Entry: I Found "It"
Dear Diary,
I think, for the first time ever, I found that "one thing" my uncle always told me about. Y'know, the "special thing" that all Snow Folk like us will keep from melting through our clutches. And what is this special thing I speak of? Why only the most beautiful girl I've ever seen...and she's from the Land of Sun, if you'll believe me or not. Heh heh...
The moment I saw her, I thought my heart was going to melt from all the feelings rushing forth from it. I never really got her name, but I heard the others talk about someone called the "Heat Mistress" of the Land of Sun, aptly named so because of a "special kind of warmth" they exert from their mere presence. And, judging from how I felt right then and there, I have a good feeling that HAD to be her because...WOW. I don't think I ever had such a feeling of heat come over me like that. Not the kind that could melt a Snow Folk...but just that special kind you only get from meeting the one you are destined for.
I'm planning to take a trip out to find her in a short while. Yep. That means crossing the "Thawing Point" that exists towards the mid region of our shared land. While I am worried a touch for trekking through the sun that's sure to be burning down on me once I cross, I won't let that stop me if it means I'll be able to see her. I'll do whatever I can...to make her that "special something" uncle always told me about. I just can't fail...
