Hey guys! Jalien26 here with a new story...because I haven't made enough new stories already. This time, it's not a TPI(Total Pokemon Island, basically a community with stories with anthropomorphic Pokemon competing in Total Drama-like shows). Instead, it's an X-Over Total Drama that's also canon to the TPI I'm writing right now, called The Orange Islands Challenge.
Speaking of which, I'll be honest, that story is sort of in a limbo right now. One minute I want to work on it, the next I don't care about it, and this pattern has pretty much been happening for the multiple projects that I have planned, and in this past year in general, it's been hard for me to get motivated with writing, or have the time for writing due to college. But I'm gonna try to do the best I can with this story.
Anyways, usually when these types of stories happen, people will ask the viewers to suggest characters, but to make it easier for me, I have the characters picked out already. Who are they? You'll find out when the first chapter comes out. However, I still have something that the viewers can do.
Since I'm admittedly struggling to come up with ideas for entertaining challenges(though I do have some ideas), I'm allowing you guys to suggest challenges! Here are some ground rules:
The theme of this season is traveling to different universes, so the challenges must be in a fictional universe outside of the total drama universe.
Anything is fair game as long as it isn't live action, porn or hentai.
For now, suggest no more than 3. I can't guarantee I'll do everyone's requests, but I do want to give everyone a chance.
You can suggest in either reviews or PMs.
Try to make them as fun as possible! Something that you would want to read.
Reminder: Suggest challenges.NOT characters. I already have the characters picked out. Thanks.
As far as suggestions go, that's all I have for now. But, I might as well give you guys a sneak peak, so you guys know what to expect of this story, so here it is!

In the Sinnoh region of the Pokemon Universe lies a large palace in the depths of the region. This was called the Hall of Origins. All of the legendary Pokemon, big and small, resided here, and while they didn't always get along, they liked living there. However, what most of them didn't know was that they lived among multiple different universes, which is how something big, huge, dare I say revolutionary is going to happen. But like I said, most of them don't know this yet.
In the living room of the palace sat a dark blue sauropod-like Pokemon, who wore gray metallic portions on his chest, which had a blue diamond in the center, as well as with three spines on the back of his neck, and on his back, which resembled a fin. He also wore light blue stripes around his body, two horns on top of his head, and two fang-like horns around his mouth, along with three claws on his feet with the same metallic look as his chest plate.
This was Dialga. The Temporal Pokemon was casually reading a book about the Galar region, as that region was recently discovered, and he wanted to know more about it.
As he was reading, a certain Eon Pokemon came flying by. Her name was Latias, and Dialga was crushing on her big time. Latias had a bird-like body style. She had a long neck that stretched forward from her body, and she had no legs, so she got around by floating. The rear half of her body was mostly red and the upper half of her body was mostly white. She had jet plane wings on her rear and fins at the bottom end of her tail. A blue triangle marked the center of her chest and a red mask covered part of her face. Ear-like fins sat on the top of her head, and her arms were short, with only three fingers.
"Hey Dialga," Latias greeted.
The sound of Latias' voice immediately caught Dialga's attention, "Hey, Latias!" He said eagerly...almost too eagerly. For someone as rough looking as he was, his voice was surprisingly smooth and friendly, if a bit awkward sounding, which matched his personality perfectly.
Latias couldn't help but giggle at his chipper tone as she floated to the hallway. Dialga watched her float away with a dreamy look plastered on his face as he sighed, "Oh Latias, you're such a beauty."
"Well, maybe to you she is," a rougher feminine voice spoke.
Dialga jumped with a yelp, and was surprised to see his sister Palkia behind him. Palkia was a light purple theropod-like Pokemon with stripes and markings of a darker shade over her body. She wore round purple stripe plates on her shoulder where two pink pearls lie inside with a gray rim encircling them. Her arms had extended formations and a purple band around each of her wrists. She had a pointed white crest on top of her head that extended to her wings and two horn-like tusks at the side of her jaw. Her tail was half curled, and had purple stripes on it.
"Oh, h-hey, sis," Dialga greeted with a sheepish chuckle and a blush on his face.
"So, I see you still got your eyes on her, huh," Palkia teased.
"Yeah," Dialga admitted. "She's so...amazing."
