Chapter 8 Druids
Hadrian has been 9 for a bit over a month now and has a power level of 6315 and he has grown quite a bit, now with a proper six pack with a good amount of muscle, similar to Meliodas but only by a little bit. Currently he is walking around the Kingdom enjoying himself. He then notices two people that he occasionally spent time with
"Hendrickson, Dreyfus!" Hadrian called out
"Oh Sir Hadrian" They both say in surprise
"Oh please you two, just call me Harry. You are my friends after all" Hadrian says happily
"It is good to see you okay Si- I mean Harry" Dreyfus says fixing up his mistake
"It is nice to see you again, we also have been training and getting stronger" Hendrickson says smiling
"That good to hear, I also have gotten a lot stronger over the years, what about you Dreyfus I heard Griamore has done pretty well in his spars against Howser, and Gilthunder he must be getting stronger" Hadrian says cheekily
"Yeah I guess they do, to be honest Griamore sees you as someone he wants to be as" Dreyfus says slightly nervously
"I'm happy to hear, but I'm certain he wants to be like you as well. After all it's the father that shapes the first steps" Hadrian says
"What do you mean?" Hendrickson asks interested
"What I mean is that since Griamore knows Dreyfus is a very well respected Holy Knight he wanted to be like him and I was just someone closer to his age that became ridiculously powerful" Hadrian explained
"You really think so?" Dreyfus asks hopeful
"Of course, when I was younger my parents only paid attention to my sister because she was famous and I was left in the dark. That's just what I had to deal with and thankfully I don't worry about that anymore" Hadrian informs the two Holy Knights.
"Then one day I find myself woken up next to this giant crater of what was Danafor and I find Meliodas, I stuck with him and followed him from there" Hadrian told them
"We are actually assigned to go look at the wreckage" Hendrickson says surprised
"Really, then best be careful you two. don't know what's hiding down there after all these years'' Hadrian said
"What do you mean?" Dreyfus asks
"What are the worst types of monsters located?" Hadrian asks
"In dark places-oooh" Hendrickson says realizing what Hadrian was on about
"We will be careful Harry" Dreyfus says grateful
"That good to hear, stay safe you two" Hadrian says, leaving them to themselves.
Hadrian Pov
Eventually I was ordered to go look for an object that was stolen while the others were dealing with other missions.
When I got to the area I found a bunch of trolls surrounding some alter
"This should be easy" I say as I charge at the trolls, ducking over one's fist I slash upwards cutting off the troll's arm, I then jump on top of another Troll where I stab it directly in the brain before jumping forwards. While in the air I was hit by a Troll sending me flying towards another.
Using the momentum I spin and kick the Troll in the head causing it to explode on and send the Troll flying towards the other and making them crash into each other and fall to the ground in a nice beautiful pile.
With a large opening and the chance to kill them all with one attack I smirk and Insidious is engulfed in black fire.
"Enchanted Hell Blaze" The black fire flies from Insidious and charges at the Trolls, burning them instantly leaving nothing but ash. With the trolls dead I look at the altar to find a ball made of some strange material, not really caring about it besides that it was the stolen object I take and head back to Liones.
"It's good to see you again and it seems you have brought the stolen object back, great job Harry" Zaratras says
"Yeah it wasn't too difficult just had to kill some trolls nothing more" I say calmly
"You know some Holy Knights would think your trying to act tough, but i know you and you aren't a member of the Eight Deadly Sins for nothing" Zaratras says
"Yeah thanks" I say grateful
"Hey, a lot of Holy knights ask this but I want to ask you. Do you ever wish for a childhood that you missed out on?" Zaratras asks curious
"What's not to like about this? I got a group of family who will stand by my side, i have father figure (Pointing at Zaratras) that scolds us when we do something wrong than have a laugh about it afterwards" I say cheekily
"You see me as a father figure?" Zaratras says shocked
"You're the only one who will scold me and I respect you too much to prank you" I say. Before I knew it Zaratras was hugging me
"I'm so happy to hear that you think of me that way, seeing you go from that powerful 4 hear old to this legendary hero at 9 it's all so amazing, and I can't wait to see you continue to push your limits" Zaratras says proudly hugging me proudly
"During those years you felt like another son to me, you acted like an older brother to Gilthunder, helping him improve and making him want to improve" Zaratras says happily
"Thanks Zaratras, I hope this never ends" I say happily.
It's been over a week since the rest of the Sins returned and we will have to leave for a mission where we have to help some druids with some monster problems, so we find ourselves relaxing before we have to go. Currently me and Meliodas are helping teach Gilthunder.
"So you will both be gone for a year?" Gilthunder asks upset
"Yeah we will but don't worry" Meliodas says
"But what if I get worse what if I never improve what if-" Gilthunder was rambling until he got karate chopped in the head by Meliodas repeatedly who had his regular goofy face
"Chill out bro" Meliodas says, continuing to chop Gilthunder in the head.
"How about this? I'll give you something that will say that you need help and need yourself to be stronger. Just say these words,
'I am more powerful than any of the Eight Deadly Sins'" Meliodas says
"Say it" I encourage with a smile
" uhm, I am more powerful than any of the Eight Deadly Sins" Gilthunder repeats
"Yes, remember that ok" Meliodas says. Gilthunder looks at us confused
"Do it or Meliodas will karate chop you in the head. Again" I inform Gilthunder
He then nods enthusiastically not wanting to feel the power of the Meliodas karate chop again.
We have been on the road for a few weeks due to how far the druids are.
When we reached there we saw 3 people. 2 girls and one child
The child is called Theo, while the girls are called Zaneri and Jenna.
