Hello everyone! I hope you like reading my stories. I love it when people review! I'll never demand reviews in exchange for updates, but I do try to operate according to supply and demand, so if a particular story gets a lot of reviews I'm more likely to concentrate on updating it.

Update 12/25/2014: I've started making covers for my stories finally! Hopefully it will make browsing through a little easier since I'm using the same cover for each series. I could possibly be convinced to make them for other people's stories too, so drop me a line if you're interested.

Update 11/8/2014: Okay, so I have read the ending of Naruto now! I was actually pretty pleased with it. There were ships confirmed, but I was one of the people who would have been happy just about however it went so that's fine. Some of my future stories might be affected, but for now any stories that do have shipping in them will stay with the ships they have whether or not they're the confirmed ones (most of them are AU anyway so whatever). Honestly I'm quite flexible with my Naruto shipping so I hope that doesn't upset any canon sticklers... (and if it does I'll just write the one I outlined where Sasuke had 3 kids with Karin XD)

Update 8/19/2014: Sorry for being off the radar for so long! School really wiped me out and my summer was really busy too. Also, you may have noticed that I deleted my tumblr (if you're one of the 3 followers I had). I did have a couple pictures for Turning Points on it, so I'll try and put those somewhere else if anyone wants to see them. Anyway, I'll try and get back to work on some of the stories, and I have some long breaks this semester which will provide some good writing time. However, I downloaded The Sims 2 when it was free last month and it's super fun, so that's taking up some time too.

Stories I'm Currently Writing:

I keep starting things...I can't help it, I get lots of ideas. However, if I actually start something, that means that I have a full outline (except for Team 45, but I do know how that ends) and therefore know where it goes and how it gets there. It might take a while to arrive, but I fully intend to finish everything I start. I just like to have a lot of options to work on, that way I can move from one story to another if I get stuck.

Turning Points:
Itachi refuses to kill the clan and escapes with Sasuke. Several years later, Sasuke wants to take the Chuunin exams, but all the Uchiha are believed dead... (29 chapters done out of I don't know anymore but a lot. 30-35-ish? Beginning to look more like 40 now, oh dear.) [Erm...did I say 40? The way it's looking now, this thing might top 60. I just hit 20 chapters, with a good ways to go before Part I ends.] {6/16/13: Let's just say it's going to be super ridiculously long, just like the manga it's based on.}

In Which Deidara is a Girl:
My first attempt at romance. Deidara is actually a girl disguised as a boy, and madly in love with Itachi when she's not trying to kill him. (It's less ridiculous than it sounds. Really it is.) (13 out of 20 or 21.) [12/22/12: Looking like it'll hit at least 30 now...]

Baby Blues:
Team 7 finds a baby abandoned and decides to take care of her themselves. Trouble is, none of them have much of a clue what they're doing. Then Akatsuki starts looking for the baby... (13 done out of 15-20 short-ish chapters. Finally outlined it because I was tired of not knowing where it ends.)

Timelines:
Itachi is attacked and blinded before he recieves the orders for the Uchiha Massacre. Shisui is ordered to take his place, with Itachi trying to stop him. (4 chapters done out of 15-20 chapters. Revelations in the manga threw this one for a loop, so it will be a while before it's continued.)

Team 45:
Itachi and Shisui's genin misadventures. Mostly because I like writing from Shisui's POV. Prequel to Timelines, but canon compliant. (2 chapters done out of...several. Updates will be far apart, probably.)

Snow on the Desert:
Itachi replaces Sasuke's memories on the night of the massacre and leaves him to be raised in a Suna orphanage. (Prologue and 3 chapters done out of '12' but more likely around 30 chapters)

Mind Games:
Deidara and Ino, quite by accident, end up with a mental connection. One-shot series. (4 done out of 6-ish)

Naruto POV Practice:
A completely random fic I started just to see if I could write from Naruto's POV. I should get back to work on it, actually... (a little bit done out of maybe 5-8 chapters)

Cruel World Be Forgiving:
Itachi is born with the Mangekyou Sharingan, and Fugaku orders him killed. Sixteen years later, he has to deal with the consequences. [COMPLETE! at 16 chapters plus a prologue and epilogue. First time I've completed a fic so I'm pretty excited.] [12/22/11: Outline for a sequel in the works. Also, have a look at the side stories.]

Thread of Memory:
The Uchiha discover Itachi's plan before he can put it into play and use an ancient technique to banish him to another world. Four years later 'Hide' is living a relatively normal life when a bunch of weirdos turn up, claiming that he's a ninja and that they can return him to the family he doesn't remember. (A bunny pounced on me, so I started without a full outline. Hopefully I'll figure out how it ends before the outline runs out.) {6/16/13: The revamped version will probably be posted soon, I'm trying to decide whether or not to leave the original version up. I don't want to lose everybody's comments...}

Cruel World 2—Never More Can Sever:
Team 7 travels to Iwa for the Chuunin Exams, with Itachi along for the ride. However, there's trouble back in Konoha... (4 chapters done out of about 12)

About Me:

Let's see...I'm female, in highschool (college, as of August 2011), and look pretty much nothing like the picture I chose. I like reading, especially older books, and I have a tendency to think in TvTropes. I have a bit of an addiction to m-dashes and commas, although I'm working on losing that habit. While I'm American, sometimes I wish I was British, so if the occasional British spelling turns up in my stories you can chalk it up to wishful thinking. Currently, I'm studying Japanese, but don't worry, I won't use it in my stories :)

Also, I am shorter than every single member of the four Konoha genin teams. It's not fair, I tell you! Not fair!

My general writing style is to envision all the awesome (or at least interesting and/or important) bits in my head, note down what order they go in, and then use that as my outline and make up the transitions as I go along. I like lots of different kinds of music, but there is nothing like enka for writing Naruto fanfiction to. Due to this, there is one particular song that gets referenced in practically all of my multi-chapter fics. If I get on a roll, I can write as much as half a chapter or more at a time, but I often spread it among more than one story.
