Chapter 1:

An Unfortunate Beginning

Part 1

Izuku Midoriya has always had life hard for him. Being diagnosed Quirkless was one thing that gave him a horrible life. Bullied at a young age from his schoolmates. Shunned from society as the unfortunate 20% of the population without a Quirk. But what would be worse than having no quirk at all, becoming something that only could be described as a Devil.

~Aldera Junior High~

"Alright kids settle down," a teacher standing in front of a podium said to a classroom of 20 students. Izuku Midoriya sat in this class, his green mop of hair covering his face as he listened to some music in his earbuds, staring outside the window as he looked outside at the scenery he enjoyed. Instead of the usual School Uniform all the students wore, Izuku wore a Black MCR T-Shirt underneath a Green Flannel, his Jeans were black as well with Checkered pattern Patches on his right leg. He had Black Piercings, one on his lip, the other on his left ear. He had Studded bracelets and a Guitar case strung to his back.

"Now I was planning on handing out career aptitude tests but," he continued grabbing a stack of papers before throwing them into the air. "I know you all want to go to the hero track!" He exclaimed as all the students showed off their quirks except for three people, two of them being Izuku and the other one being Katsuki Bakugou, once a childhood friend, now turned brother. "Yes yes you all have some impressive Quirks, but no Quirk usage on school grounds."

"Hey Teach," Said Bakugou with a smug look on his face, feet kicked up on top of his desk. "Don't lump me in with these bunch of losers, they'd be lucky to end up as sidekicks to some busted D-lister." He said as he laughed at his shiteating grin plastered on his face.

The class erupted in anger shouting insults at Bakugou with Izuku turning his head at all the commotion. "Like usual, Kacchan is starting fights again…" Izuku thought as he sighed and continued to look out the window. While mumbling the Lyrics to Green Day's Holiday.

"You did get some high test scores Bakugou, you might just make it into UA." The teacher stated, looking over Bakugou's Aptitude test. The class was in utter shock at this statement as they didn't think Bakugou would aim that high.

"That's exactly why it's the only place worthy of me." Katsuki said before jumping onto his desk. "I aced all the Mock Tests. I'm the only one worthy enough who stands a chance at getting in. I'll end up more popular than All Might himself, and be the richest hero of all time!" He shouted proudly putting his fist in the air. "Everyone will know who I am, and it all starts with UA High!"

"Oh Midoriya, you also wanted to try for UA as well? It is second to your first choice school." Everyone looked to Midoriya who had just looked towards the teacher with an uninterested look. "It does say you wanted to try for the Hero Track but you're still planning on General Ed and playing your music huh?"

"I mean he's got amazing talent with his voice and music, I mean UA isn't only for Hero Students, It can help with his career being a top rated school as well." A Random student spoke up. He had Dark Brown short hair cut at the sides and Blue eyes, his glasses he wore also covered his eyes. The other students looked towards the student who had made a good point and started to whisper.

"I mean it's true, but even still, I plan on at least trying for the Hero Track. I might not have a Quirk, but they got rid of that rule to try and let the Quirkless become heroes if they do train hard enough." Izuku started as he messed with a necklace he grabbed from his shirt. The necklace had a green gem in the middle of a Heart with small writing on it saying 'I hope you achieve your dreams Izuku, Love Mom.'

"Hey Nerd," The voice of Katsuki spoke up as he stood in front of his desk. Izuku stared at the eyes of his former bully. "Try not to kill yourself out there okay? If you die out there, I'll bring you back just to kill you again!" He said as he smiled with his same smirk, but with a hint of sorrowfulness.

"I'll try not to Kacchan, besides, I still got my music career ahead of me." Izuku said as he lightly smiled at Bakugou.

"Alright class, let's get back to the lesson now." The teacher announced, making everyone go back to their seats.

Izuku stared at his phone looking at the events that had occurred on his way home. "Man that fight from this morning is all over the news." He said as he got nudged by the same Dark Haired boy that announced his presence in class.

"Yo Izuku, are you planning on heading to practice later?"

Izuku stared at his friend before giving him a shake of his head. "Not today Miyahara, me and Kacchan have plans to do today, I got to spend time with my Adopted Brother you know?" The Dark haired boy, now known as Yuudai Miyahara, nodded as he left the room only to bump into Katsuki. "Oh hey Bakugou, Izuku is coming soon, he's just putting his stuff away."

