The boys were taking a midday break. Sky was seated by a tree, strumming his harp absentmindedly as the Champion and their youngest member handed out the skewers they prepped the night before. As the young boy approached the tree, he slowed, his face transfixed on the musician. Sky happened to glance in his direction. He stopped and smiled. "Thanks," he said, accepting the offered food.

"Um…"

"Hm? What is it?"

The little boy blushed. "Um, I was wondering, could you maybe, um, play that again? I want to record it."

Sky stared blankly at him. "Record?"

"Yeah." The boy pulled a spherical pendant out from under his shirt. "This can save sounds, the way the Sheikah Slate can save images. It's called 'recording'. My—" He stopped, quickly checking over his shoulder before lowering his voice. "My sisters made it."

Sky smiled. "You have sisters?"

The boy nodded. "Four of them. And three brothers."

"Wow! Big family, then?"

He nodded again.

"Older or younger?"

"My brothers are all older than me, but one of my sisters is younger."

"Hey!"

The boy startled as the Hero of Wind walked over to them.

Wind beamed at him. "You're a big brother too, huh?"

The boy blushed. "Well, mostly little brother—"

"Oh. I thought I heard you say you had a little sister?"

"I do, but, my other sisters are all older than me. My brothers are all older than me too."

"Ohhh."

Sky took the opportunity to eat his lunch.

"What's it like having brothers?"

"What do you mean?"

"Well, I've only got Aryll, so I only know what sisters are like."

"Your— your sister's name is Aryll?"

"Yeah, why?"

"So's mine! I mean, one of them." He looked at the pendant. "She and Tetra made this for me."

"Tetra‽ No way, that is too weird!"

"What?"

"Tetra is what my Zelda goes by. It was her name before she learned who she was."

"No way!"

"Yeah! What are your other sisters' names?"

"Well, the oldest is Mipha, and the youngest is Malon. And my brothers are Rhoam, and Talon, and Dampé."

"Hm… Nope, don't recognize any of those."

"Isn't Malon the name of Time's wife?" Sky asked

"Oh yeah!" Wind snapped his fingers. "Forgot about that."

"Hey, Wind?"

"Yeah?"

"Um… if you don't mind me asking… what are your parents like?"

Wind rubbed the back of his head. "I don't really remember them. I think they died when my sister and I were really little. My grandmother's the one who looks after us, and she never really talks about it."

"Oh… I'm sorry."

"Oh no, it's fine!" Wind waved his hands. "My grandma's the best!"

Sky finished his skewer and pulled out his harp. "You wanted to hear that song again, right?"

"Oh! Yes please." The newcomer got his pendant ready.

"What's that?"

"It saves sound. Shh."

The boys went quiet as Sky began to play.
