Hey everyone, been a while, huh? Don't worry, I'm still alive, and I still want to do Payday stuff, but, unfortunately, I lost the motivation to write this fic after Overkill went into reconstruction, sadly. Overkill's been out of reconstruction, and with the recent revival of Payday 2, as well as a sudden surge of support for this fic, I want to do payday again. Unfortunately, this means this fic is no longer going to be updated. Don't worry, soon enough (probably in a day or two) I'll have a new fic up. This new fic will more closely follow the story of Payday 2, and will revolve more around the conspiracy surrounding Murkywater, the Kataru, as well as briefly touching on the Silk Road and City of Gold campaigns. There won't be as much AU elements as this fic, and OC's won't be big. OC's may be mentioned in passing comments, like Bain mentioning Takumi in passing, but OC's won't be in the new one (unless OG readers request I do, in which case I'll remaster the OCs, except Arsene, I was a dumb new writer when I added him in). I'm so glad to see people really enjoy this, which makes me happy, so, I'm leaving this up.
