Summary: What if Edward had let the Van push Bella but only to teach Rosalie a lesson because she trusts Carslie more then Esme as Carslie has to stay with bella because of her injury that Edward Wants to Feel what Bella did ... scared... and alone... but who will bella love... Edward or Carslie *much better than it sounds*
Bella pov
I just had started Forks high for some reason Edward started to ignore me as I was getting my salad I dropped a apple . I saw Edward
" Um Thanks" I said
" No problem... are you making... art" Edward said
"out of a salad bowl ... only if I could" I said
" You can try" Edward said then turning around to see Eric looking at us
" Do you want to go the beach" I said
" What Beach" He said
"La , Push beach" I said
"Can't ... I'm busy..." Edward said
" Okay. ... See you later. . I guess " I said getting my lunch
*Few days later*More days past I didn't see Edward I even looked at his table with his family they was looking at me I turn around
*Few more days*I was standing by my truck as I saw Edward and family by they're car looking at me
" Bella" Mike said throwing candy at me I hold up my book They nodded soon I turned back around and I saw a van Towards me scared not knowing what to do as the Van reach towards me I fell down screaming
"Bella... Bella... Bella someone call 991!" I heard my friends say
" Already on it" I heard someone say as I was laying down in pain
" Bella .. I'm so sorry" Tyler said To me before I went unconscious
* Meanwhile at the Cullen's"" I thought you was going to stop the Van Edward" Alice said Rude
" I was until I decided to teach Rosalie a lesson" Edward said
" What lesson" Carslie said coming in with everyone else
" I know Rosalie trust Carlisle more then Esme as a parent So I wanted to make this a living nightmare for Rosalie as Carslie has to stay in the hospital with Bella because Someone Selfish didn't want to save her so I give Carlisle over to Bella saving her" Edward said
", You ASS" Rosalie scream launching at Edward Emmett hold Rosalie back
" Don't tell me what to do you wanted this to happen ... So I let it I'm still friends with Bella when she's better and I'll visit her Carlisle you'll be Bella doctor for now on she needs surgery...on her side and back Best you go Carslie" Edward said
" It's your fault Rose, Kitty and To be honest I agree with Edward" Carlisle said heading to the hospital
" Rosalie think about what you did stay in your room, your grounded ... " Esme said
" Your not my MOTHER" Rosalie said
" I know but I take care of you and don't bother Going over to Bella unless you want to apologize we will all Visit but not you until your sorry" Esme said
Rosalie groan going to her room
Bella pov
I felt myself being wheel to a room
" Room 567" A nurse said
" That's one we haven't had in a while... surgery" I heard a man said ( Carlisle)
by my side
" I know this one going to tough she will have to stay here for a while and you watching her" A nurse said
I groan crying
" Hey it's okay it's Carlisle who's going to take care of you from now on" I heard Carslie said
" She need sleep med to help" A nurse said
" So she needs to sit up for min" Carlisle said
" Bella can you sit up for a minute" A nurse said
" Please isabella", Carslie said
I tried sitting up they help me Carslie had my arms holding it and the nurse had my other then A male Nurse came with a cup of water and music
" I want music... classical music playing... " I said taking it laying back down
", What" The nurse said
" I'll play the classical music in the room and we will let your father know your with us" Carslie said I cried
" Hey it's okay we'll make it better"Carslie said I went to sleep
*5 hours later*The surgery was done well The nurses and staff was glad I heard my door crack up as I was still sleep
" How's she's .. doing" I heard my dad say
", She's getting better ... glad she's okay" Carlisle said
" Oh and that boy Tyler he could kiss his license goodbye. my daughter could of ..." Charlie said
" Yeah I know... but we save her you might want to let her rest you can always come back tomorrow or later" Carlisle said
" Alright ... doc .. thanks... bye bells" My dad said
I heard walking
" Hey .. I know your up" Carlisle said looking at me
" How you know" I said trying to move he quickly help me up against my pillow
"Heard you crying in your sleep are you hungry by any chance" Carslie said
" Yes but I don't like the food here it's ugh" I said making his laugh
" Your just in luck my family is coming and brought you food" Carlisle said sitting down on a couch in the same room as me
" Really ... and how come your staying. . not to rude I like your company" I said
