Tuesday Minerva, Poppy, Karen and 6 house elves flooed over just before lunch ... Well let's take care of this first pointing to the elves. Hermione looked down to the small crowd at her feet.

'We has been sent to help with the paper.' said one of the elves

Looking up and confused.

'I spoke with the Ministry of Magic Medical Department (MMMD) about all of this and they sent us some help. All of these house elves are trained as scribes to help with all of the writing. We only have to mark the paper and then elves rewrite all of it.' Karen said.

Both Poppy and Karen said it would be nice to have help with the rewritings.

'Ok one will go with Miss Karr and one to Miss Pomfrey. Will Snape and Maynard need scribes?' Looking at Minerva,

'No they have school scribes, and I also have my own,' she said.

'Ok and two will stay here, so decide who wants to stay, I will be pay for your services.' she said to the six elves, they all started to protest.

'We do not get paid miss we is good elves we do not get paid.' they nodded and cried.

'Ok you will not get paid but you will accept a bonus for good work! You will get one day a week off each week. Is that ok?' some nodded in agreement. Two defiantly not in agreement and one just look scared to decide.

'You two can leave now.' pop. Hermione kneeled down in front of the scared one.

'Hi I am Hermione what is your name?'

'They call me Beesy miss.'

'Well what are you nervous about? I try to be a good boss. Are you afraid to get a bonus?' Beesy nodded. 'Well do you like to read?' Beesy shook her head. 'Do you know how to knit?' Beesy nodded.

'I knit baby blankets for the elves in need.'

'Well then your bonus will be wool and patterns so you can make baby blankets.' Beesy's ears started to wiggle at the thought of more wool.

'Miss we knit to, can we have wool too?' said Riply.

'Yes if you want wool as your bonus for good work, that I can do.' with a big smile to have reached an agreement.

'Miss I is still learning so can I have patterns and learner book?' Pipsy asked.

'Yes, I can teach you if you want or I can get you a book and get you all patterns.' with a big smile.

'You will take time to teach me?' in disbelief of a master to take the time with an elf, Pipsy asked.

'Yes, I will. So wool and patterns for your bonus, and one day a week off so you can knit, is acceptable?'

'Yes, Miss' they said in unison.

'Good, Winky, Kreacher?' they all looked around. Pop Winky and Kreacher appeared at her shoulder.

'OK I've got Beesy, Pipsy, so what are your names?' pointing to one, and then the other.

'Miss I is Meeky,'

'And Miss I is called Riply,'

'Karen do you want your helper to stay with you or just come over when needed?' looking at her.

'If you have room she can stay here, she might like having the company when she is not needed.' she replied.

'And you Poppy here or do you want her with you?'

'Well if she is housed with the school elves they might give her a difficult time for getting pa… bonuses.' she was nodding with Minerva agreement.

'Meeky will you help Miss Karr when she needs it?' pointing to Karen.

'And Riply can you help Miss Pomfrey at the school?' pointing to Poppy.

They both nodded their heads and ran over to their new bosses.

'You two will stay and help, us, ok?' both nodding their heads. 'This is Remus and I am Hermione and this is Winky and Kreacher, They work here too, they have the same bonuses and one day off as all of you. Kreacher, Winky this Beesy and Pipsy they will be helping with the book. Over there is Meeky and Riply they too will be here helping but they will be working out of the house but all 4 will be sleeping here ok?'

'Yes Miss.' as both bowed. Kreacher popped out.

'Don't mind him he is old and grumpy.' Winky giggled, getting gasps from the four. 'Miss lets us tell the truth here. She calls him the old grumpy gus.' giggling again.

All four came over to look at Hermione in disbelief again. 'Yes, I allow it if you don't know come ask me I will tell you if it is ok. OK? 'She is a bossy know it all.' Winky said, they all gasped, 'But she's not so bossy any more, she always asks nice.'

'Thank you Winky, can you show them to their room and when you are done, Meeky and Riply will be working with Miss Karr and Miss Pomfrey and they might be needed tonight I don't know yet. Thank you Winky.'

'See I tells you the truth Miss is very nice to us.' as they popped out.

'Okay now that is sorted lets have lunch.' They all walked to the dining room, the table was scattered with paper covered half of the table. Kreacher brought drinks and sandwiches in. As they talk of the last few days, with updates. Beesy popped in.

'I must take notes of the meeting, I was told this was my job.' as she pulled out paper and ink well ready to start.