"Thanks Glasses, Hey Deku!" Bakugou had called from the doorway with his two goons. "I'm heading to the arcade, you coming?"

"In a sec Kacchan, just let me get my things packed. I also need to visit my Mom's place, I'll be there afterwards."

"Alright just don't go into any dark alleys, you did hear about those murders happening recently right?"

"Yeah I got it, thanks Kacchan."

Bakugou waved him off as his goons followed suit. Izuku started to pack his things as a picture fell out of his bag. He picked it up and opened the picture to see him and an Older woman who looked exactly like him. Izuku sighed as memories from his past flowed forward.

Flashback

"Mom hurry!" A young Izuku jumped happily up and down as his mother was washing dishes. "Mom, come on, it's computer time!"

"Already?" She turned to him as she turned off the sink.

"Ugh. Faster! Let's go!" Young Izuku was bouncing up and down in his chair as his mother pulled up the video.

"Jeez, I think you've added 10,000 views to this one yourself, Izuku." She stated as he watched the video intently with Glee. "I don't know why you like it, I think it's scary."

Izuku was watching a video, an old one with the debut of All Might himself.

"Who is he? The guy had already saved 100 people at least and it hasn't even been 10 minutes! This is… This is crazy. I can't believe it!" A Black Haired guy stated in the video on the computer screen.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" All Might laughed as he walked out from behind the bus, carrying more people

"Look, he's got more!" Another guy said, as All Might continued his walk, Young Izuku stared in awe at All Might's Appearance on the video.

"Fear not citizens, Hope has arrived!" All Might stated in the video, smiling proudly. "For I am here!"

Izuku smiled gleefully at his idol's appearance in the video. "He's the coolest in the universe!" Izuku put up the fist he was holding his All Might figurine in. "When I get my Quirk, I'm going to be a hero, just like him!"

~Mustafu Doctors Clinic~

"Sorry kid it's not gonna happen." A Mustache man with goggles had stated, Breaking the spirits of Izuku right there and then, dropping his All Might figurine

"Oh dear, So you really think there's something wrong then?" Izuku's mother questioned the doctor while holding her child's back. "Most of the other kindergarteners in his class have begun to show signs already."

"My records say you're a fourth-generation Quirk user. What powers do you and the boy's father have?" The doctor questioned his mother.

"Nothing too special." She began as she used her quirk to pick up his All Might figurine he dropped, "I can float small objects towards me and my husband breathes fire. They're useful enough. I suppose."

"Izuku should have already manifested one of these Quirks or a combination of both, but after reviewing his X-Rays, I don't think he's going to." He said while looking up to the board showing an X-Ray of Izuku's foot. "You see when superpowers first began appearing, there were many research studies conducted and doctors discovered a link between the bones in a person's foot and their likelihood of developing a Quirk. People with quirks have only one joint in their pinky toes. Their bodies have evolved into a more streamlined version of the human form."

As the doctor explained the predicament with Izuku's body and the pinky toe of Izuku's foot they decided to go back home.

"Hey Izuku, why don't we go to that favorite ice Cream shop of yours before we get home?" His mother asked Izuku with worry in her voice, he just nodded as they drove over to the Ice Cream Shop, when all of a Sudden a Villain came barreling down the street knocking over the car that both Izuku and his mother was in. Screams could be heard as Izuku looked to see his mother was unconscious and bleeding out.

"Mom? Mom?" Izuku's voice was fearful as he saw his mother slowly regaining consciousness.

"I-Izuku honey…" She said still in a Daze, she can feel her head becoming light with blood loss as she grabbed a small box from her bag. "T-take this..." She gave the box to Izuku, who grabbed it and looked at her mother. "D-don't open it…. T-till your 12 Birthday okay?"

Izuku stared at his mother with confusion before a hero took both his mother and himself out of the car into an ambulance. When they arrived at the hospital all Izuku could hear was the rushing of Doctors and Nurses trying to save his mother before a loud flat line was heard.

End of Flashback

Izuku shook his head as he held his necklace and started to walk out of the school.

~Mustafu City Streets~

Izuku was walking through the City of Mustafu and decided to take an older route when he saw a girl around his age who looked lost. The girl had purple hair, light pinkish eyes, along with red glasses. She wore a white dress with a purple top underneath it.

