As Natsu walked out of the Team F's start building the sun obscured his view for a few seconds before a large forest area with a large middle open grassy field in the middle could be seen.

"So this is our battlefield," he said, Natsu had to admit they put a lot more effort into this than they did the Magic games.

"Woah," "w-wow its huge," Both Ria and Braun said, wonderstruck at the spectacle.

"So you all know what your doing, Ruby and Drake, you guys will head west and approach the enemy that way you guys were good together in class, so I don't expect you to lose a single battle," Natsu said his arm crossed over one another looking over the forest.

"Understood," a deep and brooding voice said replying to Natsu's command

"Don't you worry me and Drakey will get those A-class kids no proble-" she turns around to see Drake was already halfway down from their vantage point on the hill.

"DRAKEEEE!" she runs off in his direction a cloud of smoke coming up from her speed

"Now that there sorted," he said turning around to look at Wendy waving her hands in front of Ria and Braun's frantically

"Si- I mean N-Natsu they aren't moving!" she said in a panic.

"Ria. Braun" Natsu said as if like clockwork they both twist their heads towards him a small bead of sweat on both their foreheads trickling down.

"Hai?" they both simultaneously say,

"Go. Fight" Natsu said with a sickly-sweet smile on his face, deep down he was always amused by their antics though.

"Yes Sir!" they both repeat running down the mountain at breakneck speeds

Just as Ria and Braun left a loud announcers voice was heard

"AND NOW THE FIGHTING SHALL BEGIN" as he said those words a loud horn sounded around the forest as the battle commenced.

On the other side of the field, 6 people stood around each other talking

"Do we even need a plan, I say we send Milliana here to go play with those 6, but I do want their leader cocky bastard," one said laughing hysterically his blue hair and tattoo prominent features.

"REALLY BORA?" a woman whose aesthetic screamed cat lady at you, shouted.

"While you're at it try breakin a couple of their bones, nothing looks better on TV lacrimal then an F-Class crying for their mommy," A figure said a scratch all the way down his right eye

"Jeez Cobra man you really don't have any chill" I tanned boy said, his ear brandishing a diamond earing, as well as his hair a light blond.

"Sho if we win this competition theirs a high chance we get S-class places ahead of everyone so were winning this for sure, so I say we go all out on these F-classes and show our dominance as A-class student's," another said, he had a a large x shaped scar on his right cheek and dark black hair, he froze when he heard the 6th and final member of there group walk into the light from under the tree

"Mesty mest, your no fun; these little shits in F-class think there all that this year, they have quite a peculiar little student; well that's all my sister will tell me anyway, he's apparently quite the foe, so I agree with you, we must go all out," she says pulling out a few silver keys from her pockets.

This girl was blonde with big chocolate orbs for eyes, and a certain charm that reminded one of a certain girl in S-class.

"Well no point in arguing with you, I'm to terrified to find out what you'll do to me never mind your sister; your one scary girl…Charlotte Heartfilla,"

Back on top of the hill Natsu was sat looking over the woods, a calm breeze blowing his hair back, Natsu's hair wasn't like it used to be, instead of spiking up all over the place like it used to do; it was longer and had more of natural look to it.

"N-Natsu?" a timid voice spoke up from behind him, Natsu turned his head towards Wendy who was stood twiddling her finger's together.

"Yes?" he asked calmly, a small smile gracing his features.

"Wh-why aren't y-you figh-fighting, A-class are st-still really s-strong," she looked down at the floor before speaking "I do-doubt I could beat a sing-single per-person on their team," she said dejectedly.

"Hey Wendy," Natsu spoke up after a few seconds his head once again facing the forest "Come sit here for a sec," he said patting the spot next to him.

"O-okay," she moved towards Natsu and sat down where he had patted and faced towards him, Natsu doing the same raised his hand towards her forehead.

*Flick*

"Owww," Wendy wined, Natsu had flicked her on the head.

"Wh-what wa-was that for," she asked a hand placed on the spot where she had been flicked.

"For doubting yourself," he simply stated, he faced her his face stern but still with a kind feeling to it, like a disappointed parent.

"You should never doubt yourself, especially you Wendy Marvel, stellar wind mage, and one of the youngest to ever gain the S-Class title," he stated leaning back ever so slightly so his hair fell backwards, his eyes wondering off into the sky.

"Wo-wow you sure kn-know a lot ab-about me," she stated, sweat dropping ever so slightly.

