Not long after Joey's victory over bandit Keith. Tea and Xeno were called for their match. Tea looked at the millennium star, her eyes filled with determination as she waited in front of the doors to the arena.
'This is it, I need to win this duel in order to advance to the semi finals.' Tea thought to herself, she thought about both Kikyo and Solomon, just then the doors opened. "It's time!" Tea said as the millennium star began to glow.
"An-Zu-Oh!" Tea exclaimed before she transformed into Hikari Tea.
"The next match will begin." Croquet announced as the both duelists entered the arena and walked over to their respective consoles. "Tea Gardner vs Xeno Jameser, now both duelists present their entry cards.
"Glory of the king's opposite hand." Hikari Tea said, holding up her card.
"Glory of kings opposite hand." Xeno said, holding up his entry card.
"Very well." Croquet nodded.
"You got this Tea." Tristan cheered.
"Yeah, kick his butt." Joey called out.
"You can do it Tea." Sonia cheered.
"Mom and Grandpa are counting on you too. Tea, remember to stay focused and believe in your card." Yugi said.
Hikari Tea gave them a thumbs up. 'Alright, Kikyo, Solomon I won't lose.'
{Xeno be careful of your powers.} Mythic told Xeno.
{I know, I'll be careful.} Xeno assured, knowing he'll need to keep his darkness in check during the duel or else he would hurt someone.
"Let the match begin!" Croquet declared.
"Time to Duel!" Hikari Tea and Xeno called out.

"Well, he's mostly known for using dark attribute monsters along with other types as well, and he also uses suicidal tactics in his duels to both throw his opponents off guard and damage them as well." Yugi explained.
"So he's not afraid to take unnecessary risks?" Sonia asked.
Yugi nodded, he knew Tea would need to keep her guard up cause this might be her toughest duel by far.
Turn 2
Xeno looked at Tea's face-down card and frowned not knowing what it was. "That's it? Let me show you how it's done," he said before drawing his card and smirked. "I summon Dark Crusader in attack mode!" Suddenly a dark warrior with a flowing cape and large sword appeared on the field.

The dark warrior charged at the opposing side to attack but Tea's defense monster revealed it self to be Stone Dragon, the Dragon sweep it's tail sending Dark Crusader flying back onto Xeno's side of the field
"I see you met my Stone Dragon." Hikari Tea stated as Stone Dragon growled.

"This seems a little too easy," Yugi said. He had seen Xeno duel many times on tv but something didn't seem right.
"Your right, maybe that's why she has Stone Dragon in DEF mode." Bakura stated
"What do you mean?" Tristan asked.
"Xeno is mostly known for dishing out strong monsters and using skills that redirect damage back at his opponents, right now I think Tea is being cautious," Yugi said.
"Gemini Elf attack Dark Crusader!" Hikari Tea ordered as the Gemini Elfs rushed forward at the Dark Warrior.
"Hold it, I activate my face-down card, Black Pendant as you know, with this his attack is raised by 500 points." Xeno said.

'I've saved myself for now, but I need to take out that walking statue,' Xeno frowned. 'But I need to do damage as well.'
"No doubt Xeno is planning to take out my Stone Dragon, but I'm counting on him to do it, once he does, my trap will spring itself." Hikari Tea thought.
"First, I activate Mystical Space Typhoon, this allows me to destroy any trap or spell card on my opponent's side of the field." Xeno announced as a whirlwind appeared and destroyed Hikari Tea's facedown card revealing it to be a spell called Monster Recovery.
"Monster Recovery?" Xeno stated, he was starting to see what Tea might be up to. "Next I activate Dark Crusaders Special Ability, by sending a dark monster from my hand to the graveyard he gains an additional 400 ATK points, more than enough to take out your Dragon,"

"Down he goes," Xeno said with a straight face.
"At this point I activate Devil Imp Ability, by sending this card to the graveyard an opponent's monster who battles my monster is destroyed." Hikari Tea said.
As soon as Devil Imp was sent to the graveyard, Dark Crusader was destroyed as well.

`As long as she plays defense I'll never get at her life points, I need to force that monster into attack mode," Xeno thought.
"I activate Monster Reborn, thanks to this I'm able to revive a monster from either player's graveyard, and I choose your Stone Dragon," Xeno said as Stone Dragon appeared on his side of the field.

