It had been a few days Sense Rex had left , Max and Zoe were currently arguing.
Zoe then said," HOW CAN YOU NOT MISS HIM HE WAS LIKE A BROTHER!"
Max was in tears her hurts heart "FIVE STAGES OF GRIEF DENIAL!"
the pink haired woman took a step back! Max was not bright so when he said something that made sense , he won! he would honestly win if he made sense! she stopped and said," and I guess I am stop in Anger then!" she growled hating herself upon seeing Max's tears, "nothing that happens right now is us it's grief if you can see it it has to be it! No offense baka!" she covered her mouth the insult slipped out
Max pointed and said," WHEN WE HIT BLAME LET'S BLAME THE PEOPLE WHO BUILT THE TIME MACHINE IN THE FIRST DAM PLACE!" he said hands out clearly having hit anger!
the pink haired young woman crossed her arms "WHY REX COULD HAVE STAYED INSTEAD OF GOING WITH STRANGERS!?" she called out hands out!
Only for the baka to cry clearly hitting depression, "because if we don't we could rip each other part! I lost what was basically a brother to me! I don't want to lose the girl I am crushing on so hard she makes me act a fool!" he covered his mouth it slipping out!
Zoe jumped blinking part of her realized she was so focused on the stars they meet on the way she didn't look at the boys! which she should have been! as the stars where adults and her star struck cute childish crush would hopefully not been returned! Then their was Jim who came form a place and time where human where objects but Max treated her like a person! no matter what they always made up and came back together So they where already checking some couple bases! " ... I feel stupid I missed that but I want to check something!" She pulled out her phone to text amy " did you know Max had a crush on me?"
the girl got the reply, "wait you two aren't a coupe! I thought you were together and Rex was you guy's spare tire if you will!" She read it out loud and Max looked down as he said," Wait people really thought the three of us where... I don't think of Rex like that! It would be like kissing your brother!"
the pink haired lady Blinked and pointed, "Thank you for saying what I am thinking right now! so you have a crush on me! people thought me you and Rex where a trouple! and wait... did we just hit acceptance? did we just help each other true the stages of Grief and moved on to is their something more then friendship between us?"
Max was red and said,"looks that way! but what do we..." he was cut off by Zoe grabbing him and kissing him like she tried to Do, once but quickly this time! hands on her face to stop him form moving away! he was read but closed his eyes enjoying this! before long Zoe's arms went to around his neck and Max put his hands on her hips as they kissed confirming they where more then friends!
Now little did they know a flash of light was coming their way light most won't see, like Aki she couldn't see the light just her son kissing Zoe both crying," and the two back wheels cry and kiss over their missing front wheel, as the tricycle has broken now!" she said revealing she believed the d-team where a trouple too! As the white light she couldn't see touched Max and Zoe changing them for ever!
A weeks later.
Max now dressed in a black shirt and jeans , black boots was walking holding hands with Zoe who switched to a black skirt black tank top with a skull on it, blakc hair ribbons Black stockings and black flats. sense the flash hit them the new couple had been seeing ghosts! Something neither new how to deal with but they meet a lot they could see them to and where hoping they where not crazy! they where not just crazy meeting other crazy people.
they had two other mysteries that added to their new goth outlook Zoe looked to her wrist at the cross bracelet that kept coming back! " did we go mad or sane? I can't tell Max?" She said sighing Max put an arm around her to say I am here for you! it was enough to make her smile they didn't have answers! they figured this was thanks to the cosmos stones and plates clash. Right now the sun was setting as they looked up but heard a hiss!
Max pulled zoe close in his hand was his D-team badge as he looked around only to see a hungry Ghost or hollow! snake like tail blue torso, raptor skull head hole in the neck, arms two tendrils screaming in a voice they knew, "THEY TOOK HIM AWAY!"
Zoe backed up holding the cross hoping this would work she saw someone do it last night, "Dr owen?" she said shaking as the hollow roared and sent to hit them but they jumped out of the way.
In a moment a glowing bow formed in Zoe's hand as Max's necklace became a black flame like clever both blinked and looked before Dr owen's hollow said, "I lost my child! SO THEY WILL LOSE THEIRS!" Zoe mimed shooting a bow with her bow firing off a blue energy Arrow that the hollow slapped away with it's right tendril! it roared at them and went to whip with the other one!
Max held out the clever he figured out he could do this with his old d-team badge awhile ago! it slashed the tendril making Doctor Owen hope back in pain he held his weapon out and said, "Ok! That worked!"
In a moment how ever a soul reaper came to slash the hollow in half as he looked to them, "A Quincy and a fullbirnger Flash?" the confused kids nodded as the soul reaper said, "Don't know how it opened but a small pocket was opened for a moment into the beast realm! the flash flood of all that spiritual pressure moving to this lower pressure system gave people powers they shouldn't logically have we set up a camp to teach you lot how to use those powers"
A few days later when summon hit Max and Zoe where on a bus! Max was in a white shirt with the soul society symbol on it and green sleeves , and blue shorts, Zoe had the same outfit on but her sleeves where blue! the other teens and kids on it had the same uniforms their was also black sleeved! the colors reflected the cabin they would go to! Max was fullbringer, Zoe Quincy and the black sleeved where other.
Zoe blinked before holding her boyfriend's hand, "for the first time in a long time I feel normal!" she said happily around others who could see the real world!"
Max's left eye twitched, "I know... But I found out my parents marriage is open! before we left so... trying to process that!" Zoe hugged him and cuddled him to comfort him as they pulled up to the sigh reading "Camp soul!"
