Author's Note: Hey Everybody, I'm sorry for the super late delay for this chapter, but life got in the way as they say, I'm currently moving a house and also have exams before the end of term, so I really don't have a lot of time on my timetable, I expect to get back to my regular posting schedule (which I will post in the end of this chapter), so don't worry, I didn't get up on this story nor planning to, even though I did get more into Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire lately, so I'm also planning a few other stories in that universe as well, so I might post less of this story then I originally planned when starting, but still, it'll keep going, so don't worry, now let's get started.

Disclaimer: I Do Not Own Harry Potter, J.K. Rowling does, I don't gain any profit from this FanFiction, I simply do it as a Hobby.

Chapter Ten: Advanced Classes and Preparations

Hadrian appeared outside of Durmstrang's gate like any other student, Holidays just ended and it was time to come back to the Castle.

Most Students just wanted to keep going with their studies and had nothing coming up until May, when many students would compete in the Inner-School Tournament to become Durmstrang's Champion for the A.S.W.T.

But Hadrian, had Advanced Classes, he now had 5 classes during the week and 6 classes on Saturday, and only one of the 5 classes would be with his yearmates.

He also would have to train hard to not disappoint the Highmaster who for some reason really wanted Hadrian to win the Inner-School Tournament and represent Durmstrang.

Hadrian also needed to fix the wards around Durmstrang the upcoming term, meet the tutor Karkaroff wanted him to meet, and have more Sex Rituals to gain more access to his power, currently he sat on 17% power access and one ritual away from becoming a Mage, he needed that one Ritual before starting the tournament.

The gate opened for everyone to walk through and Hadrian walked quickly to get back to his room, he felt Vasuki under his robes trying to not fall off.

He reached the Hydra Common Room and his room a couple of minutes later and immediately let Vasuki out of his robes, took his wand out and cast Incendio into the Fireplace in the room, the fire quickly caught on and started to warm up the place.

Hadrian left the room to find his friends and a second after walking into the common room he saw them walking into the common room with their baggage, he smiled and walked towards them.

"Hey guys, need some help?".

The girls nodded when Alester shook his head, Hadrian smiled in amusement and took the girl's baggage and took them to their's separate doorways, Arcelia came first and opened the door for him and he got her baggage inside, then did the same to Kieryn.

They all sat in their private (first years) common room and Hadrian started the conversation.

"So how was your break?".

Alester sighed, "Awful, Kieryn and I told you how bad are parents are right?".

Hadrian shook his head, "Ehh… no, you never talked about your parents".

Alester was taken aback a little, "Wait seriously?".

Hadrian nodded, "Why, what's with them?".

Alester sighed and looked at Kieryn who talked instead of him, "Our parents are the worst, they never wanted us, so since we were about four we started being treated worse then house elves".

Hadrian was taken aback, he never got the feeling the twins were abused as children, they were always so happy and energetic, was it all a mask?

Alester continued from there, "Apparently our parents were in love while studying in Koldovstoretz, which is the Magical School in Russia if you didn't know".

Hadrian nodded, "Yeah I know of it, I received a letter of acceptance from there too but I declined because of its bad reputation of producing poor students".

Alester nodded, "Same happened with us, so our parents went there and fell in love, but they never wanted kids, so when they had us, it was a mistake, and around that time our father got fired at his job, and our mother wasn't working, so they took all their frustrations on us.

"They threw us in a broom cupboard that was used to be the room of the family's house elf before it died and we didn't have enough money to get a new one."

Kieryn continued from there, "We weren't being fed properly and were given chores usually given to house elves, so after returning for the holidays, it all came back, we nearly managed to completely forget about what happened before and then it happened again".

Alester continued, "The moment we got home, we saw everything trashed, there was nearly not a piece of the house clean, it was all garbage, we saw our mom sitting in the living room reading the paper and then throwing it on the floor and upstairs our father was laying on the bed sick.

"The moment we announced our presence our mom got up and told us to clean everything up, when we told her no she cursed us, so we did it for a week straight, and we didn't get to open our presents because they took them themselves to sell them, anyway, it was fucking awful".

Both Hadrian and Arcelia both looked absolutely shocked, they both had absolutely no idea of how awful the situation was at the Lenkov's.

"Guys… I'm so sorry, do you want me to tell one of the professors about it? And they'll take care of it?", Arcelia asked.

They both shook their heads, "No… this is our mess, we don't want to get anyone else in it".

Arcelia nodded but Hadrian was still too shocked to respond.

"You're not going back there", Hadrian said.

The twins both looked confused and Alester spoke up, "What do you mean?".

Hadrian looked right into his eyes, "I mean you two are not going back to your parents at the end of term, you are coming with me to Black Castle".

"What?! We can't do that, they'll come after us and take us back", Kieryn said.

Hadrian shook his head, "No they won't for several reasons, one, you said they didn't even notice you until you announced yourself, so it's like they'll be expecting you, two, Black Castle is under Fidelius, so even if they'll notice you're not coming back, they won't be able to find you, and three, even if they'll manage to get pass the Fidelius, I won't let them take you back, you're my friends and if I have to kill your parents to keep you safe, I'll fucking do it".

They were both shocked, no one has ever cared about them so much.

"Are you sure it's not too much trouble?", Alester asked.

Hadrian nodded, "It's not, my parents would be happy to have more people in the castle".

They both nodded and smiled before hugging him, Hadrian returned the hug and they broke it off and smiled when Arcelia hugged them too.

Author's Note: I'm truly sorry it wasn't as long as previous chapters, but like I said in the previous Author's Note, I have way too much on my plate to write too much currently, be sure that following chapters will be much longer, the uploading schedule I talked about is that I'll probably only upload chapters for this story on Tuesdays and Thursdays from now on, and after my schedule will clear a bit I will also write a couple of other stories, the next chapter would probably not upload next Tuesday because that'll be a day before I'm planning to complete my transition into the new house I'm moving into so the following week or next Thursday, but it's coming so don't worry, please remember to follow and favorite, it helps get the story out there, appreciate all the support and reviews.
