A/N: Hey guys, I'm back with another WWE one shot. This time the pairing will be Rhea Ripley and Nikki Cross. I hope you enjoy this one guys!

Rhea had found out that she was teaming with Nikki Cross as her partner for a tag team match tonight on RAW, so she walked down the hallway towards gorilla position and there she saw Nikki Cross. Except she wasn't wearing her usual ring gear Rhea had seen her wearing before, no this time she was wearing what looked to be a superhero costume. Rhea couldn't believe that she was her partner for tonight.

Nikki smiled at Rhea as she said, "I'm so excited to be your partner tonight, Rhea. We are gonna crush our opponents!" Rhea smiled back at Nikki slightly before she replied,

"You don't look like your dressed for a match, you look like you're ready to go to some comic convention."

If Rhea was being honest with herself, she thought that Nikki looked ridiculous wearing that costume, but a small part of Rhea also really liked the outfit Nikki was wearing, even if it did ake her look like a dork. Because it was different, no one else on the roster had thought of wearing something as stupid as what she was wearing.

Their match was about to go on in a few minutes and Nikki looked at Rhea as she said, "Don't worry Rhea, we've got this! Those WWE women's tag team championships are as good as ours." Nikki's words echoed in Rhea's head, she realized that this wasn't a normal tag team match. They would be getting a shot at the WWE women's tag team championships currently held by Natalia and Tamina, Rhea smiled as she looked back at Nikki and replied,

"You're right Nikki, those titles are as good as ours. Let's go out there and win those WWE women's tag team championships!"

Then Rhea Ripley's music began playing in the arena and she could hear the ring announcer Greg Hamilton as he said, "Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall. and is for the WWE women's tag team championships! Introducing first, from Adelaide, Austrailia, Rhea Ripley!"

Rhea took a deep breath before walking through the curtain to huge cheers from the crowd which made Rhea smile slightly, before she then did her signature pose as some smoke pyro went off on stage before she waited for her partner. Then Nikki Cross theme began playing in the arena as Greg Hamilton said, "And introducing her partner, from Glasgow, Scotland, Almost a Superhero, Nikki A.S.H!"

Nikki then walked through the curtain and ran out on stage to huge cheers from the crowd, Nikki also hugged Rhea before running down to the ring as Rhea sauntered down the ramp after her, before they both then got inside the ring before Rhea told Nikki to stand on the apron as they waited for their opponents.

Natalia's theme then began playing in the arena as she walked out on stage with her partner Tamina as Greg Hamilton said, "And introducing the champions, they are the WWE women's tag team champions, Natalia and Tamina!" As both Natalia and Tamina walked down to the ring before handed their championships to the referee. Before the referee then held up both of the championships for the crowd before he then called for the bell to ring and the match to start.

As the match began, Rhea took Natalia down to the mat with a couple of clotheslines before she then irish whipped her towards Tamina and Rhea allowed Natalia to make the tag as Tamina came into the ring, then both Rhea and Tamina began trading left and right hands in the middle of the ring as well as a few forearms as the crowd booed and cheered with each blow that connected.

Then eventually Tamina managed to knock Rhea towards the ropes and as she rebounded Tamina went to lift her onto her shoulders for a samoan drop, but Rhea managed to wiggle herself free and dropped down behind Tamina and as Tamina turned to face her, Rhea connected with a clothesline knocking her down to mat before then making the tag to Nikki A.S.H.

Halfway through the match, Natalia and Tamina seemed to have the upperhand, making frequent tags to each other and not allowing Nikki to make the tag to Rhea, who was desperate to get into the match at this point and turn things around in their favour. Then just as it looked like Nikki was about to make the tag, Tamina pulled Rhea off the apron and the two women began brawling on the outside.

Meanwhile inside the ring, Natalia continued to beat down Nikki but Nikki managed to fight back before Nikki then climbed the turnbuckle and connected with a cross body splash and hooked the leg as the referee began the count, "1..2.." before Natalia was able to peel her shoulder up from the mat as the match continued.

The end of the match came when Natalia was trying to set up for her sharpshooter submission while Tamina and Rhea were still fighting on the outside of the ring, but Rhea managed to lift Tamina and connected with her riptide finisher on the apron which distracted Natalia, while Natalia was distracted Nikki rolled her into a small package as the referee started counting, "1..2..3!" and the bell rang and the match was over.

Rhea then slid back into the ring and helped Nikki up to her feet as the referee handed them the WWE women's tag team championships as Greg Hamilton said, "Ladies and gentlemen here are your winners, and the new WWE women's tag team champions, Rhea Ripley and almost a superhero Nikki A.S.H!"

Nikki jumped onto Rhea and wrapped her legs around her as she celebrated and Rhea held Nikki with one arm while she smiled and raised her title with her other arm to huge cheers from the crowd, before they both then left the ring as they walked up the ramp together and stood at the top of the ramp and smiled at the crowd, before they then continued walking through the curtain to the backstage area.

Backstage...

When Nikki and Rhea walked backstage with their newly won WWE women's tag team championships, Nikki smiled excitedly as she said, "Yeah! We did it! We are the new WWE women's tag team champions!" Rhea couldn't help but giggle as she stood next to Nikki and replied,

"Yeah, we did it Nikki. Now we need to prove to everyone that our win wasn't a fluke by defending our WWE women's tag team championships."

Nikki had a beaming smile on her face as she looked at Rhea and said, "Yes, but first we should celebrate! We deserve it." before Nikki then stood on her tip toes as she gave Rhea a little peck on her cheek, causing the taller Austrailian to blush a little before running off down the hallway towards the locker room.

Rhea followed after Nikki down the hallway towards the locker room, and as Rhea entered the locker room to get changed from her ring gear into her casual clothes, she could hear water running from the shower area and she thought to herself, "Nikki must be taking a shower before she gets changed. I guess I should probably take a shower as well."

As Rhea stepped inside the shower area, she peaked around the corner and saw Nikki standing under the shower and blushed slightly as she saw the water trickling down her skin, Rhea thought to herself, "Damn, Nikki looks so gorgeous. and her innocent looking smile is just way too cute."

Rhea then held her breath as she heard Nikki's voice as she said, "I'll be out in a minute Rhea, I'm almost done." After Rhea had released the breath she was holding, she walked into the shower behind Nikki and hugged her from behind which caused Nikki to blush a little as she said,"R-Rhea! I'll be out in a minute, I'm almost done."

Then Rhea turned Nikki around so that she was facing her and smiled as she looked down into her hazel eyes as she said, "I know Nikki, but I have realized something that can't wait fo when we are out of the shower." she then closed her eyes and took a deep breath before she opened them again as she added, "The thing is...I love you Nikki, and I think I have always loved you ever since we were in NXT together. I just had to get this off my chest and tell you how I feel, if you don't feel the same then that's fine."

Nikki blushed a little as she looked up at Rhea, the water from the shower dripping down their bodies, before she smiled as she replied, "Oh Rhea, I...I didn't know that's how ya felt about me. And I know you are waiting for an answer from me, but...I'm not sure words will be enough to descibe what I feel for you."
