The many escapades of Zarbon: Volume Two

Zarbon helps with a DVD hunt

On one well enough day, Zarbon entered a used goods store that dealt with things like books, games, instruments, various collectibles, DVDs, and other various stuff like that. The elite space warrior from another planet was looking for a certain book, and he was certain that he'd find a used copy of it for sale at this used goods store.

As he searched the shelves in the section where his book would be for that very book that he was seeking, Zarbon heard a familiar male voice call out, "Hey, is that you, Zarbon?" Surprised to hear someone call out to him like that, he turned to face the person who was calling out to him. When he did, Zarbon saw Sunsaga come walking up to him.

"Oh my, well isn't this a surprise," Zarbon said as he offered Sunsaga a handshake, which was accepted. "It certainly has been a while. What all have you got yourself up to, Sunsaga?"

"Oh, same old," Sunsaga replied, "Nothing's changed for me too much. So, what brings you here?"

Gesturing to the shelf of books before him, Zarbon began to explain, "Oh, I'm looking for an obscure comic book novel that my friend Gasser wants." Giving Sunsaga a casual yet curious look, Zarbon asked, "What about you, Sunsaga?"

Sunsaga let out a sigh, one that sounded mildly annoyed and a little exasperated with how things were going for him. "I'm trying to track down the seasons of this obscure adult animated show that my sister has been wanting to see on DVD."

"Your sister wants DVDs of an obscure adult animated show?" Zarbon asked in a tone of complete and total surprise, "You have a sister?"

Holding up a few fingers, Sunsaga replied, "Yeah, I got a few older sisters. I'm trying to find those DVDs for the oldest of my sisters. Oh, before I forget, none of my older sisters are aware of the fact that I'm an undead now, so if you ever meet any of them, don't tell them about my transformation, alright?"

Zarbon gave his friend a sly, knowing look. "Why, I haven't the faintest clue as to what you're talking about."

Sunsaga, recognizing that Zarbon understood and was honoring his request, nodded in thanks. "Well anyway, onto business. I'm trying to track down the DVD sets of the seasons of that adult animated show for the oldest of my older sisters. She just wants the seasons, and not the terrible movie that was made from the show."

Gesturing to himself, Zarbon said, "And I'm trying to track down a copy of Dead High Yearbook, as Gasser likes collecting obscure comic novels with a slight horror hint to them."

"Umm... wow," Sunsaga replied, a look of mild surprise on his face, "I actually own two copies of that comic book. Hell, if Gasser can help me find the DVDs that I'm looking for, I'll gladly give him one of the copies that I have."

"Oh, this is wonderful!" Zarbon cheered, "We'll just tell Gasser about the deal and see what he says!"

...

As it turned out, Gasser worked at an out-of-the-way store that dealt in DVDs, CDs, video games, collectibles, and the like. It wasn't a used goods store that did trades like the place Zarbon and Sunsaga had just come from, as the store Gasser works at only did sales. Still, it had a lot to offer to potential customers who were looking for certain goods.

But that's getting off subject. The point is that Gasser, after doing a check, found that his store had all of the seasons on DVD of the obscure adult animated show that Sunsaga wanted to get for his sister, so he held one copy of each season in the back until Zarbon and Sunsaga came in, at which point Sunsaga bought those seasons on DVD that he's been looking to get all this time.

"You can find me here tomorrow when the store opens at nine in the morning," Gasser said, "I can take the copy of Dead High Yearbook then."

Sunsaga nodded in understanding and agreement to the plan. "Thanks again for the help, Gasser. I swear, out of everything that I've ever had to deal with, tracking down these DVDs was the longest, hardest thing that I've ever experienced."

"OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHOOOOOOOO!" Zarbon cried out in aroused, sensual pleasure. Gasser and Sunsaga, both of them sporting knowing smiles, simply shook their heads at Zarbon being... well, Zarbon. With his task completed, Sunsaga took off, taking his new purchases home.

After Sunsaga left the store Gasser worked at, Gasser turned to look right at Zarbon. "Anything that I can help you with, Zarbon?"

Nodding once, Zarbon replied, "Yes. Do you have Legally Blonde?"

Author's notes;

Hitting up used goods stores hoping to find copies of DVDs or books that you want can be a struggle, one that I've known for quite some time as I too am still trying to find a copy of Dead High Yearbook, as well as seasons of various adult animated shows; yes, this chapter is one based off of my own real life experiences. Anyway, the next chapter will see Zarbon learn somewhat about this one video game series. Peace out.
