"Don't worry you three, Anne's going to be fine. But that strange amount of energy she used took a lot out of her and will not be able to do anything for a little while and need's quiet as well" said Mrs Boonchuy.
"We got it Mrs B, thank's for understanding the situation" said Hop Pop.
Then she made her way back into the kitchen while the Plantar's sat on the couch but Sprig was more down anyone knowing he can't disturb or wake Anne up for any reason after what happened tonight.
"This blows, how am I suppose to occupy myself now?" asked Sprig.
"Sorry boy, but you heard Mrs B. Under no circumstance can you do anything that Anne will hear you for, until she's regained her strength we just have to be patient" said Hop Pop.
Sprig crossed his arm's as he was not happy that he can't do anything crazy or loud until tomorrow but he had to respect the rule's, meanwhile in the kitchen Mrs Boonchuy knew they were not pleased with laying down those strict rule's but it was for their own good. Mr Boonchuy was with his wife and both sat at the table.
"Honey I know Anne wasn't being exactly honest in the beginning of all this, but she had her reason's. Protecting those frog's who she care's for very much and it's understandable, if we was in that position and the role's were revsered we'd do the exact same thing" Mr Boonchuy explained.
"I get that dear, but she should've told us straight away and not leave it till that robot caused havoc on us. I'm not angry cause she was keeping everyone safe but i'm a bit dissapointed that Anne didn't come clean at first, but what's done is done and we have to move on" Mrs Boonchuy replied.
Back in the lounge Sprig was overhearing the conversation between Anne's parents and did not take it very well hearing what they really felt on what happened, he was about to confront them but Hop Pop stopped him by pulling him by his jacket.
"Sprig what the heck do you think you're doing?" asked Hop Pop.
"I'm going to give them a piece of my mind for not listening to what Anne was trying to tell them earlier" replied Sprig.
"That's not a good idea bro, if you make this worse they'll punish us for sure. Plus if Anne hear's about it as well she'll not talk to us for a while, please Sprig do not do something that you'll regret" said Polly.
"Polly's right, I can understand you being upset but yelling at her parent's will not help anyone. Now get back on that couch and do as you're told, that's an order" said Hop Pop.
Sprig was more not happy with his sister and grandfather for taking much of their side then he smacked Hop Pop's hand away and runned off to the basement and locked the door behind him while they tried to stop him.
"Sprig Plantar, open the door this instant" said Hop Pop annoyed.
"Leave me alone, you just don't get it. I'm the only one who 100% believe's everything Anne said and you're taking her parent's side, no-one listen's to reason and always blame's her for getting us into trouble. That's not fair and wrong" said Sprig.
Hop Pop tried to unlock the door and Polly tried to barge in but it was bolted shut and not going anywhere, they looked at each other and knew what had to be done and had to tell Mr and Mrs Boonchuy themselves but in the right way as they made their way into the kitchen.
"Excuse us Mrs B, but Sprig was overhearing what you've been saying about Anne" said Hop Pop.
"What? I'm sorry but that pink frog had no right eavesdropping on our conversation, it's unacceptable" replied Mrs Boonchuy.
"We get that, we've tried explaining it to him but Sprig just wouldn't listen. He was even going to confront you if Hop Pop hadn't stopped him" said Polly.
Mr and Mrs Boonchuy gave each other a almost surprised look but they knew this would not be tolorated and were about to confront Sprig about this, they approached the locked door luckily they was a key and unlocked it and went down and saw Sprig at the desk arm's crossed looking angry.
"Excuse me pink frog, you turn round and look at me when I'm talking to you right now" Mrs Boonchuy demanded.
"For frog's sake boy, do as you're told or I'll make you by force" said Hop Pop.
"No why should I, you never listen to me when I'm trying to make thing's right or you just blame all the problem's on Anne. You are so unfair and I'm not moving from this spot you hear me?" replied Sprig.
Everyone gasped on what he just said and that only made thing's worse as Mrs Boonchuy was not going to put up with this and grabbed him and tried to take him out but Sprig grabbed hold of the desk and was not letting go. She then tried pulling him off by his feet but he wouldn't budge then Hop Pop and Polly intervened and grabbed him as well but still he refused to release his grip.
"Let go of me" said Sprig.
"Not until you come to your senses and apologize for your actions" replied Mrs Boonchuy.
"If you're not going to do the right thing, then we'll just have to do it the hard way" said Hop Pop.
Sprig forced their hand's and they yanked him with such force almost bringing the working desk with him, his finger's were slipping off as he tried to hold on but he was outnumbered and with one more hard pull on his legs Sprig was finally tugged off and went flying with everyone. Hop Pop then pinned his grandson down to make sure he doesn't run off again but Sprig was kicking and yelling but he was overpowered.
