I don't own Rise of the Guardians, The Guardians of childhood series, Peter Pan, or the Tinkerbell movies. I do not own any other books or movies I may add for the sake of plot. I hope you enjoy and sorry about the last chapter ending in a weird place the fanfiction app wouldn't publish the whole chapter so I had to make the rest of it chapter 3
Jack took a drink of water before continuing "Now before I tell the story could you Peter and the warm weather fairies come over to this side of the room? And North can you get warm blankets for them. I don't want any of them getting too cold with the window open and all. You winter fairies please stay by the window so you don't get to warm ok?" Everyone did as asked then once everyone was settled Jack started his story. As he told the story everyone even the Guardians were enraptured in it. Turns out Jack has a talent for telling stories. They all laughed at the antics of the tooth collecting race. They were shocked and saddened by the temporary loss of Sandy. But when Jack got to the point of the Easter fiasco he faltered. "Now I wasn't planning on talking about this next part yet but, I see that in order for everyone to understand I must. But please don't be too mad at North, Tooth, and Bunny. They don't know what really happened and they were very upset about everything that happened at that point. And when emotions are that high things that are said and done can easily become things one regrets." So Jack continued the tail. He couldn't look at anyone and, they could tell he was getting a little emotional himself. When he got to the part when he left after Easter was ruined he paused.
He didn't have to wait long because Tinkerbell's famous red faced temper came out full force at the Guardians. She started yelling at them right to their faces. Though only Tooth of the four of them could understand her they could tell that she was telling them off. what was astonishing was she wasn't the only one. All the fairies and sparrowmen joined Tinkerbell in lecturing them. Then Sandy lost his temper and joined them too. Peter didn't know what to say. So he did the only thing he could think of. You see Peter has the ability to change his age from as young as six to as old as 12. When he is upset his age fluctuates until he settles at age six. Which is what happened now. Once his age settled he climbed into bed with Jack an Baby Tooth and, went into Jack's open arms giving Jack a gentle hug and resting his head on Jack's shoulder.
While rubbing Peter's back Jack heard him say in a soft voice "I don't understand. Why would they do that? Why couldn't they believe in you enough to think you wouldn't do that?" Jack looking down at him and realizing how said they both were decided to be honest with him but also cheer him up. "I don't know Buddy. I wish I could explain it. All I know is what I explained before. When emotions are high it can bring the worst out in people. It doesn't make them bad people. It just means that no one is perfect and, though it's hard sometimes giving second chances but it is worth it. I did that with them and the story isn't over. It does get a little worse but, I promise you it gets alot better in the end ok?" "OK but can I stay here while you tell it please?" Peter asked. "Sure but get your blanket first. I don't want you getting sick on me."
Peter was just about to do that when they heard "I've got it Sweet Tooth." Apparently the yelling had stopped and from the look of everyone's faces the heard all of Jack's conversation with Peter. Some of them even had tears in their eyes. As Tooth put the blanket over Peter she said. "We still have things to discuss about what happened on Easter but that can wait for another time. Please will you finish the story Sweet Tooth? Smiling and nodding Jack did just that. Everyone had a look of horror on their faces when he told them of his confrontation with Pitch. The Fairies and Peter cheered for Baby Tooth when they heard of her pecking Pitches hand with her beak. But then they were further horrified when they heard that Pitch broke Jack's staff, and pain it induced, and Jack and Baby Tooth being thrown into a crevasse. But cheers happened again when Jack told them that thanks to Baby Tooth he saw his memories, realized he is a Guardian, and fixed his staff. When he got to the part when he made it to Jamie's house everyone paid rapt attention especially Bunny. They were awed at how Jack kept Jamie's belief alive and cheered as Jamie became Jack's first believer. Then came the final battle with Pitch. No one made a sound as not to miss a detail. When Jack reached the end as they flew away in the sleigh they all cheered once more.
Once they settled Jack explained his injuries and how he had to stay at Santoff Claussen until he healed. This reminded Jack of something "Oh by the way guys um I forgot to mention this earlier. But when I'm in contact with my element meaning snow, frost, or ice packs. It helps me heal better and faster. So if we could start snow packs for my ribs in a bit please that would be great." "Speaking of ribs Jack are you in pain now?" North asked. "Surprisingly no I'm actually comfortable at the moment." Jack answered. "Good is good now would anyone like a tour of workshop?" North asked. Peter yawned and said "I'm sleepy can I stay with you for awhile please Jack?" Giving a fond smile Jack replied "You always did get tuckered out easier at this age little brother, but yes you can stay as long as your warm enough underneath your blanket." Peter nodded and was soon asleep. Sandy came over and gave Peter a good dream of Peter and Jack flying and playing together. Jack mouthed a thankyou to him. Sandy put up symbols meaning your welcome.
Turns out the fairies wanted a tour. Tinkerbell flew over and kissed Peter and Jack on their foreheads then left with the others. North leading the tour. Bunny had to get back to the Warren to start Easter clean up. Tooth and Sandy had to get back to work as well. Plus Tooth had to supervise the checking and returning of the memory boxes. Before they left they said goodbye and that they would come back soon probably for supper. Then Tooth asked "Will you be alright by yourself Sweet Tooth?" "Yeah I'll be find I'll probably just take another nap with Peter here. Good luck with the clean up and organizing and everything. I'll see you guys when you get back ok?" With that Tooth kissed his forehead and she and Bunny left. Before he left Sandy offered Jack some dream sand to help him sleep and have a nice dream. Jack accepted so Sandy gave him a similar dream as before but with his family in better detail including Peter, the fairies, Baby Tooth, and the Guardians. He soon left and Jack and Peter were off in dreamland.
