A/N: In this AU Charlie and Sue are married, and that is how Leah and Bella are sisters. This is un beta'd, so all mistakes are by me. Hope you all enjoy:)

"I'm not going to...I'm not going to...I'm not going to." Bella chanted to herself as she shifted food around the table on her back porch.

Her best friend and sister Leah Black came out the back door of Bella's house, and set down a cooler of drinks on the table.

"What aren't you going to do?" Leah asked with a smile.

Bella glared at Leah from across the table. They had been best friends since Bella was imprinted on at eighteen. They knew everything about each other. It was inevitable in pack life.

Bella jerked her head in the direction of the backyard. Leah turned her eyes to the party, and sucked a breath in sharply. Emily Young was standing in Bella's backyard. She had clearly invited herself to the barbecue they hosted every summer. It was meant for the pack and their families. Emily was neither.

She had tried her hardest to steal Sam away from Leah when they were together, and failed. Their relationship had a lot of problems, but Sam wasn't a cheater. He would never stoop so low. When Sam phased, they parted on amicable terms, it had been a long time coming anyways.

Bella took a deep breath through her nose and tried to calm down. She had never been a particularly violent person before she was imprinted on, but she could swear she had absorbed some of her wolf's anger, or maybe she had just finally learned to stick up for herself.

Leah chuckled across from her, she knew her sister was fighting a losing battle. She'd never passed up an opportunity to make Emily feel like shit. Not that she didn't deserve it. Her cousin was a menace. She hung around the pack, trying to seduce the men to no avail.

Even the ones that had never imprinted didn't want to touch her.

"She's a cunt," Leah told Bella. She had long ago given up on having a relationship with her cousin. Bella was suddenly glad the kids were at Charlie and Sue's house tonight.

All the wolves' heads snapped to the porch with amusement written clearly across their faces. They had heard Leah's blunt appraisal of her cousin. Bella blushed and waved them away. They went back to their conversations as ordered.

"Yeah, well be that as it may, I am more mature now. I'm a mother now! I'm twenty eight, not eighteen. I should be able to resist-"

Her voice cut off, because Leah's eyes had gone wide as she looked out at the backyard. Bella turned her head and saw Emily making her way towards Sam.

Her husband, her wolf, her Alpha. Something in her snapped.

Leah watched with amusement. Her husband Jacob came onto the back porch, and took in the situation quickly. He took a step forward to intervene, but Leah held him back. This was gonna be good. She hadn't seen Bella go off in years.

She loved feisty Bella.

Bella hopped the rail of their porch and landed on her feet. She had only gained that coordination from having to chase her oldest son around constantly. He was every bit as wild as the worst of the wolf pack.

Emily got to Sam first and laid a hand on his bare shoulder. Bella felt rage course through her. How many times had Sam told her no? How many times had he shrugged her off? This was bordering on stalking now. It was certainly harassment.

She was tired of it.

Sam was hers. She bore his mark on her neck, his children in her womb, and a wedding band on her hand. She wasn't sure how she could make it any clearer.

Sam dipped a shoulder to get out of Emily's grip, dodging behind Embry. The man was shorter by at least six inches, but he would do in a pinch. Feeling the hands of any woman but Bella on him made him feel physically ill.

His wolf wanted nothing more than to crush the homewrecker, but Sam kept a tight lid on him.

Emily took a step forward, but Bella was there, tapping on her shoulder. Emily turned just as Bella pulled back her fist and punched Emily as hard as she could in the face. Emily fell backwards into the dirt.

Leah's laugh rang clear and loud from the porch as Jacob jumped over the rail. Sam was staring dumbfounded at his wife. She had always hated Emily, but it hadn't come to blows in years.

Bella couldn't stop now that she had started. She knelt down and punched Emily where she laid- left, right, left, right.

Suddenly hot arms wrapped around her waist and pulled her up and away from Emily. She fought against the arms until she felt Sam's teeth at her throat. She immediately calmed, a side effect of their bond.

Once she had settled, he set her back on her feet, but kept his arms locked around her to make sure she wouldn't attack again. Jacob and Embry helped Emily to her feet.

The girl was near hysterical. Tears and blood ran down her face from where Bella had busted her lip. Leah was trying not to cry tears of joy. She was doubled over laughing on the porch. Sam shot her a glare over his shoulder and she gave him a fake salute as she tried to pull herself together.

"I'll report you to the police for this!"

Bella smirked at Emily.

"Will you now? Will you really? What will you say? That you were trespassing on private property and the owner of the home defended themselves from their long term stalker? The Forks Sheriff is my father, and there's no chance the tribal police will believe you. Paul was named Chief last week, and he knows exactly how you operate."

Emily looked around her, suddenly aware of how many very large men were around her, and how many of them were glaring in her direction.

"Get off my property," Sam's voice rang out, deep and authoritative.

Emily didn't have to be a wolf to understand the absolute authority in his voice. The rumble of it sent tingles down Bella's body as he stood behind her.

Bella smirked in triumph as Emily turned tail and ran off the property with her head down. When the wolves heard her car peel towards the exit of the reservation, they all cheered.
