Bucky wouldn't take any of the tea that Wong sent me home with, shaking his head and smiling at the offer.

"I think I can manage without the tea, Brooke." He drove us home with the same ease that he'd driven us to Greenwich and I'd be envious, but honestly I found his confidence pretty damn hot. "Connie is gonna be excited - between the baby and the engagement - she'll be over the moon." He slid a look my way and I could see the bob of his Adam's apple that told me he wasn't quite as certain as he was trying for - "Right?"

I nodded, shifting in the passenger's seat to get more comfortable. "Sure." But I had to be honest too, "as long as your pal Sam didn't jump the gun on his helpful announcements." Bucky groaned. "Sergeant Barnes, you're sounding VERY stressed." He shifted a little in his seat and I bit my lip. "If you don't want some of the tea, maybe I can think of another way to help you relax before our dinner with Connie -"

The car didn't swerve or go over the speed limit. Bucky Barnes was nothing if not a professional. "You think so, doll?" He was licking his lips and I felt that clench in my stomach that was a Barnes' original.

"Let's get home, soldier, and we'll discuss some relaxation techniques." I turned to look out the passenger window with a grin.

Bucky could park the car, put the garage door down, lock everything up nice and tight, and manage to get me in the house with my tea intact without breaking a sweat - show off. We were barely in the house before I tossed the tea down and dropped my bag, turning to face him and his mouth was on mine. His arms were sliding up my back and my hands were sliding through his hair, my nails scraping against his scalp - something I learned could make him sigh or growl at any given moment.

He gave me a moment to catch my breath and I nipped at his full lower lip, earning a chuckle. "This wasn't actually what I had in mind," he nudged my nose with his and teased my lips with his tongue, getting a giggle for his efforts. "I thought I was supposed to be relaxing YOU."

"Touching YOU does relax ME." He argued before dipping back in for another kiss. His hands slid down to where my shirt met my waistband and he yanked it free. Bucky growled at the indignity of having to pull away long enough to rid me of it, but once it was gone he took a moment to just stare down at me. "You really are all mine -"

I needed that break, that momentary lapse from him - even if it came from the sweetest realization and made my heart clench. After all, I was supposed to be helping HIM relax here.

"Oh, James Buchanan Barnes, I am ALL yours." I assured him as my own fingers worked to get rid of his layers. "And I'm going to make absolutely certain that you're completely relaxed -" Once his shirt joined mine on the floor, before he could reach for me and pull me back into his arms and take control again - I slid down his body and onto my knees.

"Brooke," his tone was half pleading and half wanting to argue with me. My fingers were working on his belt and I heard it, him swallowing. When I could HEAR Bucky, I knew I'd won.

I gave a very silent, internal talk to our little soldier that they would NOT make their mommy toss her cookies or dry heave all over Daddy while she was trying to - well I left the particulars vague, but I hoped they would get the jist. And then I gave my all to Bucky - all of my attention, all of my special knowledge of just what could make him come undone, and was rewarded with a very relaxed super soldier at the end of it. Plus our little bean didn't make me gag once. I'd consider that a victory.

Bucky helped me to my feet and sighed as he pulled me into his arms. "You are," kissing my temple he looked like he might want to have a nap.

"You look relaxed now," grinning up at him, he rolled his eyes. "Want to join me for a nap?"

"Oh, I think we can do better than that," kicking off his shoes and the jeans that were twisted up with them. He scooped me into his arms. "First, I think I'll help make you a little more tired -" Shit. "Then we'll have that nap." His lips were teasing my earlobe and my stomach flipped. "When we get up we can decide what we'll be making for that dinner with Connie."

At least he sounded more confident about seeing my best friend - and even relaxed he still had more stamina than most men. And he was more than willing to show me just how much.
