The following morning, before the start of the Conference between the three factions, Sirzechs visited me. He asked me if I could be the one that set up a barrier to keep the unwanted out of the meeting. I agreed to this, though I used a different method. Rather than causing a backfire when someone tries to teleport in the barrier, they will be transported inside the Mirror Dimension. It didn't matter if they were Human or Devil. They will not be able to interrupt the meeting.

Inside the meeting room, one can see Michael from Heaven and Griselda Quarta, who seems to be holding a package in her hands, Sirzechs with Serafall, and Azazel with Valeria. Then there was Sona and Rias, along with their Queens. I can see Michael staring at me, and so is Valeria, and I know why.

"Now, introductions are in order. I am Sirzechs Lucifer. This is my little sister Rias and her Queen Akeno," Sirzechs said while introducing Rias.

"Serafall Leviathan, and this is my sister Sona and her Queen, Tsubaki," Serafall said.

"Azazel, Governor-General of the Fallen Angels and this is Valeria, White Dragon Empress," Azazel said.

"Seraph Michael, and this is Griselda Quarta," Michael said, and Griselda bowed her head.

"Hyoudou Issei," I said. I didn't want to say anymore.

"I believe all the participants are here. So, shall we begin the meeting," Sirzechs said.

Sona and Rias then retold the situation they were in. They reported everything, and they left nothing out. They even mentioned their knowledge of God's death. Griselda was surprised with the information she heard as the death of God had never been mentioned to her. Though, the most that interested her is the mention of an Excalibur that isn't in pieces. It wasn't just her, though. Everyone was interested, even if they read it through the report. It was different to hear it in person from those involved.

"Those are the details of the incident that my Peerage and I were involved in," Rias said.

"I, Sona Sitri, also bear witness that the events in her report are true," Sona said.

"Thank you. You may step down. Now, Mr Hyoudou, how about you? Is there anything you would like to add to their statement?" Sirzechs said.

"Nothing. Her report is spot on. There isn't a single sentence she said that isn't accurate," I said.

"I see. Now, I would like to hear the Fallen Angel's Governor-General's opinion on the report that was given," Sirzechs said.

"There isn't much that I can say. Kokabiel has left the Grigori for a while now. He proposed that the Fallen Angel show their superiority through another war. Shemhazai and I rejected that proposal. The Fallen Angels, just like the Devils and Angels, aren't in the condition for another war. Nor am I interested in one," Azazel said.

"So, you're saying that you didn't know of his plan?" Sirzechs asked.

"No, I didn't. As I said, he left the Grigori a while back. We've been searching for him, but he was nowhere to be found, that's why when I felt his presence, I sent the White Dragon Empress to deal with him, but that fell through when I assumed the worst as the magical signature of Kuoh town's leaders disappeared. I flew to Kuoh Academy myself, but I couldn't find a single trace of magic being used. It was like everything disappeared to nothingness. After searching for a while, the suddenly appeared from a portal," Azazel explained.

"Now, enough of this farce. Let's just quickly make peace. That's what you are all after, isn't it?" Azazel said. Sona and Rias, along with their Queens, were shocked at Azazel's words. None of the leaders denied the words of Azazel.

Azazel was expecting to be attacked during the meeting, but he sighed a breath of relief when nothing of the sort happened. Looking around the room, Valeria seems to be waiting for something. She doesn't know that the barrier was changed at the last minute. Meaning her plan to allow the Satan faction and the rogue magician to disrupt the meeting was a flop.

I looked at Valeria and smirked. She saw this but didn't have any reaction. For the past few minutes, I have been feeling all the people that have tried to enter the barrier, none of them can pass through the correct way, and they are stuck in the Mirror Dimension, which includes Katerea Leviathan.

"Are you okay there, Governor-General? Were you expecting something?" I asked.

"Everything is fine. And yes, I was expecting a new group that has recently emerged to attack this meeting as they don't believe in the peace of our three races. They are called Khaos Brigade," Azazel said.

