And I'm back with the next chapter of Meta-Verse. In this chapter, this is the last refresher chapter as the UDF's vehicles have finally arrived, and it's time for the Meta-Verse Agents to know the bond between them. Let's get this started, shall we?

Meta-Verse Department Agency
In the cafeteria, Konata Izumi, Tomoko Kuroki, Tsumiki Miniwa and Kon were thinking about what's gonna happen next.
"The Unified Defense Force has these types of vehicles. They're coming here now." Tsumiki said.
"Can't wait to see them." Konata said.
"Me too, master." Kon said.
"So, Konata, what did you think of this second agent year?" Tsumiki asked.
"Well, we met up with some pretty good people, honestly. And it seems like we have some intensities almost all the time this year around." Konata said.
"I've been thinking the same thing." Tsumiki said. "Even though this is not my second year. This is my...darn it, I lost count."
Tomoko snickered. "You're a dumbass."
"Shut up, you." Tsumiki said.
Kenji Harima and Eri Sawachika came in.
"Oh, how is it for you two?" Tsumiki asked.
"Actually, we're getting along just fine now." Eri said.
"I've gotten a lot more use to it now." Kenji said.
"Well that's good. Tenma was hoping for you two to get along well." Konata said.
"Yeah." Kenji said.
"What about Yakumo?" Tomoko asked.
"What do you mean?" Tsumiki asked.
"I heard she developed some sort of crush on him as well." Tomoko said.
Eri was in shock to hear that. "What?"
The intercomm turned on. "The vehicles have arrived. I repeat, the vehicles have arrived." Kyubey said through the intercomm.

Out in the vehicle bay, we see a white tank, a red jet and a blue submarine coming to the bay.
"Hayate!" Misora Tsukishima said.
"Nah-chan!" Silvia Maruyama said.
"Mi-kun!" Mao Onigawara said.
Paiman came to them. "They will be given some adjustments. So, do expect your respective vehicles to have some weaponry on the thing."
"Yes, sir." Silvia saluted.
"Mao, I never heard you call the White Tiger Mi-kun. Is there a reason for that?" Paiman asked.
"It's a long story." Mao said.
"I'm just curious." Paiman said.
"So, what now?" Misora asked.
"I say we wait until these vehicles are given the proper treatment. Then we'll be ready for battle whenever one comes." Silvia said.
"I agree." Mao said.
Konata, Tsumiki, Tomoko and Kon came to them.
"Oh hell yeah!" Konata said.
"What is this, a war movie?" Tomoko asked.
"Basically the Unified Defense Force are military, so the vehicles are pretty much military." Tsumiki said.
"Dammit. Why did I say anything?" Tomoko said.
Katy Caterpillar arrived and saw the vehicles. "So, by the looking of it, these vehicles are based on what Defense Force you guys are in."
"Yep. I'm from the Ground Defense." Mao said.
"I'm from the Air Defense." Misora said.
"And I'm from the Sea Defense." Silvia said.
"Pretty much like it." Katy said.
Unfortunately, Ika Musume came out of the submarine Nah-chan.
"What the hell?" Konata said.
The UDF girls saw this and are in shock.
"Ika?" Silvia said.
Ika saw them. "Oh squid. I just came in through that."
"Where were you?" Konata asked.
"Working at the Lemon Beach House." Ika said.
"That were you were. I was wondering where you were at." Tsumiki said.
"Trust me. It was one heck of a day." Ika said.
"I can trust that." Tsumiki said.
A female came to them.
This female has brown hair and red eyes. She wears a tan-colored dress, green short-sleeve jacket, red scarf, black shorts and brown boots. This is Sabrina.
"Just wanting to stop by." Sabrina said.
"Sabrina. Where's your other friend?" Katy asked.
"Mike you mean? He's with this guy named James Bond." Sabrina said.
"Well, what do you know?" Konata asked.
"I find that odd for a farmer to be meeting up with a secret agent." Katy said.
