A tall young girl was walking down the street heading to academy to once again to meet a new team, she should have been graduated years ago but kept getting thrown back to the academy because she kept failing some stupid teamwork test, if they just left her alone, they would see that she was more than capable doing her duties solo. She was told by her mother to go to the academy (Ordered really), when there she would meet someone that would help the obstinate girl begin her duties, she wondered what that meant and hoped her mother and father finally arranged the solo apprenticeship she was asking for. The tall young girl didn't care if she had gate check in duty for the rest of her life, she didn't want to be on a team, ever.
Her silver hair was buzzed on both sides to a fuzz, the top was long with her bangs the stuck out in a spiky cock's comb that arched and hung nearly to her chin, the back was held up off her neck in a messy bun held by a senbon. The look had further added rebellion with her ears having multiple piercings, one earing on her right stood out with long gold chain reaching her chin and a Kunai charm and the left had large gold hoop, it was a striking look and fit her RBF well.
She had the same spruce green eyes as her mother that sparkled in the morning sun, held by the heart shaped face she also got from her mother, but unlike her mother she had a beauty mark on the left side of her pointed chin just under the corner of her mouth.
She wore a simple cropped white tank top that showed of her stomach and low neck that was daring and said "Meat" in big bold black letters. For a girl of so young she looked much older, and the risqué attire made her look more mature, like a stylish fashion model from a magazine. Still, it was a far cry from what other girls (Or even women) wore in her home village, everyone else preferred much more fabric on their bodies. She was wearing her favorite blue leopard print bra underneath so it wasn't like she was nude or anything (Okay, her bra was showing a little, big whoop), busy body housewives felt the need to stare but she ignored them.
Her parents were okay with her dressing herself, they believed she was mature enough to make her own choices.
She didn't mind wearing bras (She owned a lot of cute ones, in matching sets of course), it was just she was a Kunoichi and bras were not mission practical, many girls her age just used traditional binders like bandages and breast bands, but she found those didn't keep her own girls really in check and well fitted bra was much more comfortable. Whether it was her height from her father or a blessing from her mother, she was already a B going onto a C, she was also pretty sure all that binding is why a lot of older Kunoichi were so small (Some almost flat).
Yeah.
No thanks.
They were big (And only getting bigger), but she liked her tits and was proud of her body so she was not going to be shamed in to hiding it. Again her parents encouraged her to think for herself, so if their daughter wanted to show off a generous amount of skin that was her choice. And again Ayako's father would be supportive but still be his worried fatherly self. The girl could see right through her father and how the older man always said it was cold, even in the summer, and insist that she at least wear something over her bare shoulders and arms. So, she would oblige none the less and throw on her favorite zip up hoodie, left open, with its track suit style white stripes running up and down the sleeves that were pushed up to her elbows. It was a gift from her father, embroidered on the back was her family's clan symbol, a perfect checkerboard square tilted to stand on its point.
It was also blue, her favorite color.
The morning was fair and pleasantly breezy…making her skirt flutter as she walked, almost lifting slightly a few times, did she wear bicycle shorts or wraps underneath like other girl? Hell no! Wearing those all day got hot, she felt more comfortable feeling the air on her ass, and she was not going to let anyone tell her she didn't have the right (Thank you very fucking much!). It was just a simple square pleated skirt in dark gray that was quite short, starting at the hips and landing right at the beginning of the thigh, giving clearance for the holster on her right leg. Instead of sandals she preferred sneakers, she wore a pair of stylish but durable high-tops, they were way better than that cheap crap that was pushed on them in the academy.
This tall young kunoichi had just graduated last Friday…for the third time in a row, so she wore her brand-new standard issue Leaf hitai-ate tied around her left thigh drawing the eye to her dark skin that was uncommon in her so-called home village.
If it wasn't bad enough that she was 13 and stood 5 foot 3 inches, with a full perky rack, complete with hourglass figure, and a good-sized round ass that made you stand out like a freak.
Her skin color certainly did.
It wasn't so much as people looked down on her because of her skin color, not that they were very tolerant with someone different, but what it represented in their small minds. In Konoha, and Hi no Kuni as a whole honestly, the people had predominantly pale skin. The darkest she has ever seen was the occasional farmers tan, but even then, that wasn't a product of birth like her. But racism wasn't really a thing among ninja, so why was this such a problem? Simple, just run of the mill old grudges. You see her mother wasn't from Konoha. She wasn't even from The Land of Fire; her mother was from The Land of Lightning...more specifically The Village Hidden in the Clouds.
