I was heading to the Mirror Dimension to meet one of the strongest female Devils. Great! That's not going to go well. I can feel it. Once I was in the Mirror Dimension, I had to look for her. She wasn't in the place I left her, unlike Ophis. I think that she might have tried to escape and found out she couldn't. I need to find her.
I looked everywhere! I couldn't find her. Where the hell can she be?! It was then I heard an explosion and felt the ground shake. I flew towards the direction where I believe the explosion came from. When I got there, I found Grayfia. She was trying to use her magic to teleport out of the Mirror Dimension. The more Mana she puts in her spell, the more powerful the explosion.
'Yikes! That's got to hurt,' said in my head.
'That it does. Magic backfire is a nasty thing. What I'm surprised, though, is that a master at using magic like Grayfia Lucifuge has a magic backfire,' Ddraig said.
While talking to Ddraig, Grayfia has been blown up three times. Huh? She is pretty stubborn. I really should stop this before she runs out of clothing to cover her. But Damn! She has a fantastic figure. She has a slender waist, a nice round perky butt, and a voluptuous breast. The only problem is her pride as a Devil. Other than that, I don't know much about her.
"Nothing you do will work," I told Grayfia.
"What have you done?! Why can't I leave this place?!" Grayfia shouted.
"You can't leave because you are using the wrong magical energy. No matter how powerful you are, you won't be leaving this place unless I let you out," I said. She then attacked me without holding back.
"Calm down! I mean you no harm!" I shouted while dodging her barrage of elemental attacks. I didn't want to attack her.
"Calm down?! You've trapped me here for days! And no matter what I do, my teleportation magic would backfire!" Grayfia shouted. She was delusional due to her anger. I don't know how to calm her down.
'Ddraig! Do you know anything that can calm her down?!' I asked.
'Sorry, partner. I do not. I know only of the killing kind,' Ddraig said.
While dodging Grayfia's attacks, I was thinking of a way to stop her. Then it hit me! I made some hand signs. I cast the Rings of Raggadorr. It could bind the power of those restrained by it. Success…For about thirty seconds. I guess the incompatibility of Mana and Extra-Dimensional Energy is more serious than I thought. That or I didn't use enough energy to power the spell. After all, Grayfia is the strongest Devil that the Satan Faction have produced. And according to Euclid, she is as powerful as Serafall.
If a single me can't do it, then how about a dozen! I then used the duplication spell to duplicate myself. I created twenty-five duplicates. Some of us used the Crimson Band of Cyttorak, and some used Ring of Raggadorr. This time it was enough o stop her. That would mean that I need to adjust the amount of Extra-Dimensional Energy I use when using a spell against a powerful foe.
"Please! Calm down! The only reason I trapped you here in the first place was because of your arrogance when you were in my home. You barged in without permission, and you called me a commoner. I know that you pride yourself as a Devil, but that's just not right. And if it makes it better, I apologise for punching you in the face, then kicking you, then trapping you here for a few days," I said. Grayfia then seemed to calm down.
"No. It's my fault for being rude in your home. I apologise. But was it necessary to trap me here?" Grayfia said.
"I didn't originally plan to trap you here. I planned to use this place to fight you as it wouldn't affect the real world, but then I thought, 'Why not teach her a lesson by trapping her in the Mirror Dimension for a few days?', and that's what I did," I explained. She seemed to understand.
"Can you release me from these restraints," Grayfia said.
"I will, but if you attack me, I will restrain you once more," I said. Grayfia looked at me and sighed.
"I understand,' Grayfia said. I then released her from her restraints. And she didn't attack me.
"What is this place? You said it was something called a Mirror Dimension. And your magic, it's different from any magic I've seen," Grayfia asked.
"You can say that it's relatively new. I'm the only one who can use it, and that's why you couldn't escape from here. The system of my magic and yours are incompatible," I said.
"Anyway. It's time for you to leave this place. You've been stuck here long enough. Next time, I suggest you not piss off someone you don't know," I added. Then I opened a portal to let her out. Thank god this ordeal did not end up with one of us dead.
'The spells you use is nothing like I've ever seen before. Even the energy isn't yours when you use it. And that duplication spell wasn't an illusion, it was real, yet it was not. Who taught you such magic?' Ddraig said.
'How I learned to wield the Mystic Arts is a secret,' I told Ddraig.
'You once said that Mana is incompatible with Extra-Dimensional Energy, which I assume is powering the Mystic Arts. Then how about Draconic Energy? Since the day you've received Ophis' blessing, you become a full-fledged Humanoid Dragon,' Ddraig said.
'Wait…Are you saying that Draconic Energy is different from Mana?' I asked.
'It is. That's why Dragons that wield magic are far superior to other races of the same rank. Because Draconic Energy is far more potent,' Ddraig said.
'Hmm… That's something to think about later. For now, let's get out of here," I said. Then I opened a portal once more to return to the real world.
When I got home, I remembered that I still haven't put a security spell on my parent's house. SO, I got to it. I put a spell that would obscure the house from the eyes of the Supernatural. Then I put a spell that would warn me if anyone ever tried to tamper with my spell. Lastly, I cast a warding spell on the house. It's a simple spell but quite unbreakable. Now, when someone uses teleportation magic to enter my house, it would cause their magic to backfire. The only way to enter the house through teleportation is through the usage of Extra-Dimensional Energy.