"Well, oddity is oddity." Sabrina said.
"That's true." Katy said.
"So, what are you guys up to?" Sabrina asked.
"Thinking about heading out, so that our vehicles would be given the proper treatment." Silvia said.
"Like repairs or something?" Sabrina asked.
"Adjustments for the most part." Mao said.
"I see." Sabrina said.
"I still wanna know Yakumo's gig." Tsumiki said.
"Yakumo Tsukamoto?" Sabrina asked.
"Yeah." Tsumiki said.
"What's up with her?" Sabrina asked.
"Well, she seem to have a crush on Harima, and I need to know why." Tsumiki said.
"Is it immediate." Sabrina said.
"I can say yes." Tsumiki said.
"Well, if you need any help, then I'm happy to help." Sabrina said.
"Thanks." Tsumiki said.
"Need a lift?" Sabrina asked.
Katy nodded. Sabrina crouched down and opened her hand for Katy to crawl on, to which she did, then Sabrina got back up and walked out.
"We'll leave you guys, okay?" Konata said.
"Alright. Take care." Mao said.
"We will." Konata said.
The four then left the bay.
Mao looks back at the tank Mi-kun, smiling a little, as if she missed the tank for a long time.
In an arcade room, we see James Bond and a boy sitting at a table, having a conversation.
This boy has brown hair and blue eyes. He wears a tan-colored checkered t-shirt, blue jean overalls, red scarf and brown boots. This is Mike.
"So, you're asking me if I did a patriot type mission, is that correct?" Bond asked.
"Yes." Mike said.
"Well, you see, I never did. But some of my missions have been taken care of well, except for that time with Spectre, that haunts me a lot."
"Oh."
"I ended my job, and ended up here. I might as well take a break for a while before I go on another mission."
"Like a vacation?"
"No. Like another job as not a spy, but a superhero."
"Gotcha. This is the first time I met a spy, so I'm curious."
"I told you everything I need to tell you, so you're good."
"Thanks, Bond."
"No problem."
"I might as well see what Sabrina is up to."
"That's fine. I'm not stopping you there."
Mike then gets up and leaves.
"At least he was a good boy." Bond said.
John Rambo came to him.
"What's up?" Bond asked.
"That blonde-haired idiot is taking over the stage." Rambo said.
"Who?"
"Chizuru Tachibana."
"Say who now?"
At the stage, Chizuru Tachibana is singing his heart out. Dominic Toretto just dranked his beer, then leaves.
"Oh come on. That song is just passionate." Chizuru said.
"I think it is." Yakumo Tsukamoto said.
"Thanks. Want me to sing it more?"
"If you would. I would like that."
Chizuru smiled. "Alright then. Then I will." He then singed again.
Yakumo smiled intently. "What is this feeling? I shouldn't be having this, but I am."
Tenma Tsukamoto looks for Yakumo. "Yakumo. Where are you? Yakumo."
The Very Hungry Caterpillar crawled up to Tenma. "Watch your step."
Tenma looks down to see Hungry. "Hey. Um, do you know where Yakumo is?"
"I think she's at the arcade room."
"Thanks." Tenma then left.
"Have fun." Hungry grabs out a leaf and starts to chew on it.
Meanwhile, Paiman is working on some of the vehicles.
"Okay, Hayate. You can come up first." Paiman said.
Hayate came close to Paiman. He then put rocket launchers on Hayate, and some missile projectors.
"That's done. Next." Paiman said.
Nah-chan came to Paiman. He then put missiles inside of Nah-chan's rocket launchers.
"That's done. Next." Paiman said.
Mi-kun just turned the other way.
"What the-? Hey!" Paiman said.
Mi-kun just rolled out of the bay.
"What the hell?" Paiman said.
Hayate and Nah-chan turned around.
"What do I tell Mao now?" Paiman wondered.
Hungry came to Paiman. "What did you do?"