"Um excuse me miss? You lost?" Izuku

"Hm? Oh yeah sorry, it's my first time in this city and I have a house near here." The girl stated when she turned to Midoriya. "You see, I just moved not too long ago with my family and I decided to walk around the town. Take in the Sights you know, but I happen to be lost."

"Oh no need to worry, I can help with that. What's your name if I could ask?" Izuku asked the girl who was now looking at him.

"Kamishiro, Rize Kamishiro."

"Okay Kamishiro-san, my names Midoriya, Izuku Midoriya." Izuku held out his hand and shook Rize's hand. Then a message from his phone had startled him, when he pulled out his phone he saw his group chat messaging blowing up.

Phone

Earphone Jack - Hey Izuku you on? Tokoyami here has been saying weird things about you. We think you might be in trouble

Tsukuyomi - Darkness will befall you soon my brethren of the Black Parade. Wherever you are, whoever you're with, leave immediately and go home.

Yuudai - Come on guys I just saw him earlier, he'll be fine.

Hypno - If I know midoriya, like we all do, he's not one to be pushed over you know.

Earphone Jack - Yeah but I'm worried for him, he would've normally texted us by now.

Yuudai - I understand your predicament for our friends safety, but remember, it's Izuku Midoriya, his Adopted brother is Katsuki Bakugou. Both of them can handle themselves.

Hypno - Knowing The Explosion King he'll be wasting anyone who comes near him or his brother if they tried to hurt him.

Tsukuyomi - I sense a dark presence where he's at and it's not good. Something devilish and evil.

Izuku smiled at his friends worries as he looked up from his phone. "Give me a sec will ya?"

Emerald King - Hey guys sorry it took me a moment, I'm just helping someone out. They're new to the area and I thought it'd be nice to help them back to their place.

Earphone Jack - OH THANK GOD IZUKU! I honestly thought you'd been hurt!

Yuudai - See My Chemical Crowmance, he's fine.

Tsukuyomi - I don't think it's wise to continue to help this person Midoriya. Leave immediately.

Emerald King - I'll be fine, now I gotta go, see you guys at practice tomorrow.

Izuku shut off his phone as he looked to see Rize holding her stomach in pain muttering. "Kamishiro-san you okay you look pale?"

"Hungry… So hungry… "

Izuku quickly rushed to her side and quickly moved her to an alleyway. Not knowing what to do he decided to call 911. "Come on please pick up…."

"911 what's your emergency."

"Yes hello my name's Izuku Midoriya and I'm with a lady who goes by the name of Rize Kamishiro, she's in pain and is very hungry, I feel like she needs immediate Quirk attention." Izuku stated his position to the emergency hotline.

"Alright Midoriya sr, we have an EMT and a police vehicle on their way with a hero in case they get too bad. Please stay on the line."

"So… Hungry…" Rize looked up to Midoriya saying this and Izuku saw her eyes had changed into full black and Red pupils.

"Miss the situation got worse, I think her Quirk might activ-AAAAAAHHHHHH!" Izuku dropped the phone as Rize bit into his shoulder as 3 red tentacles shot out her back hitting the Construction site behind her.

"Sir! Midoriya, are you still there?" Screams were heard on the other end of the line as they heard a building fall from the phone line. "Shit! Get a hold of the EMT on route we have a Level 5 quirk accident!"

Around 15 minutes later the Pro Hero EraserHead, Death Arms, Kamui Woods, Hawks, and the Police were digging through the rubble to find Izuku and Rize in the rubble. When Death Arms picked up a piece of rubble he saw the hand of Izuku Midoriya twitch.

"GUYS I FOUND THEM!"

~Hospital Room~

A doctor rushes in and takes Izuku Midoriya on the verge of death and a Dead Rize to the operating room for surgery. He rushes past a doctor who follows suit to the Surgery room in the ER looking like he was paled out of his mind.

"Hey Doctor Kanou! You can't perform the surgery if the parents don't agree to the transplant!" The Doctor stated, grabbing Doctor Kanau by the shoulders and turning him around.

"I don't care!" Kanou stated "There's a life that needs saving in front of me and as a doctor, it's my job to save it! So if you don't mind, I would like you to get out!"

"You won't come out of this without consequences. You do know that, right?"

"I do, but I don't care. I'm saving this boy's life!"

"I agree with his statement." said a tired but nervous Aizawa. The doctors turn to see Aizawa standing in the doorway. "If we can't save this kid's life, what kind of hero would we be? Even the Doctors. If any major consequences follow, I will be there."