"Your assumptions are correct. They did, in fact, tried to infiltrate, but thanks to my barrier, they failed and fell for the trap. They should be spending some time in the Mirror Dimension," I said.

"The Mirror Dimension? That was mentioned in Sona and Rias' report. What is the Mirror Dimension?" Sirzechs asked.

"A dimension that is a mirror of our world, everything that happens here, will be reflected in that dimension, but it doesn't work the other way around. It's a good place to trap my enemies because they can see everything happening in the real world, but they won't be able to interact with anyone. Those with weak mental strength would go crazy over time. Though none can access it, except for me," I said while a smile on my face.

"Oho, that's interesting. I've never heard of anything like it. I've heard of different realms but a dimension that mirrors a world, now that's interesting," Azazel said.

"Can we get on with the meeting?" Serafall said.

"The three-way deadlock is only harming this world. You all agree, right?" Azazel said.

"The two war generals, God and the Devil King, have been annihilated," Sirzechs said.

"That's the thing. The problem lies with the two outside the three powers, the Red and White Dragon Emperor/Empress, who are strong enough to change the world. I have found the White Dragon Empress, but not the Red. I've felt its awakening, but not who or where they may be," Azazel said.

"Hold on! Azazel, you said that you felt the Boosted Gear awaken here in Kuoh," Rias said.

"That's right. But after that, who knows where the wielder may be. I haven't felt its power since the awakening, there is no telling if the person stayed in Kuoh or they left," Azazel said.

"Oh, you don't have to look for him because he is here with us," I said.

"Oho, you know who the Red Dragon Emperor/Empress is?" Azazel asked.

"Of course. Isn't he speaking with you now?" I said with a smile on my face.

"Eh?" Sona, Rias and the other people were surprised to hear what I said.

"I knew there was something about you the moment we met. Albion was feeling the same, but he couldn't sense Ddraig, just that his blood boils when he looks at you," Valeria said. Then she thought of something.

"Hold on a minute! But you aren't human or at least half-human. How could you have the Boosted Gear?" Valeria said.

"Oh, but I was human. It hasn't been long since I was turned into a dragon," I said.

"Turned?" Azazel asked.

"That's right. I was born human, but I was born with a dragon's core. Thank's to a certain somebody, I was turned into a humanoid dragon," I said.

"Ha-ha-ha! I don't care for your backstory. I find this world boring. But with the Red Dragon Emperor now awake, I can finally have my fun!" Valeria said. She then donned her Balance Breaker.

"If you truly are the Red Dragon Emperor, then show me what you've got! Divide! Huh?" Valeria said. She was able to divide my Mana successfully, but it didn't decrease in the slightest.

"That's not right! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Why isn't your power decreasing?!" Valeria shouted. The reason for that is Avalon. She steals my Mana, and Avalon replenishes it. No matter how much she divides, I would never run out for as long as I have Avalon.

"Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost!" Ddraig announced. Everyone looked at me. They saw my fingerless gauntlet. Michael was confused since the Boosted Gear looked different, then there is the fact that the ten-second limit isn't functioning.

"That cannot be…How were you able to remove the ten-second limit without achieving Balance Breaker!" Valeria shouted.

"Oh, but my Boosted Gear is in Balance Breaker. Unlike the original Boosted Gear, I don't have a Scale Mail as I find it too bulky. Now, if you want a fight, then let's fight, but let's go somewhere where it wouldn't bring harm to bystanders," I said.

I then brought all the people in the Conference to the Mirror Dimension. Valeria tried to fight it, but she wasn't strong enough to break the Mirror Dimension Portal. As for the others, they just let it take them as they felt no ill will. Once we got to the Mirror Dimension, all the terrorist that tried to enter the meeting was there, trying to get out. I used my power to control the Mirror Dimension to send them away, and then I created a pseudo arena for Valeria and me to fight.