"I didn't do anything. Mi-kun just rolled out." Paiman said.
"That means that tank is sensitive."
"Of what?"
"I don't know."
"I better find Mao and tell her this. This is annoying." Paiman left the bay.
"Have fun." Hungry then grabs out another leaf and starts chewing on it.
Mao came to Raggedy Ann's room and saw her and Raggedy Andy sleeping together. "Um, hello?"
Ann and Andy wakes up and saw Mao, then their eyes widened.
"Oh golly. We're not a couple." Ann said.
"We're just brother and sister, that's all." Andy said.
"I'm not worried on that." Mao said.
"Oh." Both the rag dolls said.
"Mao." Paiman came to Mao.
"What's wrong?" Mao asked.
"It's Mi-kun. He drove off." Paiman said.
Break
"What's wrong?" Mao asked.
"It's Mi-kun. He drove off." Paiman said.
Mao looks at Paiman for a moment. "What?"
"He drove off for no odd reason." Paiman said.
"I don't believe it. He couldn't have just drove off." Mao said.
"We're sending a crew to find him." Paiman said.
"Good. Just find him soon. I don't want it to happen again." Mao said.
"This happened a lot?" Paiman asked.
"Yes. I don't wanna of what happens to him. Just like my kitten." Mao said.
Paiman's eyes widened. "You named the tank after your kitten, didn't you?"
Mao nodded slowly and sadly.
"Dammit. Who should have known?" Paiman then leaves, questioning about Mao's past.
Mao just looked saddened. Ann and Andy came to her.
"I'm sure they'll find him soon. I'm sure." Ann reassured.
"I hope so too." Mao said.
Ann looks down, feeling helpless right now. Andy sighed.
Sabrina and Katy came to a female.
This female has red hair and red eyes. She wears a white t-shirt, purple skirt, white almost-to-the-knee socks and black loafers. This is Ran.
"So, what's up?" Sabrina asked.
"Nothing much really. What about you guys?" Ran asked.
"You were heading to see Mike right now." Katy said.
"Alright. Mind if I join?" Ran asked.
"Sure." Sabrina said.
Ran walked to them, then...all of a sudden, they saw Paiman walking to the bay.
"What are you doing here?" Katy asked.
Paiman saw the three of them. "It's Mao."
"What is it?" Katy asked.
"She has a past I don't understand." Paiman said.
"What just happened?" Katy asked.
"It started with Mi-kun just rolled out of the bay for some odd reason, I told Mao about it, she felt emotional about it, and I found out she named the tank Mi-kun after her kitten." Paiman said.
"I never saw this." Katy said.
"I would have asked her, but I'm getting too emotional at the moment. I think I'm stressing out." Paiman said.
"I'll go talk to her. You guys, go on ahead without me." Katy said.
"Alright." Both Ran and Sabrina said.
Sabrina puts Katy down on the floor, and the little caterpillar crawled off to look for Mao.
"That's great." Sabrina said.
"I'm sorry about this." Paiman said.
"I do feel worried for Mao. Do you think she's gonna be okay?" Sabrina asked.
"Who knows. I wouldn't know myself." Paiman said.
Sabrina nodded, then looks troubled.
Ran saw this, which worries her.
Back with Konata's group, the four came into the arcade room and saw Yakumo, making a love letter.
"Who are you writing that to?" Tsumiki asked.
"To Chizuru." Yakumo said.
"Chizuru?" Konata asked.
"Chizuru Tachibana." Yakumo said.
"Hold on. You mean, you fallen in love with him?" Tomoko asked.
"Yes." Yakumo said.
"What happened to Harima?" Tsumiki asked.
"I found out that Eri has Harima, and so I shouldn't take that away from them. I look for a new crush, and it seems that Chizuru is the one." Yakumo said.
Tsumiki is in shock when she heard that. "Well, that changed my viewpoint."
"What do we do?" Konata asked.
"I'm not sure yet. Does Chizuru know?" Tsumiki asked.
