Chapter One

Franklin and Micheal sat in the office of the Factory waiting for the rest of the crew. Lester entered, clearly rather nervous.

"Ah, hello. I'd talk, but things seem to be going wrong, hopefully the job won't be messed up either. Listen, I had to get a new driver. I know this guy, his name is Nathan Evans." Lester explained. "You can trust him, he's done work for me in the past, mostly just smuggling and occasional assassinations."

"Occasional?" A labored voice suddenly rang. "More accurate would be once in a blue moon. It's great seeing you." Micheal turned his gaze to the doorway. A man stood there in a black two piece suit with a black shirt and tie. He had a pair of black woolen gloves covering his hands, and one of those cheap ski masks you buy at the dollar store that can be several things around his neck.

"Ah, Nathan, glad you made it." Lester exclaimed. "These are Micheal and Franklin, Franklin will be driving the bikes with you and Micheal's leading this."

"It's a pleasure dog." Franklin greeted. He stuck his hand out to shake. Nathan took a moment to analyze the car thief and eventually shook his hand.

"Likewise." Nathan responded, "Hope we can work well together." Micheal took a step forward.

"And I'm the boss of this, Micheal De Santa." Nathan turned to Micheal and took a look at him. The pause was longer than it was for Franklin, clearly, Nathan was trying to get a read on him.

"You're the one who made Madrazo angry huh?" Nathan asked. "Dumb move on your part. I Prefer to keep him happy, you see. If I move products in his territory, he sees a cut of my pay. If he hires me, I go off the grid until it's done. How can I know someone who made him angry and is only doing this job to pay him off won't screw me over?"

"Because he'll skin me alive if I do." Micheal stated, staring into Nathan's eyes. "You trust me?"

"Trust is earned." Nathan stated. "In your case, you won't earn it until I see my twenty five percent wired to me."

"It's a two way street, pal." Micheal responded as the rest of the crew, a gunman named Packie that Franklin trusted and that Rickie Lukens guy from the life invader offices. The crew took their seats and Micheal cleared his throat.

"Alright. I want to say thanks for being part of our little operation." Micheal began. "We're all professionals, we all know the score. We're gonna execute the plan, we're gonna move quick, and we're gonna keep cool. Anybody gets pinched, this meeting never took place, we don't know each other, is that clear?" Lester continued the briefing.

"Now we looked very, very carefully at the plans, we considered something more complicated. But given the location, the weakness of staffing and the exit points, we believe that a more simple plan will work best."

"We're gonna hack in, disable security, and waltz right in through the front door." Micheal continued. "Security guard should be to our left. We neutralize him, fifteen seconds later, you come in. I want extreme pressure applied to the staff. The customers are to be calmly subdued. I want one guy to be on crowd control while you and I empty out the cabinets. We're in and out in ninety seconds guys. Franklin will carry out your getaway, I'll be leaving on foot. Any questions?" No one asked anything.

"Good luck you guys." Lester wished.

"Let's go." Micheal stated.

Franklin stepped into the driver's seat of the van as Micheal ordered Nathan and Packie to the back. He turned the vehicle on, lurching forward into the road and pulling into traffic.

"Alright, listen up. The four of us in this van are about to become accomplices in a major crime." Micheal suddenly said. "I gotta be able to trust you with my life, my liberty, my reputation. Same goes for you. A crew will only work- only work - when there is trust. So in the interest of fostering that kind of relationship in the short time that we have got, let me introduce myself. I'm Micheal, I've done this type of thing before, more than a few times. I've made good money doing it. Enough to spend a long time not doing it. I hope it goes without saying, I know a lot of people. Anyone yaps about me or any of you, you'll be dealt with. Got it? Now, Frank, over to you." Franklin sighed.

"Uhh… Yeah man, I'm Franklin, dog, and I'm new to these planned out detailed robberies." He greeted. "I done my share of small jobs, you know - liquor stores, warehouses, boosting cars. And then I met this dude right here, Micheal, man, and he turned me onto this thing."