'Well ok but we use this and handed her a pen and note book, no mess inkpots. And if you need more.' pointing to a large stack of note books and a big jar of pens. 'They are right here for your use.' Beesy tried her new pen her ears wiggled in excitement.

'Oh, the other will like this.' she spoke softly

'Well you can show them later. Are you ready? That chair looks to low,' Noticing Beesy sitting on her knees. She magicked Teddy's high chair in, as he was still too small for it, for Beesy to use. 'There you go adding a pillow.' as Beesy made herself comfortable.

'Oh thank you miss I is ready!' proudly sitting in her chair.

'Oh and just so you know, I am Miss Mione, most can't get it all out there so the shortened version works for me, so please go around the table everyone.'

'I am Miss Minnie,' she grinned at her response, 'The school elves have trouble with Minerva so I just let them use the shortened version.'

'I am Miss Poppy' she added

'And I am Miss Kaz always used the shortened version of it. So please do too.'

'Well you should have told us.' Hermione grinning.

'Well I use Karen at work but my friends use Kaz and but with all of the time we have and will be spending working on this, we will be friends when we are done. So I consider you all friends.

'Me too.' Minnie said

'Oh thank you I agree with all of this work we will be friends.

'And I'm Remus,'

'We do have two more that will be helping, a professor Snape and a professor Maynard. Ok, so are we all ready?' looking at Beesy. She wiggled her ears in agreement.

Minerva and Poppy had spoken to a few of the school governors and they were very interested to listen as the war had increased the number of people affected by Greyback and his pack. Karen had spoken with her bosses and the MMMD they too was interested in the research being done and had set money aside to help fund the program, which was great news. The school governors thought that if the students had a routine it would be easier. The shrieking shack could have two floors and two entrances. The St Mungo's Director and MMMD had a few more concerns about housing. As to same building as the hospital or build a new secure facility and how soon could start protocol?

'Well in all reality, we can start this month if we have willing participants. St Mungo's has a secure ward already set up with the individual rooms. We will just need to repaint the rooms, add furniture. You two did it in two days in a bigger space so if I had a crew to help we should be able to do the 12 rooms in a week?' Karen asked, as she wrote some notes. 'At least it's a start, we can rebuild bigger later?'

'I would think it's possible. And I think keeping the rooms at St Mungos' for the new patients, for evaluations to determine which ward to place them in, the woman's, men's, and common. We should plan to have a few single rooms for the difficult ones.' Hermione suggested.

'I agree about the single rooms there might be more than you realize with issues, with time they should settle and be able to place into a regular ward.' Remus added.

'Remus would a common room for a general gathering room be a good idea so everyone can socialize first? Everybody can eat together and try to get them to think common group? And as long as everyone gets along they can all be housed together? Separating out the ones needing it?' Poppy asked.

'Yes, if I was to go in and set the mood. Giving the announcements, organizing the day, they might see me as the leader of the pack and steer them in to a peaceful, drama free night. I don't know if you want to set protocols for the day of, everyone comes in for breakfast and stays all day to do mini reevaluations. To make sure everyone is calm and ready for a peaceful night.' Remus spoke.

'Yes, that is a good idea, and if they regularly come in and have no issues. We can change their admittance times, to just before last meal. And those who are having a bad day can get an excuse to leave work early, come in and calm down. Good idea, Remus.' Karen said as she wrote on her notepad.

'So protocols to be set: 2 rare steak meals each day for 3 days before, at first, some will be fine with day of meals, 2 rare steak meals the day after, evaluations for mental issues, female hormone test, anything else?' ask Poppy.

'No that sounds good.' Remus agreed.

'So if you can get the rooms done in the next 2 weeks, how many werewolves are there?' Hermione asked Karen.

'The sad thing as of right now 23 that we know of, a lot of them have been in hiding not knowing what will happen to them. Right now we use cells in Azkaban for the night and I think that has some scared to come forward but if this program gets out I think there might be more to come forward if they know MMMD is supporting them.' Karen said.

'Can we repaint the cells and get second hand furniture and steaks there? If you put the word out what we are doing and with evaluations will be able to get them help and in to the program. Do you think more would show up?' Hermione asked. 'And I would think that with the promise of a better life a lot of them would come and help paint.'

'You know that might just work, I can get the word out into tomorrow's Daily Prophet. As people contact us get them started helping. How will we pick who will be first.' Karen sighed.