Yakumo shook her head.
"He's gonna flip when he hears that." Konata said.
"I bet." Tsumiki said.
"So, we should set something up for them." Kon said.
"Um, that's too soon." Yakumo said, blushing.
"Come on. You shouldn't waste this." Kon said.
"It still too soon." Yakumo said.
"We'll figure something out. Don't worry." Konata said.
Yakumo nodded, still blushing.
Meanwhile, Katy found Mao's quarters and knocked on her door.
"It's open." Mao said.
"I'm tiny." Katy said.
Silence
Mao opened the door and saw Katy. "Oh. Come in."
Katy then goes into Mao's quarters. "Where's Misora and Silvia?"
"They're looking for Mi-kun." Mao said.
"Mao. Tell me something. What do I need to know about your past that I do not know?"
Mao sighed. "I have a kitten named Mi-kun, years ago. It was fun having a kitten like Mi-kun. But one day, I couldn't even find Mi-kun, and then, I saw her drown. It was horrifying to look at." She tears up. "I name my tank after the kitten I loved so much. I never, n-n-never wanna lose Mi-…." She then begins to cry.
Katy crawled up to Mao. "Mao. Listen to me. I know that your friendship with Mi-kun is not gonna be gone. Mi-kun's always gonna be in your heart, no matter what. Don't worry. Your tank isn't gonna die that easily, if you're afraid of that. The tank is fixable. There's no way he's gonna die."
"I'm sorry. I am so, so, so, so sorry." Mao cried more and more.
"It's not your fault. Stop blaming yourself. It's not even your fault. Just please don't cry. Mi-kun will be back, I'm sure." Katy now feels like she's gonna tear up. "Oh God. Now you're making me cry."
"If what you're saying is true, then I'll trust it." Mao wipes off her tears.
"That's the Mao I know of." Katy also did the same thing.
"Thank you, Katy-sensei."
"No problem. I'm just glad to help."
Mao nodded.
Katy sighed.
In the bay, Bo Dennis tries to search for Mi-kun with her dark magic.
"Any luck?" A boy asked.
This boy has brown hair that is shaved close on the sides and forms a crown in the back and green eyes. He wears a white t-shirt, blue pants and black shoes. This is Takeru Ooyama.
"No, not yet." Bo said.
"I'm sorry if we got you into this situation." Takeru said.
"Not your fault."
"I wonder why the tank would roll out like that."
"I have no freaking idea."
"I'm hoping Brainiac or Engel doesn't have their hands on the tank."
"Let's hope not."
Meanwhile, Tsumiki came to Chizuru.
"Could I talk with you for a minute?" Tsumiki asked.
"Sure. What's up?" Chizuru asked.
"You see, there's a girl who likes you." Tsumiki said.
"Um, what?"
"You see, it is Yakumo."
"Yaku-wait a minute. She did like that song I sanged. And it was a love song, so...oh my God. That means...that means...oh boy. I'm nervous."
"I thought we might put you two up on a date."
"Um, wait. I oppose to that."
"Too late."
"No seriously. I'm not even ready yet."
"Too late."
"Aw, crud. What did I got myself into?" Chizuru thought.
"I did heard that." Tsumiki said in Chizuru's head.
"Yikes! How can you do that?" Chizuru thought.
"You see, I can read people's thoughts, and hear them too. So it's not like a big shocker there." Tsumiki said in Chizuru's head.
"Okay, you're creepy." Chizuru said.
"I know." Tsumiki said.
"So, when do we begin?" Chizuru asked.
"Right now." Tsumiki said.
"O...wait, what?!"
Meanwhile, it seems that Mi-kun came back, alongside Misora and Silvia.
Paiman came in and saw Mi-kun. "That was a lot of hard finding, is it?"
"Bring Mao here." Silvia said.
Paiman nodded and turned on his intercomm. "Mao, we found Mi-kun."
Silence
"I hope she got that." Paiman said.
