The man named Charles Brown but known to most as Kiteman felt worried as he read the text that his boyfriend Harry Potter had sent him.

The text read:

Charles, sorry but I have to cancel our date today. I'm sick with something, don't worry it's not serious, I think it's just a cold. I took a potion and should be better soon.

Kiteman was a D list villain whose self-proclaimed superpower was kites.

He was an average man who usually wore a mostly green outfit that consisted of bronze boots, matching gloves, light green pants, a matching shirt, and a brown belt. His outfit had a large, yellow, kite shaped button on his chest which when pressed releases a kite out of a holder mechanism. He would wear a helmet like piece of headwear that he always had on, this consisted of a green cowl with a yellow and orange visor and a yellow kite crest on his forehead that was similar to the one on his chest.

Despite Kiteman being a villain, he was a decent guy and was currently dating the wizard Harry Potter.

Kiteman supposed that Harry was a man who was out of his league, but he didn't care, he had pursued Harry anyway. It had been love at first sight for Kiteman, he had seen Harry working at a Gotham coffee shop one afternoon and had decided then that he wanted him. He didn't care what anyone thought and just went for it. Kiteman had luckily become successful in his romantic advances towards the barista and now he was dating the other male.

Kiteman considered himself to be incredibly lucky to be dating Harry and he was completely in love with the wizard.

Harry was a man in his late twenties, he had short black, messy hair, vivid green eyes and wore a pair of black, round glasses. Harry was also a man of average height, had a lean but slightly muscled body and a unique scar on his forehead that was shaped like a lightning bolt.

Kiteman was worried about Harry, though Harry said in the text that it wasn't serious and that he was taking something for it, he couldn't help but feel worried anyway.

So, he decided to surprise Harry and take care of him. He went to the store and bought some medicine just in case Harry didn't have enough, a bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates, a tub of ice cream and some movies.

He was sure that Harry would be so surprised and happy to see him.

When Kiteman saw Harry soon after knocking upon his boyfriend's door he felt surprised and concerned, despite the text that Harry had sent him, to see that Harry was indeed sick.

There was Harry in front of him, handsome as he always looked, though today he looked a bit feverish and pale.

Kiteman also saw, and this was probably because Harry might have taken a wizarding medicine for his cold, that there was steam coming out from Harry's ears.

Harry sneezed into a tissue before speaking to him.

"Charles, I told you I can't go out with you today, I'm sick!" Harry said with a slight frown on his face as he stared at Kiteman.

Kiteman though feeling concerned for Harry grinned, "The Kiteman has come to take care of his wonderful and beautiful boyfriend"

Harry coughed into his hand before giving a sigh, Harry gave a sigh, "That's sweet of you Charles..but I don't really need to be taken care of."

"Can I take care of you anyway?" asked Kiteman.

Kiteman was hoping that Harry wouldn't send him away, he wanted to take care of his boyfriend.

"Um…Sure…come in then I guess but no kissing or sex okay? I don't want you to get sick" Harry said, before giving a cough.

Relief washed through Kiteman's insides and he smiled at Harry before Kiteman then walked Harry inside to his boyfriend's lounge room.

Kiteman then soon gave Harry the flowers and afterwards put them in a vase of water, he put the ice cream in the freezer, left the box of chocolates with Harry and Harry put on one of the movies.

Harry sat down on the couch and Kiteman put a box of tissues near him, made sure that he had the chocolates, a cup of water and resting on the couch comfortably.

"Is there anything else that you need right now Harry?" Kiteman asked.

Harry wore a thoughtful expression on his still feverish looking face for a moment before he shook his head and gave a smile to the villain.

"No, that's everything I need for now Charles" Harry said.

Kiteman said a quiet "Hell yeah" before joining Harry on the couch.

A couple of hours later the steam disappeared from Harry's ears.

"Thank you for coming over to be with me Charles, you're a good boyfriend" Harry said later.

Kiteman couldn't help but smile at this and say a quiet "Hell, yeah!" as he was getting Harry a bowl of ice cream.

"I couldn't just leave my wonderful boyfriend alone when he's sick" said Kiteman as he soon gave Harry the bowl of ice cream and a spoon.

Harry smiled and took the offered dessert.

That night Kiteman insisted on staying over to continue to take care of Harry. He would cook for Harry, get Harry anything the wizard wanted or needed and he was simply just there for Harry. He did this for the next couple of days as well, he did this not for the appreciative sex that would surely come when Harry was better but simply because he cared for his boyfriend and as Harry's boyfriend it was his job to be there when the wizard needed him.
