Hey all.
I normally don't have updates or notes but I wanted to at least post a little something.
I'm still working on the next chapter, but the progress is slow as I want it to be perfect (this is what happens when you're an Earth sign). I did want to go over a few things about what I have planned and clear a few things up on this series.
The main subject I want to talk about is Sarah. I have not been descriptive on her looks and there's a reason for that. All I gave so far is that she identifies as a woman, bisexual, shorter than Sam and is 20 (about to be 21 and age more throughout the series). That is all I will give regarding her looks as I want the reader to imagine Sarah the way they want to.
To disclose a little bit about myself, I am white in real life. I remember coming across a post about how a lot of readers were getting annoyed on when fanfiction authors do a Character x reader story and how the reader is written as white and has a certain physique.
I want to give readers an opportunity to see Sarah the way they wish to see her. If you see her as a plus size big girl, that is what she is. If you see her as Black, Asian, or mixed race, then she's any of the above. If you see her as a non-binary individual who uses she/her pronouns, then she is non-binary. I picture her a certain way, but readers here should be given an opportunity to see her in their own mind because we all deserve to feel beautiful and represented.
Second topic: I am planning on making this a series of books. This book is going to mainly tackle season 2 of Supernatural. I won't be doing season 3 as that season would be hard to write in fanfiction format for me personally (I also may or may not wanna rush to get Castiel in this story), so the next book will take place around the end of season 4 and cover season 5.
