The following morning, Nora woke up and saw Ren setting the table. She sat down at the table, and Ren started a conversation.

"Good morning, Nora," Ren said. "How was your sleep?".

"It was amazing!" Nora said while making hand gestures. "I dreamt of you kissing me, then I passed out. Then after that, I dreamt of us getting married!".

"Uhm…Nora," Ren said. "Me kissing you wasn't a dream. There is something that I've been meaning to tell you for a while now".

"I-It wasn't a dream?!" Nora said. "Does that mean us married is also not a dream?!"

"N-No, the getting married part is a dream," Ren said. "But the kiss is not".

"R-Really?!" Nora said. "Oh, Renny! Is the thing that you've been meaning to tell me about your feelings?".

"Yes," Ren said. "I've been in love with you for the longest time. I didn't know whether you had the same feelings for me or not. So, I didn't say anything since I didn't want to damage our friendship".

"Oh, Renny," Nora said with a cheerful look. "I've been in love with you for the longest time as well. Just like you, I didn't know how to tell you how I felt since you always have this stoic look, and I didn't know if you had any interest in me or for any girl for that matter. I felt that the risk of losing you was too high".

"Nora," Ren said. "Starting today, do you want to be together-together?"

"There is nothing more I would love than to be together with you, Ren," Nora said. "So, yes. I want us to be together-together from today till the end of time".

Ren and Nora then shared a kiss.

With Ruby and Weiss, they were making the Fur Armour that they needed for the task they were trying to complete. Ruby was smelting the metal they needed while Weiss was sewing the leather and the fur together. If one was to look at the Fur Armour they were making, one would think that it was luxury clothing.

"Whoa!" Ruby said. "That looks awesome! I didn't know you knew how to sew".

"Of course, I know how to sew," Weiss said. "Mother didn't know how to sew, and I used to have a lot of clothes that I used to damage. That only increased when I decided to be Huntress".

"That's cool," Ruby said. "I thought you're like one of those rich snobs that would toss any of their clothing that's been damaged".

"I may have never done such a thing before," Weiss said. "But I was quite an entitled brat before my mother met Jaune. Since then, my mother came to teach me proper manners and etiquette without the rich snobbiness".

"What do you mean?" Ruby asked.

"How do I put it," Weiss said. "When I first met Jaune, I called him a bumpkin just because I found out that he was from outside the kingdom".

"Seriously?" Ruby asked. Weiss nodded. "Whoa! I would have loved to see that".

"It was then I learned to not judge a book by its cover," Weiss said. "That day was also the day that my mother decided to shape up and be a mother. I have Jaune to thank for that".

"Why do you say that?" Ruby asked. "I mean, it was your mother that changed for the better".

"According to my mother, Jaune gave her a speech that helped her to try and be better," Weiss said. "She never told my brother and me what he said, but it made her change".

"Weiss, do you sometimes feel as if Jaune knows us?" Ruby asked. Weiss was confused at her question. "Like he knows us in a deeper level. As if he's known us for a long time".

"I…have!" Weiss said in realisation. "I-I remember the first day we met. When he looked at me, it felt like he knew who I was and how I was going to act, but I just chalked it up to him being a fan of my music".

"You don't think he's some kind of stalker, is he?" Ruby asked. "I mean, he doesn't have that kind of vibe, though".

"I doubt he's a stalker, Ruby," Weiss said. "Beacon wouldn't have hired him otherwise. I hear that Beacon has some strict hiring process".

"I guess," Ruby said. She then looked at the furnace. "Anyway, it looks like the metal is ready. All I have to do now is to shape it in our sizes".

"This did take shorter than I expected," Weiss said. "Oh well, more time to complete the task to get our special rewards".

While Ruby and Weiss were busy making their Fur Armour. A few miles from their location, Blake and Yang were running from a Rock Elemental. One would think that Yang caused the situation, but no, it was caused by Blake. While swinging around the forest with Gambol Shroud, Blake didn't see that a Rock Elemental was disguised on the ground, and she landed on it. This immediately got the Rock Elemental angry and started chasing her.

Yang then saw that Blake needed help, and she took one of the wooden spears that she made and threw it at the Rock Elemental. Yang has never thrown a spear before. Hence, it missed. However, it was enough to piss off the Rock Elemental and start chasing her.

Blake then swung towards Yang to help her. However, the trees that Gambol Shroud was attached to was not strong enough to withstand both girls' weight, and it snapped. This resulted in both being chased.

"Any bright ideas?" Yang asked. "Because I don't".

"We need to lure it away from our base". Blake said. "I don't want to have to rebuild again".

"Gotcha," Yang said.

For the next thirty minutes, the Bumblebee kept running. Eventually, they were able to lose sight of the Rock Elemental. Both ladies sighed a sigh of relief. Then they both headed back to their base.

"You need to be careful of where you land next time, Blakey," Yang said. "You don't know what we might encounter".

"You're right," Blake said. "But, I was able to find the target that we are looking for".

"You found the Terror Bird?" Yang asked. Blake nodded. "Cool! Once we kill it, we can finally upgrade from a stone base to a metal base. That should keep us safer during the night".

Yang and Blake went to the area with the Terror Bird and enacted their plan to kill it. That wasn't successful as they were ambushed by more than three Terror Birds, and not far from them were Direbears and other creatures. Blake and Yang retreated.

"Okay," Yang said. "I think I know why this thing is the requirement to get the metal upgrades".

"Those things were vicious," Blake said. "To top it off, they were surrounding themselves with other nasty creatures".

"Wanna try to kill it one more time?" Yang asked. "This time, let's try to lure one of them away".

"Not a bad idea," Blake said. "How about we make a pitfall?".

"We don't have the tools for that," Yang said. "Our only solution is to trap it between the trees, and from there, we can kill it".

"Or, we can set up a snare," Blake said. "We don't need any equipment like a shovel. We can use vines as ropes".

"Good idea," Yang said. "Do you know how to set up a snare?"

"I do," Blake said. "Come on, we are wasting daylight".

Blake and Yang set up the snare and went back to the Terror Birds area. Yang threw a rock on one of the birds, and it started chasing them, along with more Terror Birds. However, one of the Terror Birds got caught in the snare. Blake and Yang then waited on top of a tree for the other Terror Birds to leave. Then they killed their Terror Bird, then cooked its meat.

"This tastes great!" Yang said. "Its meat is juicier than a normal chicken".

"I agree," Blake said. "But I still prefer fish".

Yang just rolled her eyes.

Far away from Blake and Yang was Pyrrha. She was inside her base cooking something to eat. Pyrrha was having a wonderful time, unlike the beginning. With her trusted Milo and Akouo, she was able to take on bigger prey. Not long earlier, she was able to take down a Spinosaurus. After cooking her food, she enjoyed it and couldn't wait to take on stronger creatures. She heard about the Manticore, a beast of Myth, but it is a reality in this world.

According to the PDA, if she can take down the Manticore on her own, she will be given a special reward. However, it won't be a weapon. Instead, it would be special armour. Pyrrha didn't care about the armour, but she wanted Jaune to praise her again. She smiled and accepted the task.