'Well Minnie can the school get a few room set up for the October moon? If you can, the first to be accepted should be students. By getting them settled first we can hand them off to Poppy's excellent care. Poppy will have separate rooms to get a feel for the mood and then put the calmer ones together. There will always be those few who don't get along and they go in separate rooms. Then we add new patients as we find matches for each ward. And with the use of Azkaban some of them will settle fast and be able to move to the wards.' Hermione was dancing in place think the plan might just work.

Poppy and Minerva had their heads together talking. 'Yes, we can get the house elves painting tomorrow and moving furniture around. And start a secure ward for the pack. That would be nice to get them all settled fast so their education is not interrupted as much as poor Remus' was.' Minerva said.

'Yes the poor boy had to spend 2-4 days recovering from his injuries. If we can stop them all together that would be wonderful.' Poppy exclaimed.

'Kaz, do we know how many kids we will have?' Minerva asked.

Karen looked in her papers. 'Right now 10 but I know a lot of parents are keeping them hidden.'

'So if we plan for 12 right now and we can add more if there are more.' Minerva nodded and scribbled on her pad.

'You might be able to put two friends together. It might settle them down faster but I would have a few teachers supervising ready to put the shield charm up.' Remus added. 'Well we can get the news out for all parents to get their kids in first so they can all get back to school with their friend.' Remus said. 'Can we get it out there and then have a meeting for all. Parent and kids first and then everybody else? We can consult with the one who want to and can build their own rooms at home.' Remus added.

'Yes, I will get with the right people and get this out. Hermione, Remus thank you for all of your insights to help with this awful situation, Meeky?' Karen said the last to the ceiling.

With a pop 'Yes miss Kaz what can Meeky do for you?'

'Can you please scribe these please?' handing her papers from today's meeting.

'Yes miss give me a few minutes, please.' Meeky said, moving to the end of the table and starting.

'Hey Remus can you conjure 3 more chairs please?' Hermione pointing at Meeky kneeling in the chair.

With a wave of his wand 3 more chairs showed up.

Hermione added pillows. 'There Meeky you now have your own chair to work in.' Meeky popped in to it and wiggled with delight.

'Riply, Pipsy, can you come here please?' Hermione also asked the ceiling. Pop, Pop, both standing there waiting for instructions.

'Riply can you work on Miss Poppy's notes, and Pipsy can you get started on my notes?' Hermione handed her notes to Pipsy 'And you both have your own chairs too. You can decorate them however you like, so if you want to paint them that is ok' Hermione told all of the girls. They all twitched their ears in excitement. Riley had retrieved Poppy's notes and popped herself in a chair. Pipsy was so excited she had popped in sideways. Hermione moved all of the chairs next to their people, so if the where any questions they could be asked. Which Pipsy did look a little confused at one point Hermione looked over. 'Where are you?' Pipsy pointed to a word. 'oh, sorry I get in a hurry and scribble that's.. meals.. Wow my penmanship needs work sorry Pipsy, I will try to better next time.' Hermione apologized.

'That's ok miss, Pipsy must learn miss's writing.' Pipsy squeaked out.

One by one the house elves finished their writing and handed them back. Everybody nodded at the nice and fast work.

'Great work, Thank you girls. And if you want to take your chairs with you when you go out to work you can they are yours to keep.' Hermione told them.

'Really miss, we haves our own chairs?' Meeky said as her ears wiggled.

'We has never had our own chairs to work in.' said Riply.

'And we fit perfect.' Pipsy added.

'We thank you, Misses and master.' Beesy said with nods from all. 'You are good to house elves. Is there anything else for us?' handing three copies of her notes to Hermione.

'Well it is nice to have the notes all rewritten nice and readable. I'm glad they sent them over, it will make note taking easier for these trials, just write notes on each chart and at the end of the night then we will get them all back nice and neat.' Karen said as she looked over the notes.

'I agree, especially if we are trying to keep notes on 12 patients at a time.' said Poppy 'Kaz do you think we will be able to get some help?'

'I think so I might be able to pull from the trainee healers.' Karen wrote yet another reminder on her to do list. 'I will run this by MMMD this afternoon for approval and get a piece ready for the paper tonight for tomorrows edition. Rest up ladies and gentleman we will be on one wild ride for the next two weeks getting this going.' Karen said. Everybody bade goodbyes and left not knowing what the future would hold for them Remus and Hermione had a quiet dinner and then retired to the library.
