone groans as they look out of their room when they hear the commotion.
"Hadrian I thought you would make it stronger" Meliodas complained
"Its Ban, of course I made it stronger! Its just his stupid healing abilities which make it harder to keep him asleep" Hadrian snaps, rubbing his eyes
"We don't know Ban but we would like to sleep" Merlin complains
"Sleep is not important, I want Mr. Snuffles" Ban complains causing the people who heard it to choke up
What the hell is with him They thought
"Look, I'm certain you can buy some stuffed toys. But since it seems since most of us are awake we might as well head off" Meliodas says as he enters his room where soon everyone else followed and re entered their room and got ready for the day.
Putting their armor on, everyone moves out (Every Sin has the same armor like the anime and manga) Hadrian's armor, is black with dark red, it has a glowing purple phoenix at the spine and has spikes on the shoulders and blade catchers on the vambraces, it also has claws where the fingers are and the majority of the armor is black while the eyes, phoenix symbol on the spine, and spikes/Blade catchers glow purple giving the wearer a scary look, and when Devils wrath activates the glow brighten making the suit more monstrous. Thankfully it was enchanted by Merlin to grow with Hadrian so he will not need any new armors.
After returning home from a mission, Meliodas can be found trying to teach Hadrian some demon magic.
"So I'm going to teach you Enchanted Hellfire magic, it is this dark fire that i use when things get tough, or I have a good shot. To do it, you need to use negative emotions like you do with your demon form, now when you do it i want you to imagine fire shooting out of you blade and yell out the name of your spell" Meliodas explains
Nodding Hadrian closes his eyes and imagines what was explained. Opening his eyes Hadrian pulls his blade upwards before bringing it down
"Enchanted Hellfire Slash" Hadrian yells out with a wave of fire shooting outwards before smashing into a tree. Clapping is heard throughout the area and both Meliodas and Hadrian turn to see Merlin who had a prideful smile on her face
"you have grown a lot Hadrian, be proud of that" Merlin compliments
"Thank you Merlin" Hadrian says grateful for her compliment
"No problem, now run off I need to talk to the Captain" Merlin says. Hadrian nods and leaves the area
"He has grown a lot hasn't he?" Merlin asks looking at Hadrian
"He has, so now why have you come here? I know it isn't to just talk to me" Meliodas asks
"I think it's because- '' Merlin then whispers it into Meliodas' ear. Immediately His eyes widen
"You think it's possible?" Meliodas asks in shock
"More than likely" Merlin confirms
"Wow, if that's so then that's incredible " Meliodas says in awe.
"It will take time but I'm it's more than likely I'm right" Merlin explains getting a nod from Meliodas.
Meliodas and Merlin begin to walk back to the home of the Eight Deadly Sins.
Upon returning back to their home they can hear someone yelling inside.
"Damnit Harry, why am I in a tutu!?" Ban exclaims confused
"Harry, why is my Chastiefol pink!?" King questions.
Both Meliodas and Merlin look at each other
"I hope the pranks never change" They both say simultaneously, they both chuckle at their synchronized comment and head inside to see Ban and King chasing Hadrian
"Damnit Harry, fix it!" Ban demands in his tutu
"Yeah, fix it!" King yells on his pink pillow.
The Sins besides Ban, Hadrian, King and Gowther look at each other in shock
King actually agreed with Ban. They thought in shock.
After getting Hadrian to fix the prank by hanging him upside down, everyone started to drink themselves unconscious excluding Merlin and Gowther who just stayed quiet and stared out the window, surprisingly even Diane drank herself unconscious.
While sitting down looking at the Sins Hadrian smiles
I hope this never changes he thought happily
"Gold for your thoughts?" Merlin asks, causing Hadrian to look at her.
"I hope these moments last forever" Hadrian says happily
"I know, despite how annoying they are, these moments are nice. We have been a team for not even a full year and yet here we are acting like a family" Merlin says
"Wow you agreed we were like family? The sky must be falling" Hadrian says cheekily
"You have been spending to much time with Ban and Meliodas" Merlin lightly scolded
"You like seeing me grow, all of the Sins do, I can see it" Hadrian says as he sips his hot chocolate.
"Yeah, we do enjoy seeing you grow. In fact we sometimes wish you stay as the little kid that's just ridiculously strong" Merlin says
"Aren't I still a little kid?" Hadrian asks raising an eyebrow
"Of course but you are growing, and you will keep doing so" Merlin replies
"Yeah, but it will be some interesting years ahead of us" Hadrian says happily
"That it will" Merlin agrees as she sips the last of her wine.
