Hey Guys, I'm back! Welcome to Chapter 2!

*! These Characters are not mine and belong to My Hero Academia !*

All Might hoped he wasn't too late. The sludge villain that he'd been chasing had escaped his pursuit. He'd been tracking him from the sewers, hoping that the villain hadn't taken a hostage yet. All Might had full knowledge that this villain could overtake someone's body as a 'skin suit.' He also knew that this process ended up killing the individual. The thought only propelled him to move faster.

Thankfully this villain had shown up early in his three hour limit. He still had a solid two hours before he transformed back; plenty of time to capture this villain and hand him to the police.

Finally, All Might caught up to the villain under a bridge. He popped up from the sewers screaming, "I AM HERE!" Only to hesitate in fighting the villain when he saw a green haired kid mixed with the sludge. Quickly changing his tactic, All Might grabbed the boy and punched the villain. All Might kept his grip tight in order to keep the kid from flying.

Knowing it would take time for the villain to come back together again, All Might turned his attention to the young boy. Bending down he checked the boy's vitals and panicked when he couldn't find a heartbeat. All Might immediately began compressions, holding back his strength so as not to crush the small boy. All might counted to 64 before the boy coughed out sludge and started to breathe again.

While the greenette focused on breathing again, All Might collected the sludge and sealed it inside a plastic bottle. Tucking the bottle in his pocket for safekeeping, he returned to the boy who was now breathing normally. Crouching down to the boy's level, All Might said, "Hey there, young one. I'm sorry you got swept up in that. I try t-"

A scream interrupted his speech. "All Might!" the young boy cried.

"Yes. I AM HERE!" He chuckled.

"I'm sorry that you had to rescue me, I didn't mean to get caught."

"NONSENSE! It's not your fault that a villain kidnapped you. I'm just happy I could save you!"

"Thank you, All Might. May I have your autograph, please?" The boy was looking at him with big eyes that were impossible to resist. They were so full of excitement.

"Of course, Young . . . "

"Midoriya, Izuku Midoriya."

"Young Midoriya!" Grabbing the boy's pen, he signed the closest thing to him, which happened to be Young Midoriya's red shoes. After he signed Midoriya's right shoe, he helped the boy to his feet.

"All Might, can I ask you a question? It's important." All Might watched as Young Midoriya began to fidget.

"Of course, Young Midoriya! Ask away!"

"C-can I still be a hero without a quirk?!"

All Might paused. Young Midoriya was quirkless? All Might was shocked; not many people were quirkless anymore. When he was still just Toshinori Yagi the percentage of quirkless people was 40% and was even less now.

Despite his own background, All Might knew the danger Young Midoriya would be in if he were a quirkless hero. He also couldn't just give the boy One for All as he had only just met him. Letting out a sigh All Might said, "Being a hero is hard and dangerous. Even with a quirk, heroes get hurt all the time. Can you be a hero? In my opinion, not without a quirk."

Toshinori felt his heart break as he could physically see the young boy's dreams shatter.

Can you be a hero? Not without a quirk. Izuku kept hearing the words repeating in his head. All Might had left not long after, with wishes for him to stay safe. Izuku was numb to it all.

He didn't want to run into Kacchan and his friends, so he decided to just grab his stuff from the roof tomorrow. It wasn't as if he still needed his notebook anyway.

Following the route to home he kept hearing words. Not just from All Might, but everyone who didn't believe in him, who never thought he could do it. He began to cry. He kept rationalizing with himself, I don't need to be a hero to help people. I'm smart, I could probably get into the support course! But it only reminded him that his real dream was unattainable.

Izuku was too into his breakdown to notice the black portal that had opened before him. Without a clue he stepped through it. He kept walking until he collided with . . . a bar? Izuku's head snapped up and he looked around. He was in bar and he saw two figures. One was shadowy and purple with yellow, what he assumed were eyes. The other had crimped, blue hair and his face was covered by severed hand, which really creeped Izuku out.

"So, you're the kid?" The one with the hand asked. "What's your name?"

"I-izuku Midoriya. Who are you?"

The blue haired one tried to speak again but the shadowy one interrupted, "I am Kurogiri, and my associate here is Shigaraki. We have an offer to give you."

"An offer? For what?"

"We know that you are quirkless, and we have also learned that you have been bullied." Izuku's face fell at the reminders. "But . . . we have seen your skills and believe your talent for analysis is more valuable than any quirk you could possess."

"Really?" Izuku was glad that someone didn't think that he was totally useless. Maybe these people would help train him to be a hero. Izuku's eyes filled with hope. He could still be a hero.

"Yes, we believe you would be a great addition." Addition? "We would like to invite you to join the League of Villains."

Izuku froze. "The League of Villains?!"

The hand one seemed annoyed, "Yes we are the League of Villains, and for some reason we need you."

Izuku finally realized the situation. He was alone with two villains, in what he assumed was their lair, with no knowledge of how he got there or how to escape. They weren't attacking him now, but he was sure they would when they found out he had no intention of joining.

Discreetly he began to scan the room, searching for exits and which would most likely lead outside. As he scanned, he talked to distract them, "So you really want a quirkless nobody to join the League of Villains?"

"Yes, as we said, your analysis skills would be beneficial to our cause." Kurogiri answered.

"Where is the rest of the League? So far I only see you two." Might as well try to get some information for the Pro Heroes while he had to talk to them.

"They have yet to be recruited, you would be the fourth member."

"Fourth?"

"Yes. Our master never shows himself, so you won't see him, but he will find ways to contact you."

