A few days later, Glynda was enjoying her new free time. After receiving Friday, Glynda has completed all her work, even the overdue ones that were meant to be done by Ozpin. She walked around Beacon to ensure that no students were causing any damage. She nodded when she saw nothing wrong. Not far from Glynda, Ozpin was doing a walk around as well. When he saw Glynda, he was curious since she was usually busy.

"Hello, Glynda," Ozpin said. "You seem chipper".

"That's because, for once, I don't have any work to do," Glynda said. "All the work I have is complete, and now I have time to rest. I even had time to coordinate with Jaune regarding the survival training that you approved of".

"Ah, yes. The survival training," Ozpin said. "You know Mr Arc didn't specify the location. All he said is something about forest or desert".

"He hasn't told me either," Glynda said. "All he says is that it would be a surprise".

"With what we know of Mr Arc," Ozpin said. "I do believe that you and the others would be surprised. How surprised? Now that's the question".

Glynda rolled her eyes. Ozpin sounded as if he knew what Jaune was planning, but in reality, he knew nothing. Glynda then made her way to the bullhead port. She plans to head to Vale and have a relaxing day.

On the weekend, Jaune was waiting for everyone to arrive at his house. Jaune plans to use the Bifrost to travel in another world, and he wants to use the pad in the back of the house so that it doesn't damage the ground.

The first to arrive was Qrow, Amber and Glynda. Jaune asked them to come in. Qrow was confused about how Jaune could connect Beacon to his house, he thought he might be drunk, but Qrow remembered that he hadn't had a drink for a while now, ever since he received the ring from Jaune.

"Welcome to my home," Jaune said. "These are Terra, Saphron, and Willow".

Said women were standing beside Jaune while carrying Adrian and Liliana.

"I'm Glynda Goodwitch," Glynda said. She then pointed at Qrow and Amber. "This is my colleague Amber and Qrow".

"It's nice to meet you," Saphron, Terra and Willow said separately.

"You can wait in the living room until RWBY and PRN arrive," Jaune said. "There are some drinks in the kitchen. Feel free to go through the fridge".

"Jaune, Thank you for giving me Friday," Glynda said. "It helped me tremendously. After a long time, I finally got some time for myself".

"Not a problem," Jaune said. "If you like, I'm currently developing glasses that combine the abilities of a scroll and Friday. That way, you can bring Friday with you everywhere".

"That…would be great," Glynda said. "But are you sure you're okay with giving me such technology? I don't think something like that was even made before".

"Just accept it," Saphron said. "When Jaune made up his mind of giving you something, there is no refusing. Remember what happened to your colleague Qrow and the ring? Yeah, we may not have been in the shop, but we were able to watch it on the camera".

"How about I pay for it?" Glynda said.

"Pfft! Ha-ha-ha!" Terra laughed. "Sorry for laughing. It's just that the technology Jaune is offering to give you won't be cheap. It is estimated to go for millions of Lien".

"E-Excuse me?!" Glynda said with shock. "That's not something I can pay. How is it that your husband is giving me something so valuable so easily?".

"Simple," Saphron said. "Because he can".

"That's not a good reason," Glynda said. "Why not sell it instead?".

"Because he doesn't want to," Saphron said. That did not make sense for Glynda at all.

While talking, RWBY and PRN are finally here. They arrived in their usual combat clothing. Glynda, Qrow and Amber were confused since RWBY and PRN didn't have any backpacks.

"Good," Jaune said. "It seems you listened to me".

"What do you mean, Mr Arc?" Glynda asked. "Surely you can't expect them to not have any change of clothing".

"Glynda, you have to understand," Jaune said. "What I plan is proper survival training. They will be in the wild without anything but their clothes on their back. They won't even have weapons with them. If they want a weapon, they are going to build it themselves".

"That's dangerous!" Glynda shouted. "Not having a weapon in the desert or forest is a bad idea. There may be Grimm around".

"Ha-ha-ha-ha!" Jaune laughed at her. "Ha-ha-ha-ha! Grimm would be the last thing they would have to be worried about once we arrive".

"What do you mean?" Glynda said. "There is not a single place on Remnant that doesn't have Grimm".

"Right," Jaune said. "Anywho, let's head to the backyard".

Jaune then looked at Saphron, Terra and Willow. He kissed his wives and said goodbye. Jaune then told everyone to follow him to the back of the house. Once there, they saw a pad. However, everyone looked around but didn't find any Bullhead.

"Alright," Jaune said. "Everyone stand on the pad".

"This isn't like the catapult from initiation, is it?" Ruby asked. "Because I didn't like those".

"It's not," Jaune said. "It's just a landing pad".