It is now Hadrian's fifth birthday and him being in this world for an entire year.
"Happy birthday to you Hadrian, Happy birthday to you" They all sang
"You guys didn't have to do this" Hadrian says with a smile
"Well your the youngest and when we do our birthdays we feel old" Meliodas says cheekily
"Yeah I guess so… Escanor, are you getting wrinkles?" Hadrian asks worried
Immediately Escanor begins to panic and looks for a mirror, every laughs at his reaction
"Don't worry Escanor, you're fine… For now" Hadrian says cheekily, which results in a few chuckles. Getting ready to blow out the candles the cake explodes flying everywhere
"Haha, that's for the pranks!" Ban yells out
"Ban!" The Sins exclaim angrily
"If that's how you want to play Ban, then I will dial up the pranks just for you" Hadrian says with an evil smile
Oh he fucked up Everyone thought as Ban shivered in fear.
A week has passed since Hadrian's birthday and nothing has happened making Ban no longer remain on guard, as he walks into the bar he sees Hadrian talking to everyone.
Ok I think I'm fine Ban thinks as he takes a drink of the Ale only to spit it out.
"What the hell!?" Ban exclaims in confusion looking at the Ale
"Ban what's wrong?" Meliodas asks confused
"Taste this!" Ban demands.
Shrugging Meliodas takes a sip of the Ale only to look at Ban with confusion.
"Ban, the Ale's fine" Meliodas tell him
"No it's not, it tasted like dog's piss!" Ban exclaims.
"No it didn't, it tasted like Ale" Meliodas told him
"Fine, I'll drink it one more time," Ban says, annoyed as he drinks the Ale. Immediately he spits it back out.
"How can you drink this! Give me yours" Ban exclaims, grabbing Meliodas' Ale and drinking it. Ban proceeds to fall backwards with him spitting the Ale out.
"That tasted like shit!" Ban yells out
"Ban what is up with you!?" Meliodas asks confused
"I don't know!" Ban tells them
"Harry, can I have your Hot chocolate?" Ban asks
"Sure but not to much" Hadrian says handing him the cup
Ban drinks it and sighs in delight
"Was this your way of trying to drink Harry's hot chocolate?" Merlin asks curious
"What no, the Ale tasted horrible!" Ban protests
"Ban they didn't for us" Meliodas states confused
"Then why do they taste horrible to me!?" Ban exclaims, confused. His answer was chuckling from Hadrian
"Harry you didn't" Ban says in horror
"Yep, any and all alcohol for today will taste horrible, and anything you drink without permission will be worse" Hadrian says sipping his hot chocolate
"What why!?" Ban cries out
"Hey you ruined the cake for everyone so I ruined the Ale only for you" Hadrian says finishing his hot chocolate.
Hadrian then leaves to relax, leaving Ban sobbing over not being able to drink his Ale.
Omake
"Sir Meliodas, why does Sir Ban get so nervous around Sir Hadrian when it comes to his drinks?" Elizabeth asks
"Oh right, well before the Sins had temporarily disbanded we were celebrating Harry's fifth birthday when Ban blew Hadrian cake up ruining it for everyone, well later on the week Harry made sure any and all Ale for Ban tasted horrible for the day" Meliodas explains
"That doesn't sound to bad" Hawk says confused
"Anything he drank without permission tasted worse" Meliodas adds
"How is that bad?" Hawk asks confused
"Because he needed to ask permission for drinks and this is from the guy who steals as a hobby and it's a very bad habit of his" Meliodas explains
Both Elizabeth and Hawk shiver at the thought of how many times Ban must have drank water or something on par that tasted horrible
Omake 2
Hadrian finds Merlin sitting on her couch reading a book
"What are you reading?" Hadrian asks curious
"A book" Merlin answers
"Really? I didn't know" Hadrian says with his voice dripping with sarcasm
Merlin looks at Hadrian and quirks an eyebrow
"Very mature Hadrian. Very mature" Merlin shakes her head
"I'm not even 10 Merlin, cut me some slack" Hadrian stated
"And i am a woman who has needs and yet the only man I want is not even 10" Merlin snapped
"I don't think that… What?" Hadrian asks confused
Merlin's eyes widen in shock realizing her mistake
"Uhm, hehe that was a joke" Merlin laughs nervously
"If you wanted to bed me you could have just asked" Hadrian says with a smirk on his face
"Really?" Merlin asks, surprised. Before Hadrian could answer Merlin grabs his hand and pulls him away "Then lets go" Merlin says enthusiastically
I meant it as a joke! Hadrian internally screamed
