Chapter 6: Vampire Clan
The Sins have been together for a few years now and Harry has reached his 8th birthday and he has a current base power level of 4635 and he is the third strongest Sin in terms of raw power at his best.
Everyone was enjoying their time until a knight comes bursting through the doors
"The King has asked for your attendance" The knight says, taking deep breaths which lets the Sins know it's an emergency if the knight ran.
Looking at each other the Sins get up and head to the throne room.
When entering the throne room they see a man, held down by several Knight which came as a shock to the Sins but the most surprising thing is the fangs in the man's mouth.
"Our neighboring kingdom has either been killed or turned into Vampires, they sent this messenger to try and do the same to our kingdom" Zaratras explains
"So what should we do?" Meliodas asks
"Go to Edinburgh and kill or capture the Vampires" Zaratras says
"Alright everyone we will be going to Edinburgh, but Harry I need you to stay here, they might send some vampires to attack" Meliodas orders
"What!? Is it because I'm a kid!?" Hadrian demands annoyed
"No, they sent a messenger to turn people into vampires they might send more and we can't leave the Kingdom defenseless, so we are having you stay and protect it" Meliodas says, putting his hand on Hadrian's shoulder.
Hadrian sighs before nodding
"Alright Sins lets move out!" Meliodas orders while Hadrian stayed behind
Why do I have to stay back? Hadrian thought annoyed.
After the Sins left Hadrian remained on the wall of the Kingdom looking around to make sure that they weren't going to be attacked
"So what's going on?" A Holy Knight asked me
"Edinburgh has been overrun by Vampires and I was told to stay and make sure they don't send any more vampires to try and turn everyone in the Kingdom into Vampires" Hadrian says calmly.
"Got it, I will make sure to let everyone know that it's coming from one of the Eight Deadly Sins" The holy knight says running off to inform the others.
Night fell and we all remained on guard
"What, so we are listening to some kid." A holy knight asked annoyed
"That some kid is a member of the Eight Deadly Sins, the Phoenix sin" Another Holy knight said
"He's just some kid, I bet I can take him down like it was nothing" the Knight says arrogantly
"No you can't, trust me" the Holy knight said. But before the arrogant Holy knight could go up to Hadrian, another Holy Knight went up to him with information on the situation.
"Sir we have someone in front of the gate" He said before leading Hadrian off
"Let's follow them" The arrogant Holy Knight said.
When reaching the gate a man in a cloak could be seen in front of the gate
"Who are you and state your business" A Holy Knight ordered.
The man just stood there, unmoving and unresponsive
"I'm going down there since he seems to not be cooperating" Hadrian says before jumping of the wall and landing in front of the gate
"Hey state your business" Hadrian demands drawing his sword
The man in the cloak looked at him with glowing red eyes but the biggest problem was the fangs shining in the moonlight
"Shit. Sacred Treasure Release" Hadrian yelled, activating his sword which activated his magical power.
Hadrian's base power of 4635 now jumps to 10935, the man than charges at Hadrian hood now fallen back revealing glowing red eyes and sharp teeth to the Holy knights
"That's not good" "He'll die" "He's only a kid" Were a few of the comments that were said by the Holy knights.
Swinging his arm, Hadrian punches the vampire in the stomach launching him back, which he then charges forwards following up with a downwards kick, smashing the vampire into the ground cracking the earth underneath him.
"Wow" "What?" "That's the power of the Eight Deadly Sins?" some Holy knights comment in awe at Hadrian's power
The vampire lunges at Hadrian but only for it to be kicked in the stomach launching it backwards and into the forest nearby smashing into multiple trees before stopping.
Everyone stood in awe of the power that Hadrian wielded.
"Still can beat him?" a Holy Knight asked the arrogant one
But before he could reply the vampire charges out of the forest running towards Hadrian at full speed.
Raising his right hand Hadrian yells out a spell
"Fire ball" a giant ball of fire launches out of Hadrian's hand and disintegrates the vampire completely.
As the Vampire burns, sounds can be heard by Hadrian which were coming from the forest, confused and weary, Hadrian moves closer to the forest to investigate.