"Now I play Polymerization, by fusing my Tri-horned Dragon with Stone Dragon, I can create the almighty Tri-Horn Stone Dragon" Xeno said, as both Tri-Horn Dragon and Stone Dragon were sucked into a spiraling vortex then appeared a Dragon that resembled Tri-Horn Dragon only it's skin was made of grey rock, as well as it's claws while it's tail was shaped like a club with two long spikes on the end, the spines were removed and it's eyes were blood red.

"Oh no," Yugi stated.
"Attack Gravel Breath!" Xeno ordered, as Tri-Horn Stone Dragon was about to attack.
"Not so fast." Hikari Tea announced as she activated her face-down card. "I activate my trap Shadow Spell.
Suddenly Chains appeared and restrained Tri-Horn Stone Dragon, preventing the beast from attacking.
"Thanks to Shadow Spell, your monster is not only weakened by 700 points but is now unable to either attack or change its battle Mode." Hikari Tea Explained.

"No bad, not bad at all," Xeno just smirked. "But this is far from over, thanks to my face-down card Dark Removal," Xeno said,
"What's that card?" Hikari Tea questioned.
"This card allows me to destroy any trap or spell card in play, however the price to activate it is that I can't attack for 1 turn," Xeno explained as the shadow spell's chains restraining Tri-Horn Stone Dragon began to rust away before he broke free.

"I activate the spell Gift of the Martyr, by sending one monster I control to the graveyard I'm able to increase the ATK of another monster I control by the ATK of the monster that I sent to the graveyard." Hikari Tea, explained as Giant Soldier of Stone, glowed before vanishing into particles as its energy surged through Cyber-Tech Alligator, powering him up.

Cyber Tech Alligator flew at Tri-Horn Stone Dragon and slashed it in half destroying the dragon, Xeno only smiled and shrugged.

"Xeno is only down to 400 life points, there's no way he can make a comeback," Joey said.
"That, Tea just destroyed one of his best monsters, I doubt he has any in his deck that could close the gap," Sonia added.
"I don't know," Bakura said, looking at Xeno. "he doesn't look that in intimidated,"
"You know, I think it's time I wrap this duel up," Xeno smirked.
"I think so as well." Hikari Tea stated.
"To start this off, I activate Graceful Charity, now I can draw three cards as long as I discard two," Xeno said as he drew three cards before discarding two cards from his hand. 'Now it's time to use the monster I took from Roku,'
"Tea, this is where I call Jackpot! I activate the Ritual Spell Curse of the Masked Beast," Xeno said, placing the card on the console.
"A ritual card?" Hikari Tea said.
"Hmm," Pegasus smirked, 'That's the card he took from from Roku, let's see how he uses it,"
"Now, I offer my Dark Blade and Strike Ninja, the brawn of a knight and the stealth of a ninja brings forth a terrible power, I ritual summon The Masked Beast!" Xeno exclaimed.
The two monsters were sucked into a pot, before it shattered, revealing a demonic beast wielding a staff that had the lower body of a carnivorous theropod and the humanoid upper body with a mask as a face as well as a mask on its torso with spikes coming out its back and on its theropod body were a bunch of masks which disgusted Hikari Tea.

"Masked Beast! Give Cyber Tech Alligator a face lift." Xeno ordered.
The Masked Beast swung it's staff at Cyber Tech Alligator sending it flying into the air and onto the ground before dispersing into particles.

"She'll beat him, just watch," Joey said.
"I hope you're right," Sonia said.

"It's my turn." Hikari Tea said as she drew. "I activate the spell Monster Reborn and use it to revive Tri-Horn Stone Dragon." Hikari Tea announced as the mighty dragon reappeared on Hikari Tea's side of the field before roaring.