Creepy, Izuku thought. Through the conversation he was able to surmise that the door past the bar, on the other side of the room was probably the one that led outside.

"So, you don't even know what your master looks like, or what his true goals could be, and you still follow him?" Izuku began sprinting to the door, "sorry, but I don't think this is for me." He had almost made it to the door when a portal opened in front of him. He couldn't stop his momentum and ran through, straight into Shigaraki's grip.

Izuku struggled against Shigaraki's grip on his throat until he was chided, "Ah ah ah, my quirk is disintegration. If my last finger touches your neck, you'll be dead in seconds." Izuku froze. During his conversation with Kurogiri, Shigaraki had seemed annoyed. Now he seemed gleeful at the thought of killing him.

"Shigaraki, you know what master said. We can't kill him, so let's just send him home," Kurogiri advocated on his behalf.

"No. He's seen and heard too much, we can't just 'send him home.'" Izuku couldn't see Kurogiri's face but by the way his flames reacted, he knew Kurogiri didn't like where this was going. Which only made Izuku more fearful of the man before him.

"Kurogiri, call Doctor. We have a new challenge." Turning to Izuku, Shigaraki smiled and said, "Whether you want to or not, you will be a villain."

Bakugou was struggling to do his homework Thoughts of the nerd kept entering his mind. He hadn't seen him since he saw him fall, but Deku should be home by now. Putting thoughts of the nerd to the side he tried to write his English essay.

"Damn it!" Bakugou yelled as he closed his laptop. The essay wasn't due for two more days and Bakugou wasn't going to be able to focus. He thought briefly about going over to Deku's to check on the nerd, but he was still sure that Deku didn't want to see him. Ignoring his instincts, Bakugou decided to just go to bed.

When he woke up in the morning, he was well rested. I should go to bed at eight every night, he thought. He went downstairs and saw Old Hag cooking breakfast. After their usual shouting match, he grabbed his backpack and began walking to school.

He was anxious for first period because Deku was in the same class as him. Bakugou felt that he was ready to apologize, not just for his words yesterday, but for all of it, for the many years of torment he had put Deku through. He was nervous about Deku's response though.

Before walking through the door, Bakugou took a steadying breath. Entering the classroom his eyes immediately went to Deku's desk. Where was that Damn Nerd? When the bell rang, Bakugou became more apprehensive; the nerd was never late. The teacher was also late, which gave Bakugou hope that Deku was with him.

That hope quickly died when the teacher walked in alone. "Before we start class today, I have an announcement," the teacher started, "Izuku Midoriya, or 'Deku', has been missing since third period yesterday. No one has seen him since before the lunch period. If anyone has information that could lead to his where abouts please let the police know. There will be a few officers around the school looking for clues as to where he went. You can speak to any of them. That is all. I'll give you five minutes to talk and calm yourselves down." With that he walked out.

"Deku's gone?" One of the girls asked.

"Nah. He's probably just hiding from Bakugou.," the long necked one boasted. "I wonder what Bakugou did to him yesterday."

"Maybe it wasn't Bakugou." He heard Long Fingers mutter. Looking over Bakugou could see a small smirk lining his face.

Even though he was done bullying Deku, Bakugou wanted to try something and see if he could gather more information. "I may have done something yesterday to make the nerd scram. It's no surprise to me that he didn't show, in fact I wouldn't expect him the rest of the week."

Long Neck laughed, "What did you do this time Bakugou."

"Nothing new. We just had another 'conversation' on the roof." Bakugou said roof with extra emphasis, hoping that, if his theory was correct, Long Fingers would boast about whatever he was so smug about.

He didn't have to wait long, "You liar!" Long Fingers snapped. "There was no way you beat him on the roof because I was the one with him on the roof."

"Hah, like anyone would believe you could do so much to Deku that he would be scared to come to school. He only submits to Bakugou. There's no way you could be the reason. Bakugou had to be the one on the roof, stop lying, it's not cool." Bakugou decided that he would have to thank Long Neck later; he couldn't have staged it better.

Bakugou could see Long Fingers losing it. He was perfectly aware of Long Fingers jealousy. That's how he knew he would crack.

"Of course, its because of me he isn't here today. Because I am the one who threw him off the roof!" Bingo. Bakugou had him now.

"So, it was you who threw Deku off the roof. Thank you for your confession, I'm sure the police will find this very helpful in their investigation." Bakugou said pulling out his phone, which had recorded the whole conversation."

"Huh? Why do you care? You hate that stupid Deku. Besides if you went to the police with that, they would know that you bullied him too and you'll never be a hero."

"I may have bullied Deku, but I never went as far as to throw him off a roof. And as for that other matter, it will be put on my transcript and may make UA think twice about admitting me but it's not as serious crime as trying to kill someone, like you did. People can change their ways. I'll still be a hero. Watch me." Bakugou gave no mind to the other extras in the room who were gaping at them. He simply walked out of the classroom and brought the recording to the first officer he could find.

People around the school could feel his anger radiating from him, so he was promptly dismissed from school. This was fine with Bakugou. Old Hag and Old Man were currently at work so no one bothered him while he set up his room. Bakugou began to write and file everything he knew about what happened yesterday and a few incidents from before that he thought might be related. He knew the police were hard at work, but they didn't know Deku as well as he did.

If anyone was going to find the Damn Nerd . . . it was going to be him.

Hey guys! I already had most of Chapter 2 written, but it turned out to be longer than I thought. Parts that I were planning to be in here, I decided I would write in the next chapter.

I don't know how long it will take me to write the next chapter seeing as I already had chapter 1 and 2 written, but I will try to be quick.

Thank you for reading.