Once close enough Hadrian looks into the forest, seeing nothing Hadrian shrugs and begins to walk back, while walking back Hadrian feels something on his shoulder. He turns and feels something hit his chest plate launching him into the wall surrounding the Kingdom.
After crashing into the wall, Hadrian pulls himself off to see a largely built man in the distance.
Hadrian then feels something off and looks down at his chest to see that there is a fist shaped mark on it. Immediately Hadrian vomits out blood as the pain comes at him at full swing, kneeling over as Hadrian tries to take deep breaths.
"Hahaha, the fact that you survived that impresses me" The man says tauntingly
"I must admit that you are strong, just imagine if you were a vampire, and I will admit that armour is really cool" The man says appraisingly
"I like the way I am thanks" Hadrian says standing up
"You can still stand? You are more powerful than I believed" He said impressed
Damn he's strong, I'm practically at full power and he was able to hit me that hard, I need to get him away from the kingdom Hadrian thought.
"Now you have two choices, surrender this Kingdom or d-" The man was saying before Hadrian charged at and struck him directly in the face launching him away and into the forest.
Hadrian then charges after him, and runs into the forest leaving a shell shocked group of Holy Knights.
Once in the forest Hadrian see a large amount of destroyed trees and follows the trail of destruction. Following the trees Hadrian sees the ground smashed like something flew here smashing through the ground
Damn I hit him hard Now where is he? Hadrian thought looking for any signs of the vampire
Looking around Hadrian couldn't see the vampire, Hadrian looks around completely confused but confusion quickly changed within seconds when Hadrian was hit directly in the face launching him away and into a river.
The man then lands in front of him.
"That punch hurt" The man says angrily, he then steps back from Hadrian
"Get up," The man demanded.
Pulling himself up Hadrian feels his helmet become loose and fall off his head, which lands in the water with a splash.
"Your just a kid" The man says in shock
"I may be, but this kid will fight to protect the kingdom" Hadrian says, pulling himself up.
The man sees a young boy with dark red eyes and with black hair and dark red energy flowing off his body
Why must I fight a kid The man thought to himself
"Your a kid, but I will not hesitate to kill you if you stand in my way, but I don't want to hurt you" The man says
"Perhaps, but I won't let you turn people into something their not and what they don't want to be" Hadrian says as his eyes turn black and the demons mark goes across his eye (End of s1 demon mark)
The man looks at the child shocked.
A demon? How old is he?
"How old are you?" The man asks
"What does it matter?" Hadrian asks as any and all pain disappears and his body begins to heal itself
"To know how strong my opponent could have been if he reached adulthood" The man says
"8" Hadrian replies
"Very well, this is goodbye" The man replies.
They charge at each other and swung their fists only for their fists to collide creating a miniature shockwave blowing the water and grass back, Hadrian then swung his sword at the man who dodged and kicked Hadrian in the side launching him through trees
Jumping after him the man attempts to kick Hadrian in the stomach but quickly Hadrian spins and kicks the man in the air, causing him to be flung back to the river.
"You are incredibly strong for a child" The man says pulling himself out of the water
"Thank you" Hadrian says
"This is the end" The man says
The man then disappears and reappears in front of Hadrian and punches him in the stomach before going straight through his body, the man then pulls his arm back out of Hadrian, his arm covered in blood
"I'm sorry" The man replies as Hadrian then falls to the ground as blood seeps out of the hole in his body as he vomits out blood.
As Hadrian lies on the ground he felt only one thing: rage, nothing but rage courses through Hadrian's veins. Pulling himself off from the ground with blood pouring out of his stomach he tries to force it to close only for it to fail. Getting even angrier Hadrian forces his body to heal. Slowly the wound begins to close and the black mark begins to grow over his body.
Hearing Hadrian move behind him, the man sighs and turns around expecting the child still trying to hang on to mere threads to his life struggling to even stand but instead is greeted to Hadrian completely covered in darkness all over his body with power radiating off of him, fear begins to show on the man's face.
