After I negotiated with Ophis, I planned to bring us to the real world, but then I felt Ophis touch me. When I looked at her, my vision started to get blurry. I don't know what Ophis did, but I felt sleepy, and my body was covered with purple and green light. In my mind, I could hear Ddraig asking me if I was okay and what was happening, but I couldn't answer him as I passed out.
When I opened my eyes, I didn't know where I was, but I saw what seemed to be a dragon flying towards me. It wasn't slowing down, so I tried to duck, but it was useless. My body wasn't responding. When the dragon was inches away from me, I was prepared to feel an immense amount of pain, but I didn't. Instead, I felt something enter my body, and a surge of energy emerged from my body. I feel myself getting stronger. After a while, I finally understood what the dragon was. It was my dragon core. It is now one with me. My body was then covered in purple and green energy that swirled around me to form a cocoon.
I don't know how long I was inside the cocoon, but when I felt the surge of energy from earlier lessen, I decided to destroy the cocoon. When I emerged, I saw that I was no longer in the place where I saw the flying dragon. Instead, I was standing in front of Ophis. When I looked at her, I thought that she got smaller, but that's not it. I got taller. I then inspected my body. I felt it was much more muscular and toned than it was before. I also felt that my hair was longer, and I saw a patch of hair in front of my face that was red. I then conjured a mirror to see what I look like, my eyes are now green, and I looked a lot more handsome than I did before…let's be honest, I was barely average looking before. Now, if we compare me with Kiba, he is nothing compared to what I look like now, and that's not me being a narcissist. After inspecting my body and looks, I stared at Ophis.
"What did you do? I felt you touch me, then I felt sleepy," I asked Ophis.
"I find you interesting. So, I gave you, my blessing. I didn't think you would have such a reaction with my blessing," Ophis said.
"Do you just give your blessing to people that you gain interest in?" I asked.
"No," Was all Ophis said.
"I see. Anyway, let's get out of here. I need to explain things to Raynare and Asia regarding your stay with us. And I need to tell my parents as well," I said before bringing us out of the Mirror Dimension.
I decided not to cast an illusion on myself and finally explain to my parents about the Supernatural. I knocked on the door, and Mom opened it.
"Can I help you?" Mom said.
"Hey, mom. Can I come in?" I said.
"Uhm…I think you have the wrong house. I only have one son," Mom said.
"Mom! It's me, Issei! I'll just come in and explain everything," I said. My mother then called for my father. She was shouting that a stranger was forcing his way in, and my father came running with a baseball bat, ready to beat the shit out of me. Even Raynare and Asia, who was in the kitchen, ran to help my mother.
"I need you all to calm down!" I shouted while my green eyes turned into slits. This scared everyone, including Raynare.
"I'm telling you! I'm Issei!" I added.
"What the hell happened to you?! You look…" Raynare was interrupted by me.
"Different? Yeah, I know. Since this happened, I thought I might as well tell my family about the world of the Supernatural. That's why I didn't bother hiding in an illusion," I said.
"Issei? Is that really you?" Mom asked.
"Yeah, mom. It's really me. Now, can I come in so I can explain everything?" I said. Mom then stopped blocking the doorway, allowing me and Ophis to enter.
I explained everything except the fact that my soul was from a different world and that I was a reincarnated person. I told them about the existence of Devils, Angels, Fallen Angels and other species such as Youkai and Gods. At first, my parents didn't believe me until Raynare decided to show her wings. This made my mother faint. It took her thirty minutes to wake up. After explaining all I could, my mother asked me who the little girl was. I told them the truth.
"That little girl is a G-God?" Mom asked.
"She's not a little girl. She's a Dragon God with the ability to shapeshift. She can take on any form she likes," I explained.
"All of this is just too much information for one night. But I can't believe that you are on your way to fulfilling your Harem dream," My dad said while nodding his head. He then got smacked by Mom in the head.
"Tell us, Issei. Are we safe?" Mom asked.
"You're relatively safe. The Supernatural isn't that interested in normal people," I said. Mom then let out a sigh of relief.
The following day, when we went to school. Everyone was staring at me. I can' be bothered to put on a disguise. It's not like with Raynare, where she has to hide the fact she's a Fallen Angel. As for me, they already know that I'm part of the Supernatural world and don't care if they know, but not so for Raynare. Sona and Tsubaki, standing at the front gate to welcome the students, were walking towards Raynare, Asia and I. But I can tell that she is staring at me.
"Excuse me. I don't believe I've seen you before. And I don't remember being informed of a transfer student," Sona said.
"Funny how you don't know what your own fiancé looks like," Raynare said.
"What are you talking about?" Sona asked.
"Sona. It's me, Issei," I said.
"What?!" Sona and Tsubaki shouted at the same time.
Seeing their reaction, I told Raynare and Asia that I'd see them in class. I then brought Sona and Tsubaki to the StuCo room to explain why I looked the way I do, but I didn't mention anything about Ophis. Sona understood, but Tsubaki couldn't believe it.
"Anyway. Sona, since you're my fiancé, I was hoping we get to know more about each other," I said.
"Are you asking me out on a date?" Sona said.
"I am. I thought it's the best way to get to know each other," I said.
"Sure. How does this Saturday sound?" Sona said.
"Great! Where should we meet?" I said.
"How about the front of the school?" Sona said.
"Alright, I'll meet you then," I said. Then I left the room and headed to class.
Tsubaki was in the room the entire time I asked Sona out on a date. She couldn't believe that Sona was entertaining the idea of being my fiancé. The look in her eyes is all I needed to know that she would be spying on our date.