The other doctor sighs with a hand pinching the bridge of his nose. "Fine, but this girl doesn't seem like a normal human by any means. Not even quirks make sense for her looking at her biology." Pointing to the Girl.

"Whatever can keep him alive, we'll use." Doctor Kanou stated.

~Surgery Room~

'OK. His kidney seems to have taken the most damage along with the surrounding organs. I'll just have to replace the bulk of them with the female's, patch up the rest, then he should be good to go.' Thought doctor Kanou with seriousness but worry. 'If this doesn't work then we might just lose- NO! I won't think like that, I will save him.' Aizawa looked at Kanou with stressed eyes as he looked at Izuku slowly dying on his deathbed.

"Trust me, Doctor Kanou is the best when it comes to Organic Surgery for replacing organs from a patient to another." Said the other Doctor while looking at Izuku and the heart monitor.

"Doctor Kanou, what's his quirk?" Aizawa asked, not taking his eyes away from Izuku's Unconscious body.

"High Precision," Said the Doctor standing next to Aizawa. "His eyes can dilate to the most minute details to help with transferring organs from one to the other. He would never forgive himself if he let another person die if he could save them Immediately."

Aizawa looks at Kanou with impatience. 'Please, save the damn kid.'

While prepping Rize's organs for the transplant, Kanou came across an organ that he didn't recognize. After quickly checking over her files, it didn't seem to be from a quirk.

'If her files are correct, this shouldn't be here. Plus, for some reason, it's kind of throbbing a bit... Is it possible that she had some other kind of power...? If so, I wonder what kind...' Kanou looks towards the dying boy as he wonders about this Organ. 'If I put this organ inside of him... Would it still work... NO! I'm a doctor to save lives! I can't do my own experiments on an innocent boy... But this could be a once in a lifetime opportunity. And the boy's files say he is quirkless. If it succeeds, he'll get a Quirk... A win-win...' Kanou looks to his employees before looking at Izuku "Okay everyone! We're ready for the transplant! Let's begin!"

~After Surgery~

With a start, Izuku wakes up in a cold sweat as he just woke up from his unconsciousness, looking around he sees nothing but a Hospital Room, looking around for some sign of familiarity, he sees 9 noticeable faces, the Bakugous - Katsuki, Mitsuku, and Marasu - Jirou and her parents, Tokoyami, Yuudai, and Shinsou , all asleep. The next person he sees is a doctor talking to Aizawa, who he barely recognised as the Pro hero EraserHead. "Ugh…." Izuku grabbed his head as he slowly sat up fully.

"Ahh I see you're finally awake, Mr, Midoriya." Doctor Kanou said as he walked over with Aizawa.

"Wh-what happened…." Izuku asked the doctor before his eyes snapped open fully. "Th-the girl Kamishiro-san! Is she okay? What happened to her?"

"Calm down kid, We'll get to that." Aizawa stated before they started on explaining the situation to Izuku, from the construction site crumbling down on top of them, to the entire situation with Rize's Death and her organ transplant into Izuku's body.

"S-so in other words…" Izuku started to mumble.

"She might have died trying to quench her 'Quirk'" Aizawa stated with verbal quotes around Quirk. "But in the end, she helped you live, even in death."

"Very blunt, are you EraserHead?" Doctor Kanou chuckled as he said this.

As Izuku looked at the mirror to see his self reflection, he could tell something was off with his eye. It looked like cracks were forming around the White of his eye.

"S-so does that mean I have her Quirk?" Izuku said with curiosity, but with a hint of fear that Aizawa seemed to notice.

"It's possible, but from what we've gathered about her body and the information you gave us, I think it's safe to say we might have a way to see what exactly her quirk needs." Aizawa gave a wave of his wrist to show three plates of food, one with Ramen, one with Steak, and the other, some kind of meat that Deku noticed the smell of instantly.

"I-is that a piece of human flesh?!" Izuku shouted loud enough for all 9 guests to awaken with a start.

"Midoriya!/Izuku!/Deku!" All 9 said in unison which made the three turn their heads to see them all rush to give deku a hug, except for Bakugou. Izuku was struggling to breathe with the amount of pressure latched onto him.

