About Me:

Hi, I'm Tav, crackshipper extraordinaire, part time plant denizen in the internet. I'm in uni majoring in Plant Science, minoring in English and Entomology. I write mostly niche fic for Naruto, but at some point I'll probably branch out in terms of fandom. Real life can get quite busy for me these days, but I'm still generally updating the regularly scheduled fanfiction (and occasionally running off with wild ideas.)

Approximately nothing is ever abandoned if I've published it, it just takes me forever to come back to an idea sometimes because my muse is a fickle fickle thing.

Last week I learned that my research grant application was approved! I'm going to be doing research this summer! (super hyped.) The current state of the semester is very busy since I'm weathering the second block of exams and then hopefully doing well on my finals. Writing is still happening though, so I should be sharing some projects that I'm really excited about with you all shortly.

In fic news: A Plum Blossom in the Snow, what I predict to be the six chapter bridge between A Bolt of Silk and its sequel A Measure of Steel is currently underway on the writing train! I've finished up CH 3 and sent it off to the betas, and am working on CH 4 with a solid outline for scenes and things to achieve in CH 56. Steel is more tentatively plotted/outlined, but I have a good idea of the arc structure and where I want to be going!

In any case, there are exciting developments in the future, and I'm so excited to be sharing this journey with everyone.

The Current Backlog (AKA When Will Tav Update? A Guesstimate)

A Plum Blossom in The Snow: 3/6 chapters complete. Updates Wednesdays.

Prophet: Ch 10 and 11 outlined, in drafting mode

Bloodless: Last updated 03/18/21.

Sun/Moon: restarted working on Sun, tentatively plotted out some concepts. have a much better idea of where plot is going.

Dominion: .2/3 (Has restarted work upon this as well)

1920s verse: Say When CH 3 in drafting phase, roughly 3 more scenes to go in Lost on You CH 5.

Sign of the Firebird: .5/7 (Updates likely scheduled for Thursdays after backlog is complete)

Everything Else: Backburner until my muse lets go of the above fics. Chances of Wild Update Appearing increases with Tav's Motivation.