"You made me do this boy, now you're going to get swiftly punished for this" said Hop Pop.
"Not on your life old man, now get off me" said Sprig kicking his grandfather in the face.
As he tried to get away once more he was intercepted by Anne's parents and they were much more forceful than Hop Pop and just carried him out and then Mr Boonchuy locked all the exit door's and window's to make sure Sprig didn't escape. Hop Pop was rubbing his face from being kicked by his grandson and was not happy in the slightest.
"I am not having this unacceptable behaviour in my home, now you leave me no choice. You are barred from spending time with my daughter until further notice" said Mrs Boonchuy.
"And also you are not to leave this house because we're placing all of you in lockdown" said Mr Boonchuy.
"Get your gruppy hand's off me you bunch of snops, I'll never listen to you" said Sprig kicking and squirming.
"Honey, this is going to be harsh. Place him in the closet and lock the door" said Mrs Boonchuy.
And with that Sprig was forcefully removed from their sight and he was still struggling and fighting but finally was placed in the closet upstair's out of reach from Anne's, Sprig grabbed hold of the frame but Mr Boonchuy was more stronger and yanked him off and was placed inside and quickly locked the door shut, Sprig banged on it demanding to be let out but that wasn't going to happen anytime soon.
"I didn't want it to come to this boy, but you are going to stay in their and think about what you've done. You are not coming out until you calm down and say sorry" said Hop Pop.
And they all dissappeared back down and Sprig knew he was now trapped in their like a bad frog, they ignored him and just got on with their routine much to Anne's unawareness as she was still resting from the Cloak-bot battle.
"You can't do this, this is cruelty to young frogs. Let me out of here or you're going to regret it" said Sprig.
He tried to unlock the door but it was out of his reach then was trying to kick it open but that too failed, meanwhile Anne was slowly coming to and when she opened her eyes was back home wondering what happened. Anne then just got enough rest and recovery she got out of her bed and started to make her way downstair's till in the distance she heard something hitting the door.
"What the heck is that?" said Anne approaching the door.
When Anne got their who she saw was inside their really shocked her, it was Sprig still trying to get out as she tried to get the door unlocked. But when Anne eventually got it unbolted Sprig swung it open and it hit her in the face. He was free but turned to his right and his best friend was awake and then realised what he did.
"Oh no Anne, are you okay?" asked Sprig.
"I'm alright, what the heck were you doing in their anyway?" Anne replied.
"Your parent's were punishing me for defending you about what was said about you trying to do the right thing, then locked me in here till I said sorry" Sprig explained.
Anne was shocked that her own parent's went to that point that she was going to talk some sense into them and Sprig was by her side, once she was now downstair's in the lounge everyone else looked and saw her almost in disgust and let Sprig out.
"I've got a bone to pick with all of you" said Anne in a angry tone crossing her arms.
"Anne what are you doing out of bed, you're suppose to be resting" said Hop Pop.
"Oh I've rested alright, but Sprig told me everything that just happened. How can you blame him for what happened tonight, that's not right and you are completely out of line. Sprig was only saying those thing's cause he does care about me, so what you did judging and treating him like that is unaccpetable" said Anne.
Mr and Mrs Boonchuy were stunned as well as Hop Pop and Polly that Anne was defending Sprig like he did for her, she didn't take it lightly and said what had to be said much to her parent's and other frog family's shocked look's. But came to the realisation that she was right and had to sort this matter out.
"Dear, our daughter's correct. We did not fully listen to what she's been saying as we were so caught up on what went down earlier and was only keeping the frog's safe" said Mr Boonchuy.
"I now actknowledge it too, we are very sorry Anne. Guess we were too blind to see what you really doing, and that was protecting the one's you love" said Mrs Boonchuy.
"That's fine I accept that, but I think you own one to Sprig as well for what you did to him" said Anne.
"Boy we're sorry for going too far like that, it's just your parent's thought they were being honest and truthful. But after you opened their eye's and ours after what you said was true, we were wrong too. We apologize Sprig" said Hop Pop.
"Sorry" said Polly, Mr and Mrs Boonchuy to Sprig.
"That's okay, let's bury that hatchet and move on" replied Sprig.
He then nodded his acception of their apologizes and was more calm now that everything was out in the open, Anne knelt down to him and gave him a hug as he returned it back. Everyone else gave him one as well and they can put what happened tonight behind them and look to tomorrow.
"Next time we'll try to listen you more Anne, we promise" said Mr Boonchuy.
"And be more open and not jump to anymore conclusion's" said Hop Pop.
Anne thankfully began to smile and the entire family gave one group hug almost squashing her, once they pulled away everyone was then on the couch and could now enjoy the remainder of the evening knowing they are now more stronger and closer than ever.
