In the wake of Beacon's Fall, the academy's huntsmen have been scattered across Remnant. Six months later, what remains of Teams DRGN and SOUL travel west to Vacuo in an attempt to protect it from the same tragedy that befell their school; and instead are confronted with an organization that plots to bring the kingdom to its knees. After Beacon falls, Team RWBY is broken and Team RNJR never forms. Alone, Ruby sets off into the Sanus frontier to be the hero she always wanted to be. But, it's out there where she can't seem to stop running into the frustrating assassin that messed everything up in the first place, and (un)fortunately, you can only spend so much time with someone before they start to grow on you.

Jaune was used to dancing, but he'd never danced with Neon Katt before. After a long day of training at Atlas Academy the two decided to go have a little fun and blow off some steam at the club with Yang and Blake. He would soon find out that his friend was as wild on the dance floor as she was in a fight, and that she had a few new moves to teach that he'd never have expected.