And there was the problem.
Kumo, and most of Kaminari no Kuni, had people with skin a rich dark color like her and her mother.
They also had bad blood with The Leaf.
Kumo had gone to war at the village of her birth at least twice, if she remembered correctly according to her mother, made a few attempts at trying to steel or kidnap secret jutsus and people with bloodlines, respectively. She thinks she remembers her father telling her they even wiped out a very close ally. After years of living in the village, with the help of the Hokage, her mother had earned the respect and trust of her neighbors...but her daughter could see the looks her mother got when she turned her back, the woman was stunningly beautiful and had a very important position in the Hokage's office, she was also married to the of the most powerful (Desirable) man in the village. The young Genin learned a long time ago that jealousy was rampant in The Leaf.
The young girl knew it was more than just old grudges or envious bitches too…it had to do with how she came into this world, the village was very old fashioned, so it was not uncommon for the gossipers to whisper behind her back about the "Cloud Bastard Girl." It didn't help she had heard stories of her grandfather; how strong he was…and how far he fell. She knew how her parents met, how they fell in love against all odds, but that didn't matter to these judgmental villagers. To them she was just another disappointing chapter in a once proud clan's decline.
And the academy was the most annoying of all.
Years of boys drooling over her and jealous girls trying to tear her down, of adults turning their noses up at her because her mother wasn't born in the village or that the girl didn't dress and act "Like a proper lady and kunoichi" but she didn't care.
'Fuck 'em. Never cared what anyone said before and never will' she thought. She didn't need anyone but herself and of course her family. Not the damn citizens of the village she was just barely born in, not the pervert classmates who just looked at her like a piece of meat, not the snooty bitch classmates calling her a slut, skank, etc. just because she developed way too much way too soon. Not the assholes who had problem with her foreign mother having a teen pregnancy and a child conceived out of wedlock, marrying an elite Jonin, and attained a position serving next to the highest power in village.
She will show that she had worth and was strong, that she can be a great ninja like her father and better, it didn't matter where her mother was from or that she was an accident. A mistake. She will be the strongest Kunoichi in Konoha ever!
The tall girl remembered the day she told her mother she wanted to be a ninja, the woman wasn't very…happy at the news, the older woman gave her daughter a terrifying lecture that left the little girl in tears. Her mother slapped her.
"If you want to be a ninja? Ninja do not cry, ninja do not stop until they are dead, Kunoichi must give their very virtue, if you want to be a ninja you must never show weakness!"
Her father got home and he wasn't happy, her parents argued and would continue to argue on and off all through her first time in the academy, spending all day being mocked and taunted just to come home to her parents yelling.
Worst of all she never saw Him again, her first ever friend, she wondered if he was okay and doing well.
It not all bad, she had happy childhood memories. When she failed to make the team, it was her father's turn to lecture. That was the first time she heard his Nindo…
"In the ninja world those who break the rules are scum, this much is true, but it is also true that those who turn back on their friends are worse than scum."
Something about his words terrified her, made her cry hard, made her question if he thought she was a mistake. It set her mother off. Her parents argued again and it resulted in her mother kicking her father out.
Ayako Hatake, daughter of Konoha's famous Jonin Kakashi Hatake, was a proud girl and Ninja. Her father's words hit her hard…but for a different reasons than he intended. She was going to show these motherfuckers that they were dead wrong to look down on her and her family, and she will do it alone, if comrades were that much of a burden than she will just do without. She would prove it to herself, make her parents proud and bring honor back to her clan. She will Never lose.
'Watch me papa, mama, I will show this village I am stronger than anyone else. I'll make the Hatake a great clan again and I'll do it without anyone dragging me down.'
She kept walking until she came up to a flower shop that had always been on her way to the academy, she went there sometimes to get flowers for her mother on special occasions or supplies for her mother's garden. As Ayako got closer, she saw a familiar girl, the girl was the daughter of the owners. The blonde seemed to have a fetish for purple too.
This girl was the same age as her, 13, but shorter like literally all the other girls her age. However, she too was a bit taller than average and a little bit developed but not enough to look out of place 'Unlike me' the dark-skinned girl mentally grumbled, she hated being a Tall Girl as some boys called her. She was a human being, not a character from her H-Manga collection!
