In the volcanic area of the Ark: Ragnarök, Ruby and Weiss were fighting a Wyvern that they lured away from the others. Even a single Wyvern was difficult to kill. It was nimble in the air and could breathe fire, which they were thankful for since the others were able to breathe poison or lightning.

"Weiss!" Ruby shouted. "I'll catch its attention, and you go for the kill. The belly is the softest part of the Wyvern!".

"Got it!" Weiss replied. "This is it. Once we kill the Wyvern, all we would have to do is kill a freaking Dragon".

"Don't mention it!" Ruby shouted. "It's better we concentrate on the Wyvern".

"Fine!" Weiss said. "Now, go! Distract it so that I can kill it".

Ruby distracted the Wyvern by smacking its head multiple times with Crescent Rose. Meanwhile, Weiss was under the Wyvern and was looking for the area where the heart of the Wyvern would be. It took Weiss a while before she even tried to attack the Wyvern. Unfortunately, Weiss did not hit the heart of the Wyvern, and it started chasing her.

"Weiss!" Ruby shouted. "I have an idea!".

"Whatever it is," Weiss said. "Do it! I'll do what I can to keep the Wyvern's attention on me".

"Alright," Ruby said. "But I need you to try and keep it still. I'll fly up higher".

Ruby tried to take a chance and flew up in the sky. She then flew straight down and was not slowing down. With enough speed, Ruby spun and sliced the head of the Wyvern clean of with Crescent Rose. She succeeded and killed the Wyvern. However, her Crescent Rose sustained microfracture in its blade, which isn't noticeable by the naked eye.

"That was amazing!" Weiss said. "Good thinking".

"Thanks," Ruby said. "It was quite nerve-wracking to fly at such speed. But I easily got used to it, and it was exhilarating".

"Really?" Weiss said, and Ruby nodded. "I should give it a try later on. But for now, we can go back to the base and rest. This Wyvern is the hardest creature we have ever fought. No Grimm even comes close to it".

"I know, right?" Ruby said. "Thankfully, we lured the fire Wyvern. If we got the lightning or poison one, we would have been in trouble. Especially with the poison one. We don't have the antidote for it".

"Just one more, Ruby," Weiss said. "Just one more, and we can finally relax and enjoy the rest of the survival training".

"It won't be easy, Weiss," Ruby said. "With just a Wyvern, we were already struggling. The final enemy is a Dragon. We might need to do a lot of tasks to learn more about it".

"I know that," Weiss said. "We still have a month and a half before the end of the training. We could use this time to take on tasks to unlock information on the Dragon and find a possible weakness".

"As long as we don't have to take on a Yutyrannus," Ruby said. "I don't mind doing more tasks. Damn! That Yutyrannus was crazy. Even when we knew that we were safe, the roar still caused us fear. I've never been so scared".

"Luckily, the Yutyrannus fell for the trap," Weiss said. "Or else we would have died from freezing up".

"You know," Ruby said. "I wonder how the others are doing".

"Me too," Weiss said. "I hope they are just as miserable as us".

Far away from Ruby and Weiss. Blake and Yang were enjoying a chill day. They're at Viking Bay, relaxing with Ren and Nora. According to the rules, they cannot work with other teams. However, they aren't working together. They're relaxing together.

"Well, damn!" Yang said. "Nicely done, ninja boy. We were thinking when you would finally figure out that your 'friend' was in love with you".

"Wait," Ren said. "You all knew that Nora has a thing for me?".

"It was obvious," Yang said. "She was always around you. There was even a time that she heard a girl from Beacon had an interest in you. Nora paid her a visit. Poor girl was so scared she had to change class to be away from Nora".

"I remember a girl that left," Ren said. "Is it that one from Oobleck's class?".

"That's her," Yang said.

Blake and Nora came from inside the base. And they made their way to Yang and Ren.

"What are you guys talking about?" Blake asked.

"Nothing," Ren said. "Yang was just congratulating my and Nora's relationship".

"Oh, yeah," Blake said. "Congrats on finally being a couple".

"Thank you," Ren said.

"Scoot over," Nora said. "I want to lay down beside you".

Yang and Blake looked at Ren and Nora. They were a bit jealous of what they have.

"How was the training for you guys," Blake asked. "It was going well for Yang and me until poop was hurled at us".

"Eww!" Nora said. "What did you guys do to get poop flung at you?".

"Yang thought it was a good idea to make funny faces at monkeys," Blake replied. "You know what hurts the most. Not the poop, but the fact that the place that we had was perfect".

"I already apologised for that!" Yang said. "What more do you want?".

"Not getting poop thrown at us," Blake joked. "Anyways. Back to how the training is going for you".

"We were doing well from the beginning," Ren said. "The first place that we stayed at was a cave. But after Nora figured out that you can tame the creatures, she tamed a Raptor, and we left the cave. A good thing too, since there was a giant spider inside the damn cave. I didn't believe Nora at first, but when I saw it, I yelled, 'get us out of here', so many times".

