Eddie was drinking coffee when TK and Carlos came downstairs.
"Eddie, do you know where Charlotte is right now?"answered TK.
Eddie looked up from making breakfast for Christopher. "Charlotte ask could hanged out at the firehouse, Evan took her with him to work. I have the day off-will pick up my daughter at lunch"answered Eddie.
"Eddie, Has Charlotte ever talk about her foster homes with you lately?"asked Carlos.
"No, Is something wrong?"asked Eddie.
"We know something is bothering our daughter, she's will not tell us for the passed 3 days ago"answered TK.
"I will ask when picking her up at the firehouse"answered Eddie.
Carlos waved goodbye-he had to get to worked.
TK asked he could come with Eddie to pick up Charlotte.
"Sure"answered Eddie.
Christopher comes downstairs-at first doesn't say anything to TK in front of his dad.
11:45 arrived at the firehouse
No trucks in the firehouse
"Everyone must be out"answered Eddie.
Christopher was out with Carla.
TK and Eddie found Charlotte
making a late lunch for the crew
Maddie and Albert were at the firehouse.
"Maddie, how are you feeling?"asked TK.
Maddie glares at TK Strands. "I'm feeling fine"snapped Maddie.
Nancy and Chloe new member to the ambulance crew was there.
"Wouldn't go there boys"answered Chloe.
"Charlotte, we came to pick you up"answered TK.
Charlotte looks up from making something on the counter. "nope. can't leave until Uncle Evan comes back"answered Charlotte.
"Charlotte, pretty sure the food will be fine. Carlos and Melina are meeting us at the park for lunch"answered TK reading text from Carlos.
Charlotte looks at Eddie Diaz her dad. "The two of you can leave, I'm busy"answered Charlotte.
"TK, texted Carlos have him come here for lunch"answered Chloe helping Charlotte.
"Two more people will not hurt in feeding this lot"answered Nancy.
15 minutes later
Everyone returns.
"Evan, there's muffins"answered Nancy.
"Thanks"answered Evan.
"Charlotte, thanks for making us food"answered Athena Grant Nash.
"Well let's eat"answered Bobby.
Those who were in the firehouse, set down.
"Charlotte, aren't you gonna eat?"asked Melina.
Noticing that Charlotte didn't take any food on the table or counter
"I don't understand you make us food here at the firehouse, but usually don't eat it"answered Henrietta.
"It's not mine to take to begin with. I just help out here sometimes."answered Charlotte.
Not noticing the strange looks on Evan, TK and Carlos face.
"aren't leaving the firehouse, until you eat something first"answered TK and Carlos at once.
"Fine"answered Charlotte leaving the table-heading downstairs.
Eddie, Carlos and TK raced after Charlotte.
Melina and Chloe followed them.
That's where they found Charlotte digging through her backpack.
Foot steps coming into the firehouse.
Nicholas McGarrett and Sky Shields were there to picked up Charlotte.
"Charlotte, aren't leaving the firehouse until you eat something first"answered TK and Carlos said at once.
"Excuse me, how dare you say that to Charlotte"answered Sky Shields.
"Nicholas, Can you carry me to the car?"asked Charlotte.
"sure"answered Nicholas.
Picking Charlotte up in his arms.