"Welcome Eight Deadly Sins, monsters ran loose in our home and we asked for someone to take them out" Jenna greets.
"Hello I'm Theo" Theo says excitedly
"Hello Theo, I'm Harry, how old are you?" I ask curious
"I'm 4" He says happily
"Haha that's the age you joined us" Ban says happily
"Really? I didn't think I was aware of that" I says sarcastically
Ban just pouts at my sarcasm
"the monsters are over their, I request we have Meliodas and Hadrian take down a different monster" Jenna says
"Ok then" The rest of the Sins say as they walk off
"What are you monsters doing here" Jenna growled
"Wait what?" I ask confused
"Your demons! you think I'm fine with you running around in our sacred place" she says angrily
"Ok, fine be angry with me because I was there during the Holy war but leave him out of this" Meliodas says pointing at me
"Why!?" she asks angrily
"Because he's only 9" Meliodas says shocking Jenna
"Are you really?" She asks. I nod at her
"How is that possible?" She asks
"I have no idea, so don't ask" I tell her honestly while shrugging
Afterwards we were able to remove the monster but sadly the place was destroyed
"Well let's help clean the place up" Meliodas says excitedly
"This is the first time your so enthusiastic about helping fix the damages we tend to cause" I say cheekily
"Well this place means a lot more than regular villages" Meliodas grumbled which caused laughter between the Sins.
The Sins then spent the next month helping but the others insisted that the druids train me due to my young age and potential in power and surprisingly the druids agreed happily with helping me grow stronger
"Why are you so fine with training a demon?" I ask wearily
"There's something about you and Meliodas that says that you are on our side, you especially but i can't tell what" Jenna says while Zaneri nods.
So for the month while the Sins were repairing Istar the Druids were training Hadrian.
After everything was over we said our goodbyes
"We hope to see you again!" Jenna yells out happily
"Yeah we will, don't worry about that" Meliodas yells back as we wave goodbye.
On the way back we celebrated my 10th birthday and after a night of partying we went on the road once more.
We finally made it back to Liones and are heading to report to Zaratras
"So what do you want to do after this?" Meliodas asks the Sins
"Have some good Ale and mead!" Ban says excitedly
"Ban you always drink, even when we're on the road you sometimes do it daily" I say cheekily
"Ok, we have to fix Harry's cheekiness" Ban complains
"Nope, I quite enjoy it" Diane says happily
"Only when your not the one he's being cheeky to" Ban replies
"Teehee," Diane says, making us laugh.
We finally reach reach the doors to Zaratras office
"Hey Zaratras we fini…" Meliodas was saying before freezing, when we notice this we look only to freeze as well.
Zaratras' body impaled by multiple spears mutilated.
"What happened?" Diane asks in horror
"Who could do such a thing?" King says horrified
"Whoever did it either must have been an ally to Zaratras or stronger than him" Merlin says
"I don't like any of those options" I reply shakily
"Harry?" Escanor says softly.
Everyone looks at him in shock, Escanor never was this soft in his more powerful and prideful state.
"I know you're upset, more so than any of us. we will find out who did this" Escanor says
"When we find out who did it, they will suffer" I say angrily as his eyes glow red signaling his magical ability's activation
This is one of the few times Harry has actually been this angry, Everyone thought
Before we could do anything a commotion was heard outside
"Crap, we've been framed. Everyone we have to leave, split up and we will regroup alright" Meliodas orders, everyone but me, Merlin and Meliodas leave
"Hadrian I know you're worried, but we will meet up again" Meliodas was saying before we noticed a body of white hair fall on the ground.
Moving towards it Meliodas takes a look and notices the it was Elizabeth, dark energy begins to build up
"Oh crap" Merlin says before knocking Meliodas unconscious
"He would have done serious damage?" I ask looking at Meliodas who was now unconscious
"A lot, Harry you need to leave don't worry we all will regroup in the future and here" She says as she kisses me on the lips
"For good luck" Merlin says, I nodded and ran out as fast as I could.
I will make the bastard who killed the only person I saw as a father pay! I thought running away from the one place i ever considered home

"So how powerful are you?" A Holy Knight asked 9 year old Hadrian
"Stronger than you" He replies
"Fine, fine, I'll give you one shot, here" The Holy Knight says turning his cheek to the side, sighing Hadrian flicks the Holy Knight causes him to fly backwards
"Now, is there anyone who wants to be punched?" Hadrian asks, lifting his arm up.
A second later everyone around Hadrian disappeared.
"Looks like no one has the balls" Hadrian says cheekily as he walks away whistling
"I do" A voice says and Hadrian turns around to see Escanor in his The One form
"Oh hell no" Hadrian was saying only to be interrupted when he was punched by a flaming fist

Walking through a town the Sins covered in their armour saw everyone enjoying their day as if nothing was going on
"Why are we here again?" King asks curious
"We are here to see this young lady, what was her name again?" Hadrian asks curious
"I do not know her name but she is a Spirit" Gowther answers
"Very well, don't worry everyone this will be A-Okay" Meliodas says enthusiastically
Soon a beautiful lady with blonde hair and a curvaceous figure floated towards the Sins
"Hello, I am Cecelia, it is nice to meet you" Cecelia greets
"Hello Cecelia" Hadrian greets with a smile as he takes off his helmet
Cecelia stares at Hadrian in shock upon realizing how young Hadrian is before she bit her lips seductively and floated towards Hadrian
"It is quite an honor for a Sin let alone all of them to be here" Cecelia says as she looks at Hadrian with lust in her eyes
Oh no, this could end badly Meliodas thought worried.