"Ha-ha-ha!" Yang laughed. "Blake and I heard you scream. She even heard you say something about a giant spider, but I didn't believe it. I even suggest we take over the cave you left. Thank Oum we didn't".

"You know," Blake said. "The one I feel sorry for is Pyrrha. Not only are we in a hostile environment, but she is on her own".

"I guess that's why you don't piss Jaune off," Yang said. "You don't know how horrible the punishment is going to be".

"Shiver…" Ren shivered. "I still remember being chased by the robot. That thing packed a punch. It didn't even care that we had no Aura. It blasted me in the chest. I think I even fractured a rib back then".

"What do you think we'll do next after this survival training?" Yang asked. "I hope it's something just as exciting".

"Me too!" Nora said. "All of the things we've done, it was more than I could ever hope for at Beacon".

"Me too," Yang said. "How about you, Blake?".

"Well, it's an experience," Blake said. "I'm amazed that we've survived this far. The amount of difficulty we've been through is far more than any Huntsman or Huntress would go through. Then there is this gravity suit that we wear every day. We get stronger with each passing day, but we would be held back by the suit".

"True," Nora said. "But that's the point. We get stronger every day, and we have to continue pushing ourselves to surpass our previous self. Haven't you realised that your body is a lot heavier than normal?".

"I have," Blake said. "Normally, Gambol Shroud would be able to handle one other person and me, but now, it could barely keep me up".

"That's because our bodies have become denser," Nora said. "I took a task to get a scale. Can you guess my weight?".

"From your height, body shape, and muscles," Blake said. "I would guess, sixty-five to seventy-five".

"Nope!" Nora said cheerfully. "I weigh one-hundred-and-ninety-five kilos (429 lbs)".

"Bullshit!" Yang said. "That's not possible. The only way that's even remotely possible is if your body density is three times more than a normal person".

"That's because our bodies are no longer similar to normal people," Nora said. "Feel your muscles. You'll understand what I mean".

Blake and Yang did as Nora suggested, and they realised that the muscles they have for their physique is much denser than normal. It felt unreal.

"I think it has something to do with the gravity suit," Nora said. "The higher the gravity, the more our muscles compacts with the training".

"I've never heard of such phenomenon before," Blake said.

"That's probably because no one had the technology for it," Ren said. "Everything I've seen Jaune own is nowhere to be found in Remnant".

"Anyway," Nora said. "You guys want to know your weight?".

"Yup!" Yang said. "If what you say is true, then we are the first people to be over two-hundred kilos and look sexy".

"Sure, why not?" Blake said. "It sounds interesting".

Yang and Blake weighed themselves on the scale that Nora owned. It showed that Yang was two-hundred-and-twenty-five kilos (495 lbs), while Blake was two-hundred-and-ten kilos (462 lbs). Everyone then looked at Ren. He shrugged his shoulder and went on the scale. It showed two-hundred-and-forty kilos (528 lbs).

"Damn! We're heavy," Yang said. "But we look good".

"How strong do you think we are if we take off the gravity suit?" Blake said. "I'm quite curious. I'm too scared to test it out since I don't want to be punished".

"Don't know," Nora said. "But I bet we're pretty strong".

Everyone nodded their head. Near a waterfall, Pyrrha was taking a shower. That means that she wasn't wearing the gravity suit, and her clothes were hanging from a tree branch. After her shower, she dried herself, and she yanked on her clothes. The tree branch got caught in her armour, and it snapped like a twig. One must know that the amount of force Pyrrha exerted was not a lot, and the tree branch was around six inches thick. She got scared when it happened.

"Wait, Wait, Wait, Wait," Qrow said. "That can't be real, is it?".

"It's very true," Jaune said. "Why? Do you wish to take on my training?".

"No thanks," Qrow said. "I'm good".

"Pfft," Amber laughed. "You're just scared of his training. I bet you won't even last a month".

"You're on!" Qrow said, falling for Amber's taunt. She wants Qrow to feel what she feels every time she trains with Jaune. "I'll show you!".

"Ahem!" Glynda got Jaune's attention. "Since I have plenty of free time thanks to Friday. Do you mind if I join you on your training?".

"Sure," Jaune said. "Since you'd be busy during the weekday, let's do it on the weekend. I normally train around nine am to twelve pm. But just like the others, I won't help you if you decide to whine".

"Understood," Glynda said. "Do you have any advice for me regarding my semblance?".

"I have a few," Jaune said. "I'll give you a list. They should help increase your telekinesis' potency".

"Thank you," Glynda said. "I appreciate your help".

Ever since Jaune met Glynda, he has always wanted to help her with her semblance. The way Glynda uses it is great, but it has more potential than just lifting objects and pushing them. The proof of that is when Glynda subconsciously uses her telekinesis to a molecular level when she puts things back together. Jaune was excited to see how amazing Glynda would be.
