The Seven Stars were the light and darkness of two ancient, mighty kingdoms. Some were strong in magic, others in battle, and one in both. But all held power that could strike down even the gods.
The Red Wonder was a man of the working people, a passionate and fiery warrior. He and his brother rose from the ashes of the Kingdom of Light and saved it from the Great Dragon once, and the two became fated to battle forevermore. His power was said to be such that he brought a stronghold crashing down with but five kicks. His battles with the Great Dragon have shaped the universe, and their effects on it have lasted even to this day.
The Green Destroyer was a more gentle soul, more reluctant to use his mystical power. But when the Red Wonder was taken from him by a master of the evil supernatural, his fear of such matters went right out the window and he visited his wrath upon them thrice- once for every time it happened- and made them pay dearly. And his connection to a relic of great destructive power made him a deciding force in one of many battles for the multiverse. He and the Red Wonder were nigh-inseparable, working as one.
The Princess ruled the Kingdom of Light with a gentle hand, and her kindness made her beloved by all. Her magical power had almost no equal, being the only thing standing in the way of the Great Dragon's curse. The only downside to it was that she'd had to trade fighting prowess for that of the magical sort, so when she clashed with the Great Dragon, she was brought down and captured. Saved by the Red Wonder, the Princess reversed the curse on the land and became one of the best rulers in legend, matched only by the Great Dragon, wicked as he was.
The Great Dragon had two faces, one for the Kingdom of Darkness and one for all others. For his subjects, he was a hard, but fair ruler who would do right by them at any opportunity, a king who'd fight to his last breath for them and treat them well. For everyone else, he was a heartless, wicked tyrant who wished to burn the world down, and the Kingdom of Light was the only thing in his way. So many times he tried to conquer it, getting ever closer each time. But the Red Wonder and the Green Destroyer were always able to save it, and even the Princess saved it a few times. It was quite telling that even other Stars suffered trying to stop him. He reached power rivaling the gods twice, and the universe had to collapse upon itself, with the help of the other Stars, to bring him down. A powerhouse in every way, the Great Dragon was a threat during his entire reign of terror.
The Steed, he who raised the twin Stars, was a passionate, loyal creature that could walk upon blades of steel as though they were blades of grass. After saving the other Stars from the Kingdom of Darkness, he stayed with the Red Wonder and the Green Destroyer, accompanying them on adventure after adventure. The Steed was said to be immortal; able to be reborn not even a few minutes after death. His eggs were plentiful and sometimes didn't even need to be laid; they were simply there, ready to revive him at a mere moment's notice.
The Great Ape, one of the mightiest of his kind, was a protector if he liked you and a harbinger of death if he didn't. Many incurred his wrath; few came back out on the other side. His forest and his people thrived while he lived among them, and when the moon threatened them, he struck it out of orbit. It is said that his relationship with the Red Wonder was rocky, but there are too few stories of them together for us to tell.
And the last Star, the evil counterpart to the Red Wonder, Avarice given life. Mammon himself. With wealth that disgusted even the most opulent of courts and a thirst for even more, Mammon's greed ruled his life until the day it ended. His behavior was as erratic as his morality. Few liked him and fewer trusted him; only his Herald saw him as a friend.
As for the Heralds, they carried the love and care of their Stars; few Stars had them.
The Princess and the Green Destroyer shared one; an orange Flower with a delicate touch and powerful fists. The Princess was her cousin and the Green Destroyer her lover.
The Great Dragon's Herald was his son, a boy just less wicked than his father and loyal to the death. A brilliant child wielding the power of corruption, the Lesser Dragon loved his father enough to challenge even the Red Wonder.
Mammon's Herald and his one friend was Hubris. A man craving the spotlight, vanity and envy made manifest. For one reason or another, he hated the Green Destroyer, but little is known as to why.
The Seven Stars and their Heralds were so mighty and carried such power that they nearly reached singularity. To prevent this, one of the mightiest wizards in the Kingdom of Darkness lured them all to a little planet to do battle and froze the entire planet, and them with it, for a thousand years before sealing it in the ethereal realm. When the thousand years are over, it is said that the planet will return, and the Seven Stars and their heralds will find voices in people living among us, who we call Stargazers. Little is known aside from this.

Agent Codename: Parr
We've just been alerted to the appearance of a small planet orbiting our own. I alone have gotten over a thousand reports of it happening. Further, Shadow's been a little off his game. I'd suggest sending him home for a while; he could be sick.
