INTRODUCTION: Hello there! Been around Fanfiction forever it seems, although I have gone in and out of disappearing off the face of the earth a few times due to IRL stuff. I hope to get back into the groove of writing fanfiction on top of my original writing. My real name is Kayla, but I go by Rain or Rainy. I have many wonderful pets that I love so much! Rustle, my funny Rottweiler, my 2 crazy cats: Shocka and Mojo. I also have a Sun Conure named Remy and two pet opossums, Monster and AC! I also work as an animal rehabber on top of my day job and writing on the side. I am a published author, and write original works on top of fanfiction. November 16th, 2021: Uploaded a new chapter for Nightfall!! New chapters for Reap What You Sow, Ring-A-Ding-Ding and Blessed are the Peacekeepers are in the works. Like Father, Like Son is almost done going through its revisions/rewrites (you can read finished chapters on AO3!!!!)

Like Father, Like Son is also undergoing revisions/rewrites and will soon be continued. Expect these soon...ish! I will upload all the revised chapters at once. However, I am uploading finished chapters one at a time on AO3, if you are interested in reading them there! (My pen-name is the same on AO3) The Blood Stained Thread is undergoing a rewrite/revision to all chapters before new chapters are added!

A little about my stories in progress:

Nightfall: (Resident Evil) Pre-RE1 AU multi-chapter story! It is a WeskerxClaire, rated M for all themes and is mainly Suspense and Romance. Claire is off for winter break and comes to Raccoon City for the holidays to visit her brother, Chris. Everything is going well, she even meets his supervisor, the well-known Captain Albert Wesker. But soon things take a turn when Claire bites off more than she can chew and finds out that Wesker is not who everyone believes him to be. Now she is trapped in a game of cat and mouse with no one to turn to. She can't call the police, as Wesker is the head of the STARS unit. She can't go to Chris or Jill, because he promises their deaths if she tells the secret. No one could ever believe over a man who has positioned himself as one of Raccoon City's Finest. And she cannot put her brother or friends in danger. Claire has nowhere to turn to but her enemy with open arms. Rewrite/revision complete. New chapters incoming

Like Father, Like Son: (Resident Evil) Post RE6. With Chris rounding everyone to start hunting the Family down as well as Neo-Umbrella, Jake comes to the United States to see Sherry. The global attacks are subsiding slowly, but soon new threats start arising. The Family starts to hunt down the son of Albert Wesker, as well as unknown individuals. An attack from the Family gives Jake his father's virus. Now having to fight to save the world yet again, and in the process fight the virus to save his own humanity, Jake must face the new leader of the Family, risking everything. Little does he know, the leader of the Family is his own father, Albert Wesker, somehow alive and ready to resume his role as destroyer. JakexSherry, ChrisxJill, LeonxAda, maybe a teeny tiny bit of LeonxClaire...rated M, action/adventure, rated for all themes, especially Jake's mouth...lol...CURRENTLY UNDER REWRITE/REVISIONS BEFORE NEW CHAPTERS ARE ADDED!

Broken Haven: (Far Cry 5) As the world they knew burns to ash above their heads, Joseph Seed and the Deputy are at crossroads with each other. The Deputy tries to cope with the loss of her family and friends, the sins she has done, and must learn to live with her enemy. Joseph has a revelation of their purpose and what they must do before stepping out into the light in seven years. Because in this broken haven, they need each other to rebuild a new world and a new life. (Post Bunker-Ending, Joseph Seed/Female Deputy)

Reap What You Sow: (Far Cry 5) After transferring to Hope County, Junior Deputy Allie hopes arresting The Father helps her find her brother that's been missing for 3 years. But nothing goes as planned. Now she must help the Resistance against Eden's Gate as she searches. All the while, getting caught up in a game of cat and mouse with John Seed, who may have different plans for her than what his brother wants.

Ring-A-Ding-Ding: (Fallout: New Vegas) 22 year old Chloe is a hired courier for the Mojave Express. She has only been in the New Vegas area for a couple of weeks, coming from New Reno after her mercenary father’s passing. Her first day on the job doesn’t go so well. While taking a platinum chip to the New Vegas limits, she is captured by a group of Great Khans. She finds herself near a shallow grave, arms tied together and on her knees. Before her stands a man in a black and white checkered suit, aiming a 9mm to her face. After receiving a bullet to the head, Chloe awakes in a clinic in the small town of Goodsprings. The first thing on her mind is to hunt down the mysterious, suave gunman who shot her down, not only for an attempt of revenge, but to also get clued in. There’s something special about this platinum chip, and she wants to know what. Her pursuit for answers only guides her head over heels into clashing factions, love and betrayal, lies and secrecy.
