Here's something to hopefully tide everyone over until I'm can put out some new chapters for my other stories.
Breaking of Contracts Chapter - 1
Harry Potter just finished clapping when Cedric had been chosen as the Champion for Hogwarts.
Just then the Goblet of Fire ignited again, throwing out another slip of paper.
The Headmaster plucked it out of the air and looked at it for a few seconds, before he raised his head and said, "Harry Potter."
Harry was stunned. He looked around trying to see how everyone else was reacting to what happened along with what the Headmaster had just said. What he saw was the same reaction that happened in his second year with the Chamber of Secrets. He then turned to Ron and what he saw startled him.
Ron was looking at him with anger in his eyes as well as loathing.
He then turned to Hermione and had his world shattered.
She was looking him with a look of disappointment while shaking her head.
Harry then made up his mind in that moment as to what he was going to do. He stood up and walked to the center of the Great Hall. He turned to the Headmaster, "Headmaster, what happens if I refuse to participate?"
When he asked that, it started murmuring among the students while the Headmaster looked at Mr. Crouch.
The man cleared his throat while standing up straighter, "You would lose your Magic or your life."
Harry nodded with a determined look on his face. He pulled out his wand and held it horizontally in front of him before he grabbed it with his other hand and snapped it in two, "I refuse to participate in this Tournament. If I lose my Magic then wipe my mind of all of this. Living with my relatives was better than what I've had to face for the past three years."
The entire Great Hall was silent when he did this.
The Headmaster started to say, "Harry what..."
At that moment Harry's vision went black.
Harry woke feeling that he was sitting in a chair. When he opened his eyes the first thing that he saw was a woman sitting behind a desk that looked exactly like his mother, "Mom?"
The woman narrowed her eyes, before saying in a very cold voice, "HARRY JAMES POTTER!"
A/N: I came up with this by reading a lot of stories where Harry always to make it through the Tournament or dominate it. As for as I know, no one has ever had him refuse to participate when his name comes out of the Goblet. If anyone has let me know.
The only other thing I will reveal about this story for when I do write it, is that it will be a Time Travel story as well.
Lastly, do to somethings going on right now in my life I haven't been able to write like I like to. Hopefully next month I'll be able to put up new chapters for most of my stories along with a slight surprise or two.