"Alright Tea, you won!" Joey cheered.
"I knew she could do it." Sonia smiled while jumping up and down.
"Yugi, Xeno could have done better in the match," Bakura pointed out.
"Yes, he didn't use any of his skills, something is wrong here." Yugi said.
Xeno smirked as he picked up his deck and started to walk away.
"Xeno, I know you didn't duel at your best during that duel, why did you go easy on me?" Hikari Tea asked, feeling slightly offended.
Xeno huffed. "Cause most of my cards wouldn't work here, they work on shaving off my opponent's life points and my own and most of my monsters do the same thing, next time we meet I'll make up for it I promise."
"I'll hold you to that promise Xeno." Hikari Tea said.
Xeno smirked and with a wave he left.
"Now the next match will begin. Red-Eyes Queen v.s Mako Tsunami." Croquet announced.
"Finally." Red-Eyes Queen said.
"May the best Duelist win." Mako said as he left for his console.
Red-Eyes Queen looked at the red console, she couldn't stop thinking about Xeno's horrible performance. He's the best dark user and it would take more than him being short of cards to make him lose so easily. However she couldn't dwell on it any longer she had a match to win and once she defeats Mako then her real challenge would take place in Tea.
(outside the castle)
Xeno had exited the castle with his eyes closed. 'I didn't find him here, but at least the Pharaoh and Queen are going to be fine…. I hope so. Right now I need to return.' he then pulled out a card which was a trap known as Dark Barrier which protects him from damage and the opponent would be dealt damage equal to half their monsters attack points and he could have used it to win the match but chose not to use it, beating Pegasus wasn't his job.
{Shall we head back?} Mythic asked.
{Yes, we need to inform Ishizu about what's happened and I need to investigate that energy from before.} Xeno said back.
However before he could leave, a Kunai landed at his feet. Xeno turned his head and glared at who threw it, Roku had returned and looked pissed.
"Well… well pajama man returns, here to get your ass kicked again?" Xeno mocked.
"I came for my deck boy." Roku replied angrily.
{Mythic I don't need help, tell the others that too.} Xeno said.
Roku wasted no time before as he charged at Xeno who stayed completely calm, Roku threw a punch which connected with Xeno's face before the ninja delivered a left hook into the dark seekers gut and then he flipped Xeno over his shoulders as he landed on the ground.
"What a fool, it seems like you aren't worth my time." Roku smirked, however Xeno began to laugh in a mocking turn.
"Ahahaha." Xeno chuckled as he slowly got to his feet before he turned to face Roku, his lip bleeding slightly. "Is that really all you have?" Xeno said, wiping the blood off his lip.
"What?!" Roku glared at him.
Xeno smirked, and in an instant he appeared in front of Roku, shocking the ninja. He then elbowed Roku in the chest taking the air out of him, before kneeing him in the gut three times making him cough up blood.
"What's wrong? Is that all you got?" Xeno taunted as he punched Roku in the face, sending him flying down the stairs.
Roku had stopped rolling and gritted his teeth in anger wondering how he could be losing to a punk.
"Well, this has been fun." Xeno said, his hands in his pocket. "But I have somewhere to be, so if you walk away right now I'll let you live."
"I won't run away from you! I'll kill you here and now!" Roku roared as he leaped at Xeno who quickly pulled out his black gun.
"Jackpot.." Xeno smirked before he pulled the trigger, the sound of the shot caused some birds to fly away from the sound.
Ending Scene - Play: Yu-Yu Hakusho the homework never ends
Yami Yugi, Hikari Téa, Kaiba, and Red-Eyes Queen stood in the dark frowning, hands in their pockets as different color spotlights shone over them before a yellow light shone over all of them. Yami Yugi smiled sadly as he stood in a yellow light. Before it faded out and switched to a figure in the back and revealed Kaiba who frowned, staring at the spot where his rival once stood. While Yami Yugi began to walk leaving two afterimages. In a red light, Hikari Téa was leaning against a rail in a staircase looking up, before the light faded out as a blue light revealed Red-Eyes Queen looking down and to the side from the top staircase. Yami Yugi drew a card and summoned his faithful companion, a dark magician while Hikari Téa summoned dark magician girl, Kaiba summoned his Blue-Wyes white dragon and Red-Eyes Queen summoned her red-eyes black dragon. Dark magician girl flew through the air and vanished as images of Yugi and Téa's friends and family appeared. As the sky turned dark both Yami Yugi and Hikari Téa who had scratches and bruises on them and their jackets missing as they slowly walked away from the tower on Kaiba corp island as the Silhouettes of the villains loomed over them. A spotlight shined on Kikyo as she smiled on them below as she faded, and reappearing to the side was a woman who looked exactly like Kikyo only dressed like an Egyptian queen who frowned sadly. At night Hikari Téa was at the beach sitting on the ground, while Yami Yugi stood up on the beach smiling as they stared at the ocean.
A/N: sorry I took to long, a combination of trying to make the duel good since original duels are hard to do in duelist kingdom, and with laziness, also that wasn't Xeno's best and you'll see his best in another duel like he said Pegasus isn't his problem at the moment. Hopefully their next chapters won't too long to make and hopefully the next chapter will be better.