This child, this power, I cant compete with this The man thought in fear
The child with no armour above his waist with darkness covering the side of torso and face stares directly at the man with black eyes filled with anger (Meliodas s1 berserk mode). Hadrian raises his right arm and the shadows move and begin to form a giant sword made of darkness, as Hadrian brings the sword down the man jumps to the side narrowly avoiding the wave of dark energy destroying the ground and several things in its way, the man quickly turns to Hadrian only to feel a burst of energy hit him ripping his arm off entirely. Before he could comprehend what was happening the dark sword hit him in the head killing him instantly.
Where the man once stood, was now nothing more than ash.
Once calming down the darkness disappears from Hadrian's body, the blood still remains on Hadrian but no wounds are located.
The Holy Knights heard the destruction from the forest and were worried about the Phoenix Sin, and when they saw Hadrian walk out of the forest they all released a sigh of relief, until they noticed his entire upper half of his armour was missing and that he was completely covered in blood. Upon reaching the gates Hadrian falls down and passes out.
Immediately the Holy Knights went to help their Ally and bring him to someone who could help him.
The seven of the Eight Deadly Sins returned home, a few hours later after the success of their mission. The true reason that Meliodas told Hadrian to stay was that Meliodas believed that Hadrian wasn't yet ready for people more powerful than he was so he did it to protect Hadrian, Meliodas did also expect that the Kingdom would be attacked but he didn't expect to the damages that there was.
"What happened?" Meliodas ask a nearby Holy Knight
"We got attacked last night and it was an absolute monster, it nearly took down the Phoenix Sin" He said before leaving. Filled with fear the Sins and they ran to see where Hadrian was located. When learning that he will live they all sighed in relief. Heading into the room that he was sleeping in, they didn't expect to see only the bottom half of his armour, being held up by a stand.
"He's a really strong individual, he was able to fight a monster that punched him so hard that it launched him into the wall near the gate" The nurse says calmly when seeing the Sins
What did he fight? the Sins thought completely shocked.
After spending a bit of time the Sins learn that Hadrian fought the second strongest Vampire, which was nearly as strong as the king which Escanor took down. The Sins were filled with pride that the young boy that they once knew became a very powerful child.
Later the Sins left while Meliodas remained, sitting by Hadrian's bedside, until Merlin came in.
"What did you find?" Meliodas asked looking at his comrade
"He went into Berserk Mode" Merlin replies
Meliodas looks at her in shock,
"I know, it shocked me as well. He is the third strongest Sin for a reason. It will be interesting to see him grow even stronger" Merlin says happily
"That it will" Meliodas says
"We should also get Hadrian's armour fixed, and maybe I'll add a self repairing enchantment on it" Merlin says
"Please do, he gets the coolest armour, we don't need it to be the first one to be lost" Meliodas says cheekily.
Merlin chuckles and takes the armour when she was leaving Hadrian's room
Omake
"Ban, why do you have that scar?" Hadrian asks
"Oh this one?" Ban asks pointing at the one on his neck
"That's the only scar you bloody have" Hadrian says irritated
"Oh, I got it from the captain" Ban says chuckling
"Did you think it would be funny to get both him and Diane in a trap naked again?" Hadrian asks
"Well no I didn't this time" Ban was saying before being interrupted
"Did you try to piss in his drink?" Hadrian asks
"No! I tried to steal the dragon handle that he always carries around" Ban states
"Oh no, that is worse compared to the previous 2" Hadrian says rubbing the bridge of his nose
"What why?!" Ban exclaims, confused.
Omake 2
"Ban, your just jealous you won't know what Elizabeth's squishy pillowy tatas feel like" Meliodas says with his less detailed face
"But you won't know that soft smooth feeling when I hold Elaine in my arms and it has got to be the best thing in the world" Ban says with a smile on his face
"She feels soft and smooth when you hold her ah?" Meliodas asks cheekily
"Poor guy, you're not going to know what that feels like are you?" Ban teases
"So what" Meliodas says as he kicks Ban sending him flying back
Meliodas stood still with his head down and a serious expression on his face
"I'll say it this once, Ban… No one is better than Elizabeth!" Meliodas states pointing his finger at Ban
"You idiot, Elaine's the best, got it!" Ban states
Just then an adult Hadrian went past the two
"But Merlin's better" Hadrian says before disappearing