The blond girl started to look around as if someone called her, Ayako watched for a few seconds noticing the reaction 'Sensor type huh?' she mused. She had some sensing ability on her mother's side, but not enough to be categorized as a sensor type, the rest she made up for with tricks her father taught her, enhancing her nose and ears with chakra to boost her senses. The blond girl finally noticed the taller silver-haired girl a little bit down the road and smiled "Hey! Good morning, Ayako-san!"
Ayako politely waved and greeted one of her few…friends? Not that she wanted any (Although a she had few people she was well acquainted with), but Ino wasn't that bad, the girl had style which Ayako appreciated. She didn't show much enthusiasm to the other girl, she was polite and formal but Ayako's mother still always lamented that her daughter picked up her husband's lack of manners, Ayako had a very eccentric uncle who was always complaining about her father's Hip Cool Attitude! She knows her papa just did it to mess with people...she did it because she basically hates everyone. Her uncle was nice enough but Ayako's mother kept a short leash on the man whenever he visited, especially after the time when he tried to teach the girl his philosophies, she didn't remember what it was but it rubbed her mother the wrong way for some reason.
Ayako tried her best to drag her feet and as she tried desperately to make up an excuse so the meeting can be brief as possible without being rude. The pre-teen girls didn't really hang out because Ino Yamanaka was more concerned with her looks and shopping while Ayako took her training seriously and never had time to hang out. It wasn't like she didn't want to look good, she wore some eye make-up and lip gloss, but she just used simpler shorter methods in her beauty routine. Lots of water, plenty of rest, good hygiene, ate well, etc. etc. Small simple tasks that added up to stunning results.
Her mother always told her "You can tell a real kunoichi from a poser with how much they spend on beauty, with all the training and eating right a true kunoichi doesn't even have to try" So she took her mother's advice to heart and just let her training do its job, sure enough she was constantly declared the hottest girl in her homeroom and not just because of her more ample build.
Ayako gave a small, bored wave and then used the same hand to cover a yawn, the statuesque girl may be used to getting up a little after dawn to train but that didn't mean she was a morning person. The weekend though had been particularly exciting, Papa Hatake had finally come home, well more like her mother dragged him home. But the last few days had been spent catching up, last night he trained with her even and staying up late, she just didn't want it to end. There was no arguing, a little bickering on how he stilled read those poorly written novels, but it was a lot quieter.
The Hatake girl finally got close enough to start the conversation "You're peppy this morning Ino-san" she said with a small smile. Aya's mother did instill manners into her but she never did like honorifics, status should mean nothing to a ninja. A Genin could kill a Jonin if given the right advantage and was smart enough to use it. Ayako immediately frowned after "And how many times have I told to call me Aya?" she finished.
She always hated what her full name meant, Baka-Papa, he was trying to get another meaning but it just turned into a pun. A bad one.
Ino shrugged in an oh well fashion and then stuck her head into the still open glass shop door and started yelling "Mom!" Ayako resisted the urge to cover her ears "I'm going to the academy with Ayako!" the shorter Yamanaka girl sure had a set of lungs on her 'I'd bet my left tit she's a screamer, some lucky guy is gonna go deaf on his wedding night with this one' she thought and tried not to chuckle at the mental image of a naked Ino panicking over an equally naked man with blood coming out his ears. She really tried to not be a pervert, but her mind did what it wanted.
She was her father's daughter after all.
When Ino leaned back out an older woman walked out, Ino looked just like her except the older mother was of course mature and womanly. She had an asymmetrical short bob cut reaching her chin with a set of bangs hanging over her right eye, she had on make-up, but it was a simple cat's eyes and red lips. She wore a short sleeve white button up blouse and dark pencil skirt as well as a green bib work apron.
"Ah! Aya dear, good morning" the older female greeted and bowed, Aya bowed in return "Good morning Mrs. Yamanaka, how are you today" she really wasn't a chit chat kind of person, but this lady was one of the few adults that wasn't rude or condescending to her.
"Oh, that's so polite of you to ask dear, I'm quite well thank you. How are you? And your mother? I hope that spray helped her roses" the older Yamanaka asked "I'm fine, nothing to complain about" Ayako shrugged, Papa didn't raise a complainer. "And the roses are much, better thank you again" Mrs. Yamanaka waved it off "And Mom's good, I think something happened the other night and she had to go to the office, she was gone most of the night."
