Kim stumbled as she walked down the halls of Middleton High. She needed to get out of here. She should probably just check herself into a mental facility because clearly she was mentally unstable if she had managed to conjure up a distorted reality where she was attracted to Bonnie Rockwaller. How else could she explain this? The girl was barely her friend and she had gone and ruined that by kissing her!

Kim felt like she had been hit in the stomach. The air was becoming too hard to breathe.

"Kim? Kim we still need your signature and approval for the bake sale to raise money to enhance the student council meeting room," Jamie from student council said.

"Uh yeah okay," Kim shakily took the pen from Jamie and scribbled a barely legible signature on the sheet of paper.

"Are you okay?" Jamie asked. Kim nodded, not able to get the words out.

She continued stumbling down the hall where she bumped into Ron. "Kim? KP? Are you feeling okay?"

"Yeah. Um actually no I just have to get out of here," she said, clutching her stomach.

"But what about bueno nacho?"

"I can't today I'm really sorry I just have to go," Kim said, taking off down the hall.

"Is it just me or is Kim acting weird?" Ron said to Rufus. "Uh-uh weird," Rufus said.

Kim made it to her car, fumbling with her car keys as she opened her car door. She took a deep breath and stared at her shaking hands.

How would she drive home feeling like this? Wait! She couldn't go home now. One of her parents might be home and they would know something was up and she couldn't tell them what she had done.

Kim thought for a moment. Where would she go? Maybe Bonnie's secret hiding place? No. That wouldn't work. The brunette could easily find her if she wanted to and that was the last thing she wanted.

Then it hit her. The park. Sure it was out in the open and it wasn't really much of a hiding place but it always brought her joy when she was a kid so she was hoping that was still the case.

She drove to the park, and sat on a bench watching children with their parents.

She held her head back and closed her eyes. "Hi," she opened her eyes seeing a little blonde girl looking about six years old staring at her.

"Hi. What's your name?" Kim asked. "Lori." "Well hi Lori. I'm-" "Kim Possible. I know. You're my hero. You're super brave." Those words sounded so ironic to Kim. If she was so brave, why did she kiss Bonnie then run?

Realizing Lori was still standing there Kim smiled. "Thank you."

The girl stared at Kim for a moment before speaking. "You look sad."

"Oh well. I just had a bad day that's all."

"Why?" Lori asked. "Oh um well I kind of had a fight with my friend."

"It's okay. You should give her a hug. That's what I do when my friend and I fight. I apologize and give her a hug."

Kim smiled. "Thank you Lori." The little girl hugged Kim. "I have to go now but I hope you feel better and I hope your friend won't be mad at you."

Kim smiled again. "Me too." Lori waved goodbye and went back to the swing sets where a blonde man started pushing her.

Before she knew it, it was 8pm. She had to get home. Her folks were gonna be mad as hell. She had ignored the calls from both her parents, Bonnie and Ron.

She couldn't handle talking to anyone before she cleared her head but now that she had, she knew she had to go home. After all it wasn't like she could just camp out in the park all night.

It was 8:10 when Kim entered her house. She walked into the kitchem where she saw both her parents with their arms crossed and furious looks on their faces.

"Kimberly Ann Possible! Where on earth were you?" James Possible asked. "I was um just driving around. I didn't feel well after school and I just needed a break," Kim said.

"And you couldn't bother to answer our calls? Are you still ill? Ronald told us that you seemed out of sorts at school," Ann said.

It was now that Kim noticed Ron standing behind her mother. "Yes mom. I'm fine. Thanks for the concern Ron."

Ron smiled a bit. "I'm feeling a bit tired so I'm just gonna shower and go to bed. Good night guys," Kim said. Everyone said good night.

"Do you sense that something is going on with her?" James asked his wife. "Yes and I'll get to the bottom of it," Ann said.

Bonnie had been lying in her bed ever since she got home from school. She didn't shower, she didn't eat, she only changed out of her cheer uniform and laid in bed, staring up at the ceiling.

She had never been kissed like that before. It felt electric. Sure Bonnie had her fair share of kisses and they were good but they didn't feel like they felt with Kim. The red head had made Bonnie's head spin after that kiss. So much so that she couldn't think straight enough to continue practice. She didn't even know how she managed to drive home. That in and of itself was a miracle.

She just wished the red head would stop avoiding her. She had not answered any of Bonnie's calls since the kiss and that left Bonnie feeling incomplete. She had half a mind to go over to the Possible residence and demand an answer from the red head but she knew it wasn't an option. The girl's parents were no doubt there and that conversation was not one she needed them to hear.

Her phone buzzed next to her and she looked at it in eager anticipation, frowning when she realized that it was just Brick.

She went back to staring up at the ceiling without answering the text.

Kim laid on her stomach, staring out into space. Despite hearing how brave she was from Lori her heart rate still increased when she thought about the brunette whom she kissed.

She didn't know how she would face her tomorrow. How would Bonnie react? Would she slap her? Would she tell people that Kim was a lesbian who had some sort of sick crush on her? Both outcomes worried Kim. She didn't want to get detention again for fighting the brunette and she wasn't sure of her sexuality and if she really was a lesbian, she wanted to be the one to tell people that. Not Bonnie.

A knock on Kim's door interrupted her train of thought.

"Mom?" "I come bearing cake. It's chocolate. Your favourite."

Kim smiled and sat up in bed. Ann handed her daughter the plate.

"Kimberly Ann I have been your mother for sixteen years and I know when something is wrong. So tell me, what's wrong?"

"Have you ever done something that you never thought you would do?"

Ann furrowed her brows. "I'm not sure I know what you mean."

Kim sighed. "Have you ever liked someone and you knew that liking them would only cause problems?"

"Is this about Ron?" Kim shook her head. "Who is it about then?"

"Just someone. It's not important who. I'm just worried about how the person will react to me liking them."

"Well Kimmie telling someone you like them is always hard but if you truly like this person and you want a chance with them then you have to say something."

"That's just the thing. I skipped past the talking and went straight to kissing."

Ann gasped. "Was it Josh you kissed?"

For the sake of the conversation, Kim nodded. For now Bonnie would remain anonymous.

"Well how did he react?" "I don't know. I kind of ran off."

"Awwww Kimmie. You'll have to face him eventually to know where you two stand. Right now he's aware you like him but you didn't give him a chance to tell you how he feels."

"But I'm scared. I'm not used to feeling this vulnerable," Kim admitted sadly.

Ann set her cake down and put an arm around her daughter. "It's okay Kimmie. We all feel vulnerable at some point or the other. It's normal to feel that way. Especially around people we love and care about but we learn to work around these feelings and tell people how we really feel."

Kim leaned into her mom. "So you think I should talk to Josh?" "I do." "But what if I freeze up?" "You'll be fine. Anything is Possible for a Possible."

"Thanks mom. I love you." "I love you too Kimmie cub," Ann Possible said and kissed her daughter's forehead.

Who else agrees with Ann that Kim should just talk to "Josh"?