" That's because I have to take care of you bella you was badly injured you can't walk..or take a shower by yourself which I will get a female nurse if you want" Carlisle said
"No it's fine you can do it .. it's fine" I said soon we heard the door open as I saw his family
" Bella your okay!!!!" Alice said hugging me
I groan in pain
" Easy Alice" Carlisle said backing away Alice
" Sorry" Alice said I smiled couldn't laugh from Pain
" Hey glad your okay" Emmett said taping my shoulders
" Thanks" I said Then I looked at Edward
" Hi bella" He said
" Hi ", I said Then I saw Esme with food
" Told Alice you wanted chicken on your burger then we got you salad... with blueberry cobbler" Esme said handing me the bag and hugging me I hugged back
" Thanks " I said trying to open the food But Carlisle helped me I smiled he turn feed me the burger
" You know the whole school talking about you" Emmett said
I swallow my food
" Really." I said
" Yeah... they would ask ... "where's bella," how's bella, "Tyler is in trouble... , ", They think it was planned... I can't wait until you go back to school with us making us more popular" Emmett said,
" Emmett!" Esme scolded him
I tried to laugh but couldn't
" T-that, w-would" I tried to say between laughs
" Bella No laughing until you're better and Emmett no jokes" Carlisle said
" Yes dad" Emmett said looking down
" Hey don't be sad... your kinda cool Em" I said
" Kinda Cool? ... You mean all way cool" Emmett said
" You actually agree with him ... he jokes about it and you encourage it" Edward Chuckle making them Chuckle
" Well he's cool!" I said coughing almost falling until they help me lay down
" Will bella ever walk again" Jasper said for a first
" Yes she will but it take time" Carlisle said
" For how long". Jasper smirk I looked at him confused
" Weeks... maybe months" Carlisle said
" Good.. well not good but I'll read bella some of my War books" Jasper said
" Thank you" I said
" We could help her for time to time to walk again" Alice said
" That would be great but it has to be down the hall" Carlisle said I felt my eyes closing
" Seems like bella needs sleeping" Carlisle said
" See you later bella " they said as I fell asleep Carslie waited and went in the halls as he knew Esme wanted to talk
" Yes" Carslie said
" Why don't you looked at me the way as do to Bella" Esme said
" it's work business nothing else" Carlisle said
" But you feed her ... you don't ever feed me even when I was in the hospital years back" Esme said
" But I turn you " Carslie said
" No... you never did any of those to me... I know you feel something for Bella.. I'll just sign the papers" Esme said
" Your right... with bella it's different she laughs with the kids well teenagers... even do jokes and laugh unlike you" Carslie said
" Well tell her have fun dealing with Rosalie as her so called daughter matter of fact I'm taking Rosalie with me if anyone wants to come with me that's fine" Esme said
" Good ... all Rosalie would do it's complain about helping people it's my job that's why the kids. . well .. teenagers never called you Mom" Carlisle said
Esme then walk to the group as Carslie was standing close
" Anyone wants to come with me... Edward I know you do" Esme said
" No I rather be here thanks then living a boring life" Edward said
" Em I know you want to come with me" Esme said
" Don't call me Em just because Bella did a minute ago you never gave us nicknames or never call us your kids I don't want to go with you you're not fun ... don't ever come back to bother us and Rose can leave she's rude to Bella well .. my Mom .. now" Emmett said
" Jass Jass I know you want to go" Esme said
" Bella don't... Bella don't need a another accident where you or Rosalie cause it I can't control myself I want to control myself you never help me... You never hunt with us I can't let you hurt my ..Mom ever again... don't try to get revenge you'll end up hurt and I can feel calm around Bella and not in pain so bye" Jasper said Alice rubbed his shoulder
" Ali". Esme said
" Hell No! Bella is my friend well now Mom and I don't have good vision when I'm out of town so No!" Alice said
" WELL GOODBYE TO ALL OF YOU ONLY RoSE COMING WiITH ME. ... goodbye!" Esme said then leaving people look on then turn back to business
" You kids go home and behave yourself" Carlisle chuckle
" Bye dad we want to see our mom " Emmett said Edward hits him
" Not sure if she likes company maybe I'll ask her later "Carlisle said
" Okay bye" Emmett said
" Bye son I'll check on Bella now" Carlisle said as they leave He went to Bella room and sat down on the chair