"Ive researched all of the S-class students through and through…gotta know the competition," he said waving his hand up and down, Natsu had done a lot of research into S-class though. He wanted to know exactly what had changed in people's life's.

"O-oh, I s-see," she said understanding him, Natsu stood up still facing the field of where the battles were.

"Everyone is strong in their own right Wendy, what matters truly though is your resolve, as long as you have a resolve strong enough it will break any chain that holds you down," He from the heart, as he knew it was true, it was as he was told himself time and time again, as he finished, he turned around and pointed at Wendy.

"So Wendy what is your resolve?" He asked, then again, he was curious, why was she so powerful for such a young age, she had no slayer magic so why?

"I-I…I want to avenge my parents death's!" she spoke slowly and calmly like she had rehearsed those words in her head time and time again.

Natsu was confused at first his mind falling on the conclusion that it was Grandeeney who was killed; before remembering that this wasn't his world.

"How were they killed?" he asked nonchalantly.

"They were k-killed wh-when a dragon atta-attacked my town," She replied her legs had curled up to her body and her head between them.

"What Dragon was it?" he again spoke the same tone as before.

"t-they wouldn't t-tell me hi-his name, but I remember th-the blue scale-," she was cut off as a rising magic power level caught her off guard.

Natsu was angry, he had learned that even in this world he still lived, that monster, Natsu hated that monster akin to how much he hated the gods.

"So your resolve is strong, then nothing shall stand in your way, Wendy," he turned around and began heading down hill.

Wendy was dazed and confused, the magic signature that she had just felt, it felt evil, sinister…yet comforting, she couldn't wrap her head round it 'how does someone from F-class have this much power?' she asked herself inwardly she hadn't heard of an F-class casting magic yet here one was with so much power.

With Drake and Ruby they were currently heading out of a thick brush of trees into an open area with a few trees surrounding the area, not as big as the one in the centre of the forest but decently sized

"Someone's coming," Drake spoke up first he had sensed movement a few minutes ago but was unsure, now he had confirmation.

Out of the opposite side brush came a single figure, his blond hair and tanned figure standing proud and cockily, the thing that stood out though was the diamond earring coming from his ear.

"Hello F-class, so we both know how this is going to go sooooo, if you give up now ill only break an arm…or two," his face twisting into a sickly smile.

"…your weird man," both Ruby and drake said in sync, a deadpan look on both their faces.

"h-how dare you mock me, your just some lowly F-class scum!" he screamed pulling a knife and a card out of his deck.

"I doubt you'll be calling me weird when you're begging for your lives!" he said licking his lips.

Lunging forward he aimed to go for Drake first, throwing his card and multiplying it by 15, he had assumed he had already got one out.

Back at the stadium, everyone was excited cheering that they were about to see the first brutalization of this fight,

Igneel and Irene were sat watching on a lacrima atop the stadium.

"They really don't like F-class do they," Igneel spoke up. Contemplation was written across his face.

Back in the forest.

Drake could see the cards moving, he could dodge them oh so very easily…but where's the fun in that, extending his right, his palm facing Sho.

"Water Magic: Shield"

A shield formed of water materialized into his hand, raising it he easily deflected the cards.

"WHAT?" a look of pure shock was all over Sho's face 'Magic?'

He again moved his arms this time putting his right arm over his back and his left arm in front of him.

"Water Magic: Bow" A bow made of water formed of water again materialized into his hand, a quiver of water arrows on his back as well.

"WHAT?" Sho couldn't believe what he was seeing, he couldn't stop moving forwards he had switched from shield to bow so fluently he hadn't had a chance to realise what was truly going on…and that's when he fell unconscious.

Drake released the arrow, flying at breakneck speeds towards Sho it hit him directly in the chest, sending him flying into a tree on the other side of the clearing.

"Weirdo," Drakes bow dispersed into water before a whine could be heard from behind him

"I didn't get to do anything!" Ruby whined,

"Oh get over it, they'll be more here anyway," Drake spoke up, he didn't really want his partner crying the whole time.

"SHO HAS BEEN ELIMINATED VIA KO," an announcers voice announced to the stadium.

Okay well I took like a break, even though I didn't need one, I was busy with a lot of college work so apologies…and I got hooked on Your Name and watched it like a billion times so I do apologise, although I don't regret watching it a billion times though, Shits good asf, anyway I shall now be updating again regularly…hopefully, but anyway enjoyyyyy and review.