"You really think so? Because I think she's basic," Palkia quipped.
Dialga gasped at her remark, "Palkia, don't say that! She might hear you!"
Palkia deadpanned, "She's already gone, dude."
"She might still hear you, though…"
Palkia rolled her eyes, "Whatever, man," she grunted, before plopping herself on the couch next to him. "It's so boring around here."
"How exactly is it boring?" Dialga queried. "There's a lot to do around here."
"Like what?" Palkia challenged, giving her brother a look.
"Well, there's watching TV, video games, uh...eating-"
"Not much to do, is there?" Palkia asked rhetorically.
Dialga sweatdropped, "Well, what do you wanna do?"
"I wanna do a TPI!" Palkia admitted hopefully, "That Orange Islands show that those mortals are doing is successful, why can't we do our own?"
"I mean, I'd totally be down for our own reality tv show," Dialga agreed, "But would Arceus let us do one while the Orange Islands Challenge is going on right now?"
"Of course she would," Palkia said optimistically, "What reason would she have for not letting us?"
000
"Because The Orange Islands Challenge is going on right now, and it would be redundant to have two TPIs running at the same time period," Arceus explained once the Time and Spatial siblings met with her in her throne room.
"How is that redundant?!" Palkia questioned abrasively. "That dumb show is getting reviews, why wouldn't people want more?!"
"It's still unnecessary to have another tpi running while there's a tpi going on right now," Arceus answered with an exhausted tone. Palkia was aggressive and if she wanted something, she was determined to get it. No matter how ludicrous the request was.
"That doesn't answer my question!"
"Sis, please just let it be," Dialga pleaded, not wanting Arceus to get angry, because when she was mad, ghost types would be frightened. "We can always wait a few months or so!"
Palkia gave him a look, before groaning, "Fine," she said reluctantly, "Let's just go…"
The two of them were about to walk out, but Arceus promptly stopped them, "There is something else I could have you two host, though."
The Temporal and Spatial siblings turned around in interest as Arceus continued, "Allow me to explain something, we live in the Pokemon world, as we are Pokemon, but there are other universes out there with different types of creatures, or as I like to call them, cartoon characters."
"Everyone knows what cartoon characters are," Palkia replied, although she seemed interested in what she was saying, "Where are you going with this?"
"I'm saying that you should try to get characters from other universes together to compete in a show like the mortals are doing, and have them do their challenges in other dimensions." Arceus suggested. "While it's still a reality show, it's not a TPI so it's still somewhat different."
"That sounds like a great idea!" Dialga praised, "But...how are we supposed to get characters from different universes to this one?"
Palkia gave her brother a look, "You're forgetting that I'm the Spatial Pokemon; I can literally control other dimensions."
"Oh right, good point," Dialga replied sheepishly.
"So, now would probably be a good time to do some research on some other universes and send out applications to decide who would be a perfect fit for the new show," Arceus advised. "And try to have different clashing personalities so that the show can be more interesting."
"You got it, boss!" Palkia affirmed, about to head out of the throne room.
"Hold on," Dialga reasoned, before asking, "Where should we host the show? We don't really have that planned out yet."
"The Spear Pillar should be the perfect place for you to do this," Arceus suggested, "Then you'll have access to other worlds."
"Sounds perfect!" Dialga concurred, "The contestants will probably love that place!"
000
The Temporal and Spatial Pokemon stared at the Spear Pillar in pure shock. Spear Pillar was at the peak of Mountain Coronet, and it looked...deserted, to say the least. The ground and the stones that extended from the grown were a dull beige color, and even a tumbleweed from seemingly out of nowhere rolled past the two of them. It certainly did not look like anyone would want to live there.
"...They're gonna hate this place," Palkia muttered with a deadpan expression.
"It's been so long since we've actually been here that we forgot what this place actually looks like, huh?" Dialga admitted, "Maybe we can try to make this place presentable?"
"Nah, I doubt anyone would wanna live in this dump, even if we try to fix this place," Palkia commented, "I have a better idea."
The Spatial Pokemon opened up a portal, presumably to a different dimension, and the two of them walked in it.

And that's all for now. Exciting? You tell me in the reviews. See you all when the chapter/episode is complete!