"Alright that's enough everyone, give him some space." Doctor Kanou stated as he then motioned for Midoriya to eat the first two dishes. To Izuku's disgust he spat out both foods with a horrible taste he had gotten from the Ramen and the Steak. Then when the Doctor gave him the Human meat, everyone was surprised to see that in his hands.

"I'll explain everything later, but for now, we need to see if my theory is correct." Kanou stated with interest, but worry.

Izuku hesitantly took a small bite from the flesh with everyone slightly disgusted, but when Izuku's face lit up with how delicious the piece of human flesh tastes to him, the Doctor once again became worried, not for the family, but for Izuku's Mental state.

"Just as I thought, you see, the girl that was brought in, Rize Kamishiro, had an interesting development to her body that not a lot of quirk people have, I'm not sure what it is, but I believe that what young Izuku inherited is her power, that also means."

"I also have her weaknesses and desires…" Izuku solemnly states as all 9 look at Izuku with worry in their eyes.

"We're not sure when her power will fully assimilate into your body, but in the meantime, I believe we might be able to help you out in the meat department." Aizawa stated, making everyone's eyes snap to the Pro Hero. "If what we think is possible, then we might be able to give human flesh to Midoriya from people on Death's Row. That way we can keep his hunger in check and not lose his control."

Mitsuku looked to Marasu and then to Izuku, which Izuku only nodded hesitantly. Knowing that the change now will be too great for him to handle at this moment to answer the question, Mitsuku answered. "I do believe we will take you up on that offer, EraserHead, but we need to also see what kind of power he now possesses, be that as it may, it might be extremely dangerous for him to continue his concerts without some form of protection."

"Concerts?" Aizawa questioned, raising an Eyebrow to look at everyone present.

"Y-ou see, I'm known all around Mustafu as the Emerald King, the leader of the band Bomb The Hierarchy, and the 5 friends of mine, including my brother, are a part of that band." Izuku stated

"NO WONDER YOU LOOKED FAMILIAR!" Doctor Kanou shouted. "I love your covers you guys do on the rock bands of the Pre-Quirk Era, you know, you guys should work on some of your originals more." Kanou shared his enthusiasm with the group, which all 10 chuckled at.

"Ahem!" Aizawa coughed to get their attention. With all eyes on him, Aizawa sighed before talking again. "On the topic of how his new powers might be harmful to a lot of people, we have a plan to help ensure that he doesn't 'Beserk out'. I plan to personally train his new abilities he had gotten from surgery, and, if I have to, will help in finding powerful heroes that can keep his powers in check during those concerts." Aizawa stated, which left everyone in shock at Aizawa's statement, which made Izuku's mind run wild with happiness.

'Oh My God! I am getting trained by the Underground her himself! I mean I'd like it to be All Might but he's nowhere near Mustafu, but still, a Hero Like him, that's a great Honor!' Izuku's mind freak out was interrupted by Jirou hugging his arm tightly as he looked in her direction.

"Please, please don't get into any more trouble, I was worried." Jirou said as tears streamed down her face. Which made Izuku puzzled, but then smirked.

"Oh? You were worried about me?" Izuku said with an eyebrow raise , which made Jirou Blush slightly before jamming her Jacks into Izuku's side, which made him jolt in surprise.

"I-I meant we were all worried about you dumbass!" Jirou said, tsundere plastered all over her face, which made all 4 other kids chuckle at the sight of this interaction, with Izuku rubbing his side.

"Okay I deserve that." He smiled which made Jirou blush a little harder than before.

"W-whatever, I'm just glad you're okay." Jirou turned her head away, only to be rubbed by Izuku's hand.

"Now with that out of the way, I think it's best we let you have some time with your family and friends before you rest up now." Doctor Kanou stated. "Tomorrow, if everythings okay, you shall be discharged from the hospital as soon as we can allow it. Eraser." The doctor walked out with Aizawa behind him with everyone taking their turns to talk about what happened to Izuku, with Jirou never letting go of Izuku's arm.

A little while later, the 6 people other than the Bakugous stayed behind to be with Izuku at night, not after what happened. As Izuku looked to the door, he saw someone he thought he'd never see alive. Rize, standing in the doorway, both smiling mischievously, but also looking somewhat saddened at his state. Izuku wondered if she was real and blinked his eyes once to see she was gone.

'Was that really- No I'm just tired from all that happened earlier, I better get some Z's, don't wanna end up like Shinso.' Izuku chuckled to himself, not knowing what lies ahead for his future.