On cue with that, Mao and Katy saw Mi-kun.
"Mi-kun!" Mao ran up to Mi-kun and hugged the tank. "Mi-kun, I was worried for you. Where have you been?"
"Mao. The reason why Mi-kun rolled out is because he didn't want to be adjusted." Silvia said.
"What the-? So you're saying that this tank here doesn't want any weaponry?!" Paiman asked.
Silvia shook her head.
"But Mi-kun, why?" Mao asked.
Mi-kun looked at Mao. "It's because…"
Mao looked at Mi-kun in shock of a tiny voice came from Mi-kun.
"It's because...I'm not that capable…"
"Mi-kun. But, you couldn't survive without the adjustment." Mao said.
"But Mao…"
"Listen to me. We're the Unified Defense Force. We protect the peace of the world. Protect the peace of the multiverse. And we can't without you."
"Mao…"
"What the hell is going on? Why is that tank is able to speak?" Paiman asked.
"You got me there." Katy said.
Bo noticed something. "I'm sensing something."
"What?" Mao asked.
Bo's eyes widened. "It's a spirit."
"Spirit?" Mao asked.
"Mao. I think your kitten's spirit is in there." Bo said.
Mao's eyes widened, then turns to look at Mi-kun. "Mi-kun. Is that really you?"
"Yes, Mao. It's me."
"Mi-kun. It's been too long." Mao hugged the tank. "I missed you so much." She began to cry.
"Mao."
Paiman walked towards Bo. "How did the kitten's spirit got inside the tank?"
"I have no idea, but whatever it is, I wonder if it's fate that brought these two together somehow. Back together again." Bo said.
Paiman looks at the reunion.
Mao then unhugs the tank. "We're still the adjustments. You needed. We need to protect the peace of the multiverse once more. For all of us."
Mi-kun then looks saddened. "If that's what you want, then I guess I'll do it.
"Thank you, Mi-kun." Mao said.
"You got him, or her, who knows, to cooperate." Paiman said.
"I did." Mao said.
"It'll take me sometime before I even fully adjust Mi-kun." Paiman said.
Mao nodded.
"Alright. Be happy that your kitten's back. But as a tank honestly." Paiman said.
"I already liked my tank before I figured this one out." Mao said.
"Hmm. That's seems more like it." Paiman said.
Mao nodded.
Meanwhile, Chizuru walks into the room, where Yakumo is...um, waiting for him, I guess, but she's blushing, so, yeah.
"Yakumo." Chizuru said.
"Chizuru. This is all so sudden." Yakumo said.
"I know. This is sudden. I didn't know you fallen in love with me."
"Well, I did."
"Well, what now?"
"What now? Um...well...why not...sing me something?"
Chizuru has a warm smile on his face. "Alright. I'll do that."
Yakumo smiled as well.
Tenma saw this and is in shock. "Oh wow. Yakumo."
Mao and Katy came to Tenma.
"What's up?" Katy asked.
"You won't believe it, but, Yakumo's in love with Chizuru Tachibana." Tenma said.
Katy is shocked to hear that. "Your sister is...Whippity Pow."
Tenma nodded.
Mao just smiled. "I think it's a good thing."
"What do you mean?" Katy asked.
"I mean...honestly, if they've fallen in love with each other, than there will be a future for both of them." Mao said.
Katy thought about it. "You know, you might be right."
Tenma smiled, as she knew that her little sister is gonna have a brighter future with Chizuru.
Meanwhile, Konata walks down to Kyubey, since she has a report from him.
"Do you have a report?" Konata asked.
"Yeah. I do." Kyubey said.
"Is it about Brainiac?"
"He seem to have found a super serum to make him stronger."
"Seriously."
"Yeah."
"We go to space and stop him then."
"Exactly."
"I better go tell the team."
"You better have to."
Konata then leaves the room.
Kyubey looks out the window. "This might be the final mission of this year, it looks."