"So who's next?" Micheal asked as they stopped at a red light. Packie spoke up, explaining that he was from Liberty City and that he was disappointed by the people in Los Santos. At first, Micheal was going to introduce Nathan, but he stopped him.

"I'm Nathan, all you need to know is that I sourced the escape bikes, and that I'll be making sure we don't get caught when it's high time we sell the gems." Nathan stated.

"Can you hold your own in a fight?" Micheal asked. "If something happens, and we can't help you, I want to know you won't die."

"Served in the Air Force, SEAR certified, I know how to fight." Nathan responded. The crew arrived at the store, and while Packie and Micheal entered the store, Franklin went with Nathan to secure the bikes.

"Damn, these scout bikes?" Franklin asked.

"Not just any scout bikes, those are Manchez Scouts, they make good turns and will get us through the tunnels no problem." Nathan explained. "Like them?"

"Hell yeah dog." Franklin answered. "How'd you get these?"

"I have friends." Nathan responded. The bikes were set up, now it was time to get the loot. Micheal came out with Packie, bags in hand. Micheal pushed a cop that was harassing the pair of drivers to the ground as he gave Franklin one of the bags.

"You forget a thousand things every day pal, make sure this is one of them." Micheal spat before taking off.

"Let's go, follow me!" Nathan yelled as he shot off at full throttle. The route was fairly standard at first, a few tight turns, then, they fell into the freeway, driving into a tunnel.

"Left here." Nathan informed the team as they drove into some tunnels inside the tunnel. "Either way here, they both go to the same place." Soon enough, the crew was on the outside, getting shot at, trying to get into a van, normal heist shit. After a brief window, the crew finally got to a safe place.

"Great work everyone, lay low for a while and split up, cops will be looking for a group." Micheal informed the team.

"Kinda hard for me, I'm fencing these." Nathan stated.

"You serious man?" Franklin asked.

"Dead serious, I'm a smuggler by trade these days." Nathan informed the car thief.

"Great work Nathan, I'll look you up if I need a driver again, or maybe a pilot." Micheal stated. Nathan shot him a venomous look.

"Don't talk to me until I have my twenty five percent." Nathan spat. "I'll trust you then. Franklin, take this. Call me if you need a job not being offered by this snake." Nathan gave a slip of paper to Franklin before climbing into the postal van and driving off.

14 sometimes hated his job. Sometimes it was fun, like taking down madmen with nukes. Others, he was looking through blurry police footage to make sure a man who's way too good at hiding his identity was involved in a heist. He swore to god that Nathan was sometimes an asshole. His phone went off, Nathan's cellphone number as the ID.

Speak of the devil and he will come. 14 thought. "Please tell me you were on the job."

"I was, I actually just sold the goods, as a matter of fact." Nathan responded.

"Thank god, if I have to look at another pixel again I am going to go postal." 14 sighed. "I'm guessing you want a briefing now?"

"Anything helps." Nathan responded.

"Alright, let me get Dani on the line." 14 informed his friend and coworker. He added another person to the call, Daniella "Dani" Abbot, a former member of Merryweather's black ops, turned upper management, who just so happened to be planning a coup with the IAA.

"Alrighty, we're all here." 14 began. "So, we all know that Don Percival, is a prick, and the FIB, are also pricks. So, we're going to take both down at the same time. Here's how: Nathan infiltrates the FIB and feeds us information and sabotages their objectives. We then take credit for what they do. And at the same time, Dani works Merryweather from the inside."

"There's a server with intel on an experimental railgun at Humane labs, that's a start for us." Dani informed the group.

"Micheal trusts me too much, so does that Franklin kid, I won't need to do much." Nathan mused.

"And I'll get to work getting us a blacksite and some equipment. You still got those favors with the boys at Zancudo?" 14 asked.

"Of course, I'll make sure they make good on them." Nathan answered.

"Glad you're helping us Nathan, it's good to work with you." Dani stated. "Let's make some trouble."

A/N: Finally got this out. Not much to say here except that I will implement some online aspects, and that Dani is an OC I made for this. Hope you enjoyed, and have a great day!