Everyone stood in the landing pad, and Jaune took out his Stormbreaker. Qrow looked at Jaune and realised what was about to happen because he remembered the pad from when he was spying on Jaune. Qrow looked up, and everyone was enveloped in a rainbow, and they were hoisted up into the air at high speed.

"Kyaaaaah!" Everyone shouted. Even Qrow.

"Oh, my, Oum! Oh, my, Oum! Oh, my, Oum! Oh, my, Oum!" Ruby was shouting. "We're all being abducted by an alien!".

"We're not being abducted, Ruby," Jaune said. "You are currently on the Bifrost. It's used to travel long distances in mere seconds. Just wait, we're nearly there".

Not long later, they touched down. Everyone looked around, and all they could see was trees and mountains. Ruby looked around and was excited to explore the place. Qrow, on the other hand, has travelled around Remnant, and the landscape isn't something he could recognise.

"Kid, where are we?" Qrow asked. "I don't recognise this place from anywhere. And I've travelled all over Remnant".

"I would like to welcome you all to," Jaune said. "Ark: Ragnarök!".

"Uhm…Where?" Amber asked. "I don't think I've ever heard of that name before".

"I agree," Glynda said. "That name doesn't sound like a place in Vale or Vacuo or Mistral. I don't think I've ever heard of such a place on Remnant".

"That's because we aren't on Remnant," Jaune said. "We are in Ark, a floating artificial ecosystem in outer space".

"Ha-ha-ha-ha!" Qrow laughed. "Kid, you're off your rockers".

"You don't believe me?" Jaune said. "Then why don't you try your Dust".

Qrow tried to use Harbinger's shotgun, but it wasn't firing. That's because his Dust wasn't functioning.

"Why isn't it firing?" Qrow said. He then looked at one of the bullets and saw that the Dust was inert. "That's not possible! Dust only stop functioning once it leaves Remnant's atmosphere".

"We aren't on Remnant," Jaune said. He then looked at Glynda. "And remember when I told you that Grimm was the last thing you need to worry about?".

"Yes, I do," Glynda said.

"That's because," Jaune said. "3…2…1".

A thunderous roar was heard not too far from their location. Everyone looked, and not long later, a T-Rex came out of the forest. It charged at them, Qrow tried to fire his Harbinger, but he forgot it wasn't working. As the T-Rex came close, Jaune intercepted it by grabbing it by its jaw and hurling it far from their location.

"What the hell was that?!" Qrow asked. "I've never seen that before in Remnant".

"Again," Jaune said. "We aren't on Remnant. The sooner you accept that, the better. Now, Team RWBY and PRN. Take this, it would help you".

Jaune gave each of them a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). It can store a limited number of resources and equipment. The things inside are a pickaxe, hatchet, scanner and a builder. One by one, Jaune explained to them what the item inside was for. The pickaxe and hatchet are simple enough. However, the builder is a different story.

Jaune explained that the PDA would receive objectives that they could complete. When they're successful, they will receive rewards blueprints that they can use in the builder. However, the builder would require them to find the raw materials themselves, hence the reason for the last item, the scanner. The scanner would help them look for suitable raw materials.

"Do you all understand?" Jaune asked. Everyone nodded. "Good. Finally, you all would be working with your partners and no one else".

"Uhm…Sorry," Pyrrha said. "I don't have a partner".

"I know," Jaune said. "As punishment for the sparring session, you are to work alone".

"Jaune, that's not a good idea," Glynda said. "For one, this is a foreign place to everyone, and to be alone would be a challenge".

"And that's the reason why I said it was a punishment," Jaune said. "Pyrrha believes herself strong enough to hold back against her peers. If that's the case, then she is strong enough to survive on her own".

Pyrrha has regretted her decision to hold back that day. But now, she hated herself for holding back and decided not to hold back again. Jaune could see that, and he knew that she was learning.

"The professors and I would be monitoring everyone in a portable base I made," Jaune said. He then took out a dozen drones. "This drones will be watching all your every move. I know some of you are going to be worried about being watched while you take a bath. Worry not. The drones would automatically blur your image".

With that, Jaune told each team their starting point. The teams were Ruby and Weiss, Yang and Blake, Ren and Nora, and Pyrrha on her own.

"Oh, and one last thing," Jaune said. "The training would go on for six months".

"Six months!" Everyone shouted.

"But we have school to attend," Weiss said. "Then there is the Vytal Festival".

"Worry not," Jaune said. "A month in the Ark is only a day on Remnant".

No one was looking forward to staying on the Ark for six months. Not even the Professors. However, that's only because they haven't seen the portable base Jaune brought with him. But once they do, they would be having fun as there is a pool and jacuzzi inside.
