Hi. This is a short chapter, but it packs an emotional punch. I'm not usually this direct in my response to a review, but we're getting closer to the end and the suggestion made sense. Enjoy!

Chapter Sixty-Two:

Henry finished his saxophone solo. The team burst into applause. Of any kid there, he had the most people present to see him.

"Maybe he'll be the next Kenny G," Lewis said.

"Or Johnny Coltrane," Reid said. "Or Miles Davis."

"How long did you study up for my son's recital?" J.J. asked.

"Only three hours and twelve books."

Morgan laughed. "Don't ever change man."

Hotch cleared his throat. They were being a distraction.

They watched the last performers and applauded when Henry joined for the group performance. It was a sweet event.

"My cousin in Buffalo, says there is a foot of snow there already," Simmons said as they got up to leave.

"The second week of November?" Rossi said.

"About ten years ago there were five feet there."

"They can keep it," Prentiss said. "Cold and I do not get along."

"I'm going to get something from my car," Reid said. "I'll meet you at J.J.'s car."

The team watched him.

"He has progressed so much over the last six months," Lewis said.

"I'm really happy for him," Will said.

"I'm happy he is building a life beyond us too," Hotch said. "I think returning to the BAU in however a limited capacity would have been a mistake. He has more to offer to the outside world."

J.J. appeared Henry and Michael. Henry was beaming.

Reid appeared with a small silver gift bag.

"I think you're old enough to take care of this for me," he said as he gave the gift to him.

Henry pulled out a pocket watch.

"It belonged to my mom's father."

"Wow!" Henry said. "Thank you, Uncle Spencer!"

"That is really nice of you Spence," J.J. said.

"Be very careful with it," Will said.

"Promise!" Henry said.

"Come on boys and girls," Rossi said. "Geno's won't hold our reservation forever."

"We'll meet you there," Garcia said.

Henry stared at the watch as the group walked to their cars.

Reid liked keeping his body in shape, which is why he opted to work out with Morgan twice a week. Morgan taught him how to use new equipment and would spar with him.

"Not bad for someone with a limp," Reid said.

"Don't cut yourself short," Morgan said. "You're in the best shape I've ever seen you in. I bet you could even pass the FBI physical endurance test."

Reid hit him in the chin. Morgan laughed.

"I looked into the contractors you're looking at for the school. Duero has a better record for completing projects on time but Hale has a better safety record."

"Hale then," Reid said. "I don't want anyone getting hurt during this project."

"I had a feeling you'd say that."

They exchanged a couple of jabs.

"So, you and Nadia, are you moving in together in January?" Morgan asked.

"We're getting a three-bedroom apartment," Reid said. "We're committed to each other enough to start a life together."

"What about intimately?" Morgan asked.

Reid turned slightly red. "That's going take more time. That's all I will say."

"Understood. I'll miss having you so close."

"We'll make it work."

"You bet, brother."

Reid saw Uris hiding in the shadow of the gym. He blinked a few times and he was gone.

"That's still happening?" Morgan asked.

"I can't escape it," Reid said. "They don't talk as much."

"Keep living man. Don't let them take away what you have fought for."

"Never again," Reid said.

"Give me a hug."

"We're both sweaty."

"I don't care."

Morgan hugged Reid. They would be friends, and brothers forever.