Ayako's mother worked as the assistant to the Hokage and as such she worked long hours and would have to come in sometimes in the middle of the night, but that was only if something really bad happened.
"Oh yeah!" Ino exclaimed "Daddy was gone most of the afternoon Saturday too! It had to be a council meeting" she looked to her mother "Did something big happen you think?" she asked, Ino proclaimed herself as The Gossip Queen of Konoha but according to Ayako's mother she was more of a princess compared to the older woman standing next to her.
Mrs. Yamanaka simply nodded to her daughter not giving anything away. Ayako and Mrs. Yamanaka watched as Ino turned into a giddy bubbling cauldron of intrigue and conspiracy, rambling out everything from the village going to war to a secret ninja book club. Both Ayako and the hysterical girl's mother felt awkward at the platinum blonde's imagination, enough for a little bead of sweat nervously dripped down their backs.
Ino stopped and looked behind her, up the road was a tall man with sandy blond hair tied high in a ponytail like Ino's yet shaggier. He wore a fairly standard Jonin attire but with a red haori style long vest. Ayako recognized him as Mr. Yamanaka, she never got his first name, and he looked like shit.
"Daddy!" Ino happily squealed and Ayako noticed the slight cringe from the man to his daughter's screech. Yeah, the man had been out for most of the night judging from his disheveled appearance and bloodshot eyes. Ino ran into the man colliding with his stomach with an oomph, the scene of the father and daughter having a small moment of bonding made Ayako give a small smile, she was glad to have her Papa back home after so long. She still had no idea why he had to go away in the first place, sure her parents argued for a while, but as hard as those memories were she was mature enough to understand that relationships were not perfect. It needed work and to endure some moments of anger and frustration. Part if why she avoided them.
'Why did he have to move out?' She thought sadly but shook it off, refusing to let the thought linger.
The tall girl felt a hand on her shoulder, she looked up and saw Mrs. Yamanaka smiling. She did her best to give a smile back, she appreciated the gesture, but she was pretty guarded with her feelings didn't like being touched much. "I know it's not my place, but I heard your father and mother worked things out finally, I'm glad to hear it." She gave a wistful sigh "I remembering her telling me how they met, two enemies falling in love, I love my husband but with us being arranged it makes me kind of jealous if I'm honest." Ayako nodded; she was privy to Why they met but even knowing that it was still a nice story…to some she supposed. Knowing how she was conceived was not knowledge she lingered on. Ayako was also glad she was too tired last night to sleep too lightly, her parents spending all that time apart, finally sharing a bed again…
Needless to say, Mrs. Hatake was very energized and happy (Downright giddy) this morning, while her father was slept in which was a rare occurrence for him.
"Yes, I really missed him, and thank you. We are trying, but Papa needed the time away I guess and I understand, he's home now and that all that matters."
"That is very mature of you dear" Mrs. Yamanaka said and gave a little squeeze and letting go.
The woman looked at her daughter "Ino dear, aren't you forgetting something?" she asked, Ino stopped her barrage of jabbering questions and looked at her mother pouting a little placing a finger to her lips. Her father spoke interrupting her thinking "Isn't today your team placements princess?" the man asked. Ino jumped away from her father like he was made of fire "Oh no! I need to get to the academy before that billboard brow tries to steal Sasuke-Kun away from me!" and she ran off.
All three people left behind were put off at the blonde's priorities and 180 "Well, so much for walking together" Ayako commented to the two adults, Ino's mother just giggled "Don't worry you can catch up to her" she then did a motherly frown of disapproval "Because of all that primping for that Uchiha, her stamina is abysmal" Ino's father gave his own snort of disdain "Don't worry honey, the council had made plans that will fix that, but later" he looked at the unusually tall coco skinned girl "It was nice seeing you again Ayako"
The girl bowed to the man "You as well Mr. and Mrs. Yamanaka" she straightened up and started walking by them, she gave a lazy wave without looking back "Ja Ne" she said.
Both adults chuckled at her actions "She really has a lot of her father in her" the man commented, the woman smiled and replied; "Hopefully not too much, I'd hate to see her turn into a pervert with a body like that." Her husband nodded agreeing.
Oh how little they knew.
